In response to that suit, White House spokesman Harrison Fields said, "The decision to grant any individual access to the nation's secrets is a sensitive judgment call entrusted to the President (snip) and reviewing the President's clearance decisions falls well beyond the judiciary's authority." Now, a radical Leftist judge has ruled that President Trump cannot revoke Zaid's security clearance.

This decision requires that FEMA continue to include not only illegal aliens but illegal aliens who have been deported in allocating funds. This obstruction not only flouts common sense, but is another example of a non-presidentially appointed, non-Senate confirmed magistrate judge being assigned a substantive case by the Resistance Judiciary. The Federal judiciary is overdue for some serious congressional oversight.
