3 Questions for Democrats After 2025 Elections

Original Article

Democrats won decisive victories in the 2025 elections, including a mayoral win in New York City and governorships in New Jersey and Virginia. Democrats also did well in races at the state and local levels. Despite the victory, their path forward remains no clearer than before, according to some political analysts. That’s because the top Democratic winners presented vastly different governing strategies to voters.

Comments:

Mamdani, Stanberger, Sherrill: Affordability. Gender ideology Israel. Some very thought-filled analysis.

Alhough they are mushy libs, the two female libs are not rabid Marxists like Mamdani. They are saying now that he is the new "face of the Democrat Party" - how far will that fly and how will the other wannabes like Gavin and Kemala feel about that? He kind of moves AOC and Bernie off to the side. This should be interesting. His pre-election day charisma was a fake. He's just a nasty little Commie mosquito who thinks the way to go is against PDJT. Let's see how he gets (whatever?) done.

Re rhe Dem's "Affodaility" mantra, Stanberher says she'll be trying to get pharma to lower drug prices. Didn't PDJT already work on this? Would she really have any clout?

Sherrill and Spanberger either stared mutely or bafflegabbed when pressed on the more controversial Democrat policies while Mamdani was proudly in our faces. Otherwise they'll all implement as much of the left Democrat program as they can get away with.

In December of 2016, President Obama turned to Director of National Intelligence James Clapper and CIA Director John Brennan with a request to change the Intelligence Community Assessment (ICA) and blame the Russians for election interference in the prior presidential election. Brennan gave the task of assembling the fraudulent intel to a CIA analyst named Julia Gurganus.Subsequently, inside the CIA the National Intelligence Council (NIC) and the Directorate of Analysis began working on a pretext that would create the impression for the misleading Intelligence Community Assessment (ICA) as demanded by Obama, Clapper and Brennan; ultimately it was constructed by Julia Gurganus.

New York City didn’t wake up one morning and elect a foreign Marxist mayor by accident. That didn’t “just happen.” It’s the final act of a political show that’s been running for years. And it wasn’t just the dastardly Dems who helped produce it. None of this could’ve happened without Paul Ryan and Mitch McConnell—the “super polite” Republican leaders who smiled, stalled, and sabotaged Trump’s legal immigration reforms during his first term, at a time when it would’ve mattered most and could have actually changed the course of history.Had the two globalist stooges backed Trump’s plans to cut and control legal immigration, to bring some sanity back to who enters,

New York City elected a communist to be its next mayor on Tuesday. Uganda-born Zohran Mamdani is projected to win more than 50 percent of the Big Apple. Over the next few days, professional Republicans will shake their heads and lament the outcome of the race. But few, if any, will acknowledge the truth: Mamdani’s victory is the direct result of mass immigration. New York City wasn’t lost to a communist because the radical left out-organized the Democrat establishment. New York City was lost to a communist because we lost control of our borders — not just our southern border, but every single border separating the United States from the rest

Tucker, a Jewish philanthropist and businessman, will step down from the role he has held for just over 12 months on Dec. 19, sources said. He will go back to running the private security firm, T&M, which he headed before joining Mayor Eric Adams’ administration, the sources added.

Chinese Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Mao Ning expressed support for the government of Nigeria on Tuesday and claimed President Donald Trump was only interested in the slaughter of Christians as an “excuse” to interfere in Nigerian politics. President Trump on Saturday criticized Nigeria for allowing Islamic terrorists to murder Christians and said the United States might cut off aid to Nigeria or even launch a military action to take out the terrorists. “I am hereby instructing our Department of War to prepare for possible action. If we attack, it will be fast, vicious, and sweet, just like the terrorist thugs attack our CHERISHED Christians!” Trump wrote on Truth Social.

