An illegal alien from Venezuela violently attacked an ICE agent on Wednesday during a targeted arrest in Minneapolis, using a “shovel” or “broom.” Two other individuals also took part in attacking the officer. Fearing for his life, the agent fired a single defensive shot, striking the illegal alien in the leg. But you wouldn’t necessarily know that if you read coverage from the propaganda press. The incident unfolded around 6:50 p.m. CT in Minneapolis when federal law enforcement officers “were conducting a targeted traffic stop … of an illegal alien from Venezuela who was released into the country by Joe Biden in 2022,” the Department of Homeland Security said in a

The Murdoch New York Post is no better. Even the headline of an article on the hospitalization for internal bleeding of the ICE agent Renee Good assaulted with her automobile claimed he'd merely been "clipped."

The proposal, set to be introduced by House Majority Whip Tom Emmer (R-MN), would strip citizenship from naturalized individuals convicted of fraud and other serious offenses, as scrutiny grows over widening allegations of fraudulent activity tied to Minnesota. The bill is bluntly titled the “Stop Citizenship Abuse and Misrepresentation Act” — aka the SCAM Act — and it would clarify what evidence the federal government can use to prove someone didn’t meet lawful requirements at the time they became a U.S. citizen. Under the legislation, the government could seek to denaturalize anyone who, within 10 years of naturalization, is convicted of fraud against the government,

As the Minneapolis mob and their fellow privileged leftists protest and hold signs declaring, “Renee Good, ICE Bad,” Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents continue to do the hard, thankless work of removing “the worst of the worst” criminal illegal immigrants from crime-battered communities across the country. On Thursday, the roundup included perps convicted of sexual abuse of children, sexual exploitation of a minor, and aggravated assault, according to the latest Department of Homeland Security report exclusively provided to The Federalist.

The Justice Department is investigating Minnesota officials, including Gov. Tim Walz and Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey, over an alleged conspiracy to impede federal immigration agents, an extraordinary escalation in the Trump administration's clash with Democratic leaders there, multiple sources familiar with the matter told CBS News. One of the sources, a U.S. official, said the investigation stems from statements that Walz and Frey have made about the thousands of Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers and Border Patrol agents deployed to the Minneapolis region in recent weeks.

Minnesota officials are trying to pull a fast one and rewrite the rules as we speak. As ICE moves in to deport people who are here illegally or have overstayed their welcome, state leaders are now crying about the Tenth Amendment, which they claim gives them “sovereign authority” to tell the federal government to take a hike. A November Form L-2 disclosure from the National Education Association (NEA) filed in November and obtained by the North American Values Institute (NAVI) shows 2024 fiscal year spending that involved millions given to social justice-oriented groups and far-left causes. The NEA, which boasts more than 3 million members, sent $300,000 to the Sixteen Thirty Fund, a liberal dark money group Fox News Digital has reported on extensively, and tens of thousands of dollars to the Tides Foundation

During an interview with Fox News, Border Czar Tom Homan notes the Trump administration is looking carefully at who is funding the organized anti-ICE protests throughout the Minneapolis, Minnesota region. Homan’s remarks are seemingly in alignment with what Treasury Secretary and IRS Commissioner Scott Bessent has noted about his investigative group, further stating that investigations will likely reveal who is funding the street protests against ICE and Border Patrol officials. Specific to the ongoing investigations, Homan notes, “justice is coming” against those who are coordinating the violence, and information about that activity is likely to be revealed “real soon.” WATCH: (Video)

The Jan. 7 shooting death of Renee Good has become a political Rorschach test. A Quinnipiac poll released on Tuesday finds that a majority of American voters, 53%, believe ICE agent Jonathan Ross, who shot Good on a Minneapolis street last Wednesday, was not justified in doing so. Thirty-five percent believe the shooting was justified, while 12% have no opinion. But the poll results vary widely when the respondents’ political affiliations are examined. Seventy-seven percent of Republicans believe the shooting was justified, while 28% of independents and only four percent of Democrats hold the same opinion. These poll results are unsurprising. Congress created Temporary Protected Status (TPS) to briefly assist those in need. Shakespeare warned, “Ingratitude is monstrous; and for the multitude to be ingrateful, were to make a monster of the multitude.” In the case of TPS, “multitude” is correct. As of January 2025, approximately 1.4 million foreign nationals in the United States were shielded from removal under the program. The Trump administration decided to terminate TPS for several countries, with Somalia as the most recent. That choice is the right step in a long-overdue course correction for an immigration program that previous administrations exploited far past its statutory purpose. Somalia was first designated for TPS in 1991
