Federal Judge Blocks Trump Admin's New
FEMA Grant Requirements

Original Article

U.S. Magistrate Judge Amy Potter said the government failed to sufficiently justify the change in FEMA's Emergency Management Performance Grant program, which supports disaster readiness efforts, including training and staffing. (snip) The administration said in October that states need to recount their population figures and remove individuals who have been deported as a condition of funding, but a group of Democrat-led states sued over the new requirement last month.

Comments:

This decision requires that FEMA continue to include not only illegal aliens but illegal aliens who have been deported in allocating funds. This obstruction not only flouts common sense, but is another example of a non-presidentially appointed, non-Senate confirmed magistrate judge being assigned a substantive case by the Resistance Judiciary. The Federal judiciary is overdue for some serious congressional oversight.

"Failed to sufficiently justify"? Pound sand, clown. He is President, chief of the Executive Branch and he is executing. Judicial branch needs to get back and stay in their own lane. This is a judgement call.....but not of a judge of an Executive Branch person.

So the judge is trying to put people in the census that do not live in the state? Isn't that fraud? Is their partisanship so strong as to try and do this? Yes on all three counts.

Outrageous. A federal system that can deny aid to conservatives and overpay democrats is sufficiently broken that no thick-headed judge can contest it. Take her down to North Carolina and dump her carcass into one of the swollen rivers.

These Left-Wing judges are going way too far. They think that nobody has read the Constitution and know what powers are delegated to the executive Branch. This is bordering on treason because they are interfering with the governing of our country.

On March 23, President Trump revoked the security clearances of several Biden administration officials and others, including Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, and Hillary Clinton.(snip) One of the people whose security clearance was revoked is attorney Mark Zaid.(snip) In May,  Zaid sued the Trump administration, with ABC describing Zaid as a "whistleblower attorney" who claimed his security clearance was revoked for "improper political retribution." In response to that suit, White House spokesman Harrison Fields said, "The decision to grant any individual access to the nation's secrets is a sensitive judgment call entrusted to the President (snip) and reviewing the President's clearance decisions falls well beyond the judiciary's authority." Now, a radical Leftist judge has ruled that President Trump cannot revoke Zaid's security clearance.

The tabulation tapes in question included 315,000 votes -- exponentially more than the 11,780 votes mentioned by President Trump in his fateful phone call to Raffensperger in January, 2021. Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger's downplaying of a 2020 election blunder as a mere "clerical error" has done little to quiet a growing backlash within his own party. Far from accepting Raffensperger's explanation that Fulton County's failure to properly sign tabulation tapes "does not erase valid, legal votes," 2020 election skeptics are calling for a federal investigation into what they view as a massive coverup. One state senator called for arrests and charges of treason.

If nothing comes of Fulton County's admission, the implication will be that election laws can be treated as optional rather than binding. Fulton County made an admission that should have commanded national attention. During a hearing before the Georgia State Election Board, county officials acknowledged that approximately 315,000 early ballots cast in the 2020 presidential election were unlawfully certified yet were nevertheless included in Georgia's final, official results, in a race Joe Biden was officially declared to have won by just 11,779 votes.

Rather than reforming the broken system, Democratic "leaders" kick the can, forcing private-sector job creators to subsidize their failures. We get it rubbed in our faces, time and time again, with one massacre after another. These aren’t just lone gunmen who go nuts. These are organized terrorism cells. Bondi Beach, a massacre allegedly committed by two Muslims (father and son), is only the latest example. San Bernardino, California was the scene of a similar massacre by two Muslims (husband and wife). Nineteen Muslims, backed up by the wealth of other Muslims, gave us 9/11. Only Islam commands its followers to “kill the infidels.”