Socialist Zohran Mamdani will complete his hostile takeover of the Democrat Party nationally, assuming the polls are right and he is elected mayor of New York City on Tuesday. When the race is called, assuming he wins, Mamdani will have successfully supplanted the rest of his party and will have become the highest-profile Democrat in America. Meanwhile, in New Jersey, Republican Jack Ciatarelli seeks to pull off an upset win over Democrat Mikie Sherill in the Garden State gubernatorial race. In Virginia, Democrat Abigail Spanberger seeks to reclaim the governor’s mansion for her party against Republican Winsome Earl-Sears, despite a Democrat scandal where Attorney General candidate Jay

Many illegal aliens who are not eligible for SNAP benefits were nonetheless saved from scrambling for food Friday when a judge forced funding for the program to continue in November. Both the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) and the Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) have been under threat as the budget impasse in Congress continues. SNAP was slated for suspension on Nov. 1 when the federal SNAP funding mechanism ran out. An appropriation bill must be passed to fund it.

Former first lady Michelle Obama joined Stephen Colbert Tuesday night and delivered a depressing diatribe about the President Donald Trump-led White House ballroom construction, calling herself “confused” and “lost” as “standards and norms” are being broken. “The West Wing was work. It was sometimes sadness, problems, it was the guts of the White House and the East Wing was where you felt light. That’s where children came. We had puppies,” Obama began. “It makes me confused. I am confused by what are our norms, what are our standards, what are our traditions. I just feel like, what is important to us as a nation anymore? Because I’m lost.”

Lefty luminary Van Jones was among those raising alarm at Democratic socialist mayor-elect Zohran Mamdani’s rage-filled victory speech, noting his instant “character switch” at winning power. A roaring Mamdani wasted no time in claiming a mandate for his potentially budget-busting progressive agenda and taunting President Trump as he rallied his fired-up supporters soon after winning Tuesday night. Jones was quick to note live on CNN that the 34-year-old’s triumphant demeanor was a far cry from the cool, calm and collected candidate seen on the campaign trail. “I think he missed an opportunity.

New Yorkers elected their first socialist mayor Tuesday, handing far-left Democrat Zohran Mamdani an historic victory — as he claimed a mandate for his potentially budget-busting progressive agenda and all but declared war on President Trump. The Associated Press and NY1 called the race for the 34-year-old Mamdani about 40 minutes after polls closed at 9 p.m., inspiring cheers from his supporters at his campaign’s Brooklyn watch party. “New York, tonight you have delivered a mandate for change, a mandate for a new kind of politics, a mandate for a city that we can afford and a mandate for a government that delivers exactly that,”

Are you sure about that? Are you sure about that? The Wall Street Journal reports this morning on the aftermath of the Big Apple fight over socialism, where capital lost. Zohran Mamdani won easily last night, winning an outright majority of ballots cast by New York City voters, 50.6% as of this morning with 87% of precincts reporting. Andrew Cuomo got 41.7%, while Curtis Sliwa -- the only rational candidate still left on the ballot -- received 7.1% of the vote. New York City has chosen socialism, and the WSJ suggests that capitalists will just have to suck it up. But is that their only option? Wall Street heavyweights failed to stop

Despite Ciattarelli mounting an aggressive, well-funded campaign and polls showing the race neck-and-neck, he fell dramatically short on Election Day — marking a reversal from four years ago when most polling significantly underestimated him. Sherrill led by 12 points with 90% of ballots counted on Tuesday night after the highest turnout in a Garden State gubernatorial election in over a decade. Supreme Court justices on Wednesday morning expressed skepticism about the legality of aggressive tariffs imposed by President Donald Trump against most of the world's nations. Conservative and liberal justices sharply questioned Solicitor General D. John Sauer on the Trump administration's method for enacting the tariffs, which critics say infringes on the power of Congress to tax. Lower federal courts have ruled that Trump lacked the legal authority he cited under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act to impose the so-called reciprocal tariffs on imports from many U.S. trading partners, and fentanyl tariffs on products from Canada, China and Mexico.

Democrats dominated the first major Election Day since President Donald Trump returned to the White House. And while a debate about the future of the Democratic Party may have only just begun, there are signs that the economy — specifically, Trump’s inability to deliver the economic turnaround he promised last fall — may be a real problem for Trump’s GOP heading into next year’s higher-stakes midterm elections. Democrats on Tuesday won governor’s races in Virginia and New Jersey, the only states electing new chief executives this year. They also swept a trio of state Supreme Court contests in swing-state Pennsylvania and ballots measures from Colorado to Maine.
