CNN Staffers Revolt Due to Inability to

Original Article

Few things better exemplify the inability of the left to tolerate contrary viewpoints than the recent struggle session framed as an "Internal Town Hall" when CNN CEO Mark Thompson was confronted by leftist staffers who claimed they were offended by the existence on their network of conservative commentator Scott Jennings. It seems they agreed with recent NewsNight guest Cameron Kasky, who arrogantly declared to Jennings that he was somehow not permitted to use the term "illegal alien" despite the fact it is a legal term written into immigration law. The left-leaning Daily Beast went into further detail about the CNN town hall/struggle session/confrontation on Friday

There’s a workable alternative here, which is that CNN simply fires all the staffers who arrogantly demand Jennings be let go. Problem solved!

I suspect the idiot staffers did not know who Jefferson Davis was since all democrats seem to be making the same arguments and following the same tactics of the Confederacy. See this is what happens when you are ill educated and live in a bubble as do all these CNN morons.

If the staffers were capable of making persuasive arguments to challenge Jennings, they would. Their problem is that Jennings knows what he's talking about and has a relaxed and confident way of challenging their arguments. It seems odd that one guy presents such a threat to trained professionals, that they're calling for HIS removal. Real debates take preparation. It's not the fault of conservatives that the left has gotten away with suppressing views they don't like, and are struggling to deal with better prepared opponents like Jennings.

Dear SkyDance, If you want to reduce the asking price of CNN, Hear is some advice. Hire Scott Jennings for another gig somewhere. Then sit back and watch CNN's value drop. Then put him back at the network along with a couple of other like minded, levelheaded, honest people. Looking forward to the carnage.

The leaders of the far-left Spanish Podemos party celebrated on Saturday the “victory” of the mass amnesty for around half a million illegals and hailed the achievement as a step toward the “replacement” of right-wing Spaniards. Appearing at a campaign event in Zaragoza, Podemos Secretary General Ione Belarra and the party’s leading Member of the European Parliament, Irene Montero, openly embraced the project of demographic displacement as an electoral strategy. They explained that this week’s deal brokered with the Socialist government of Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez to grant amnesty to over 500,000 illegals was merely the first step and that the ultimate goal was to either grant them citizenship or to change

There's some not very good electoral news out of Texas, and we should be paying attention to it. Democratic Texas Senate candidate Taylor Rehmet defeated Trump-endorsed Republican Leigh Wambsganss in a Saturday special election for a seat the president won by double digits three times, multiple outlets project. Rehmet, a union leader and Air Force veteran, won 57.2% of the vote compared to Wambsganss’s 42.8%, with 95% of the vote in, according to The Associated Press (AP). Republicans have held the district for decades, and President Donald Trump won it in 2024 by 17 points.

After Abigail Spanberger won the Virginia governor’s race going away in November, the consensus among the political chattering class was that it’s a foregone conclusion the Republicans will lose in next year’s midterms. The experts said this was a referendum on President Donald Trump, and an early sign that his America First movement is cracking. The same experts pointed to “key Democrat wins” in the New Jersey governor’s race and the New York City mayoral election as further indicators of a coming blue wave. To be so smug in their predictions, the experts had to ignore the fact that the races were in two blue states and a deep

Virginia Governor Abigail Spanberger was sworn in just a few weeks ago, but the tornado of bad policy is already swirling around her state. Spanberger’s very first order of business was reversing Gov. Glenn Youngkin’s Executive Order 47, which had allowed for coordination between the Virginia State Police and the Department of Corrections and U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement. That coordination was important because it allowed the federal and state governments to cooperate to remove people in the country illegally who had committed additional crimes. That it was necessary for Spanberger to make it harder to deport criminals i

President Donald Trump threatened to decertify Canadian-made aircraft and impose a 50% tariff unless Canada approves Gulfstream jets, accusing Ottawa of illegally blocking certification while allowing its own planes access to the American market. The dispute centers on aircraft certification, a regulatory process that determines whether planes can be sold and operated in a country. Trump has accused Canadian authorities of using that process to restrict U.S.-made Gulfstream jets. "Based on the fact that Canada has wrongfully, illegally, and steadfastly refused to certify the Gulfstream 500, 600, 700, and 800 Jets, one of the greatest, most technologically advanced airplanes ever made, we are hereby decertifying their Bombardier Global Expresses, and all

On Tuesday of this week, atomic scientists readjusted the Doomsday clock to 11:58:35, or 85 seconds to Midnight, the narrowest window pointing to mankind's purported annihilation ever. Now keep in mind, during the Cuban Missile Crisis, which almost was the actual annihilation of humans if Russia and the U.S. started exchanging nuclear warheads, the clock was set to 11:53. It's a silly metric, and wholly unserious when considering the geopolitics of all that's going on, past and present.
