The website urges soldiers to use encryption and offers ‘counselling’ on ‘disobeying immoral orders’. The organizations offering ‘counselling’ to soldiers include the National Lawyers Guild: a Communist organization which also defends Antifa. The billboards are promoting a system that, in its own words, is “built to connect active duty, national guard, and reserve members of the military with key resources on responding to unlawful orders”.
