The United Nations is going broke and needs member nations to stump up cash. Lots of it. That is the plea from Secretary-General António Guterres who fears the globalist body is at risk of “imminent financial collapse” due to member states not paying their fees.
The former leader of the Portuguese Socialist Party said Friday the U.N. faces a financial crisis which was “deepening, threatening programme delivery” and money could run out as soon as July leaving the unaccountable globalist cabal destitute.
Such is the financial drama unfolding at U.N. headquarters in Geneva, signs warning of the situation have reportedly been put up everywhere.

Driver’s license tests in Florida will be administered only in English starting Feb. 6, the state Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles announced Friday.
“This change applies to all driver license classifications, including exams administered orally,” said state officials in a news release.
Currently, exams for most non-commercial driver classifications are offered in English, Spanish and Haitian Creole.
The department has updated its driver’s license testing system statewide, and language-translation services won’t be allowed for knowledge or skills examinations, the release said.

The 98th Academy Awards will take place on March 15, 2026. While it is too late to create a new category for the Awards, there is one gaining recognition due to the actors who have so far qualified for a nomination. The category is for the best performance by a Somali immigrant seeking to pull the wool over the eyes of the American public. Several of these nominees have displayed their talents at press conferences. Let us examine some of these performances:

A Tennessee family was allegedly threatened with fines by their homeowners’ association to remove the generator that was heating their house, as the neighborhood was plunged into darkness during below-freezing temperatures.
Talia Caravello said she was told that her generator didn’t comply with the aesthetic code of her townhouse in the Wedgewood-Houston neighborhood of Nashville when she lost electricity during a brutal ice storm on Sunday, according to WSMV.
Caravello purchased a $1,500 generator, extension cords and space heaters to keep her family warm as indoor temperatures dropped to 30 degrees following the storm that left four people dead.

Disgraced ex-CNN anchor Don Lemon was arrested in Los Angeles early Friday over the anti-ICE protest that stormed a Minneapolis church during Sunday service, according to his attorney and US Attorney General Pamela Bondi.
“Don Lemon was taken into custody by federal agents … in Los Angeles, where he was covering the Grammy awards,” Lemon’s attorney Abbe Lowell said in a statement shared with multiple reporters.
He was one of four people arrested by federal agents early Friday “in connection with the coordinated attack on Cities Church in St. Paul, Minnesota,” Bondi later confirmed in a statement.

China’s infamous Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV), ground zero for the worldwide Wuhan coronavirus outbreak, has offered to help India contain an outbreak of the dangerous Nipah virus, even as Indian officials claim the outbreak is coming under control.
Researchers at the WIV claim they have developed a treatment for Wuhan coronavirus, an orally-administered anti-viral drug called VV116, that is also a “promising candidate for treating the Nipah virus.” [snip] The Nipah virus is one of the most dangerous infections on the planet, with a fatality rate of between 40% and 70%, according to the World Health Organization (W.H.O.).

Capitol Hill Republicans are nervously chattering amongst themselves about whether Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem could be the first member of President Donald Trump’s second-term Cabinet headed for the exit.
They’re looking in the wrong direction: They should be focused on whether they’re headed for the exits, too.
The big question facing Republicans in Washington and across the country isn’t who should run DHS, but how they can respond to the obvious questions about how Immigration and Customs Enforcement and Border Patrol agents are doing their jobs.
Coming up with an answer that satisfies voters could decide whether November’s midterm elections allows Trump to continue his transformative agenda

We’re a little over a month into an industry-wide conversation about the future of tech in California, which is largely taking place off social media. At this point, most people know the conversation was triggered by a ballot proposition floated by the state’s largest health care union that seeks to legalize a first-of-its-kind asset seizure targeting (for now) billionaires.
Over the last week, I spoke with 21 billionaires about the looming prospect of a wealth tax. We discussed whether they left or are planning to leave California (most of them are), what a wealth tax means for the technology industry, and finally how, if at all, they plan to fight back.

An unhinged Virginia nurse who encouraged medical professionals to drug ICE agents with paralytic meds was swiftly canned.
Malinda Cook, a nurse anesthetist at Virginia Commonwealth University Health, was fired by the hospital on Tuesday after she spewed the disturbing remarks in a spate of TikTok videos.
Cook, who was identified by local media, blasted out her so-called “sabotage” tactics as anti-ICE riots exploded across the country. “Sabotage tactic, or at least scare tactic. All the medical providers, grab some syringes with needles on the end,” the nurse said on one clip spreading on social media.
“Have them full of saline or succinylcholine, you know, whatever. Whatever.

It's perfectly legal to travel, even by airplane, with a firearm. I tend to avoid it because it's such a pain in the posterior, but I don't fly a lot anyway. Professional athletes, however, do fly a good bit, especially during the season. Half of their games are away, and it's not like high school football, where your opponent is just a couple of hours away by bus.[snip]

A act of pure anti-Christian evil and animal cruelty happened over the weekend by a monster who almost certainly had no business being on the streets to begin with.
As KOMO News reported, a thug walked up and stabbed an innocent person and his dog at a nearby corner store after learning his victim was a Christian. The incident reported happened Sunday morning at nearby corner store in Parkland, Washington.
After being knifed, the victim called 911 at 6:24 a.m. to report the incident. Police discovered he and his dog were severely injured when they arrived on scene.
