Federal Judge Blocks Trump Admin's New
FEMA Grant Requirements

Original Article

U.S. Magistrate Judge Amy Potter said the government failed to sufficiently justify the change in FEMA's Emergency Management Performance Grant program, which supports disaster readiness efforts, including training and staffing. (snip) The administration said in October that states need to recount their population figures and remove individuals who have been deported as a condition of funding, but a group of Democrat-led states sued over the new requirement last month.

Comments:

This decision requires that FEMA continue to include not only illegal aliens but illegal aliens who have been deported in allocating funds. This obstruction not only flouts common sense, but is another example of a non-presidentially appointed, non-Senate confirmed magistrate judge being assigned a substantive case by the Resistance Judiciary. The Federal judiciary is overdue for some serious congressional oversight.

"Failed to sufficiently justify"? Pound sand, clown. He is President, chief of the Executive Branch and he is executing. Judicial branch needs to get back and stay in their own lane. This is a judgement call.....but not of a judge of an Executive Branch person.

So the judge is trying to put people in the census that do not live in the state? Isn't that fraud? Is their partisanship so strong as to try and do this? Yes on all three counts.

These Left-Wing judges are going way too far. They think that nobody has read the Constitution and know what powers are delegated to the executive Branch. This is bordering on treason because they are interfering with the governing of our country.
