The suspect in Charlie Kirk's assassination has been identified as Tyler Robinson, a 22-year-old Utah resident. Law enforcement sources told Daily Mail that Robinson was taken into custody as the alleged assassin who killed Kirk at a rally at Utah Valley University in Utah on Wednesday. White, middle-class, law enforcement family. What spurred him to murder? Is he a patsy? At least Crooks fit the stereotype.
Whatever the motive, I'm sure the leftists are already screaming "SEE! WHITE PEOPLE WITH GUNS ARE THE PROBLEM!!"

Solidly middle class. On a scholarship. By most standards, a life of privilege. But he couldn’t stand to hear another point of view apparently. Pathetic! He will die by execution. Horrible. All of it. Death has become our culture.

Anyone want to bet that, with all of these photos of him with guns, the MSM is going to peg him as a Trump supporter?

Sorry, not buying it. A little too easy, IMHO. What’s next? Miraculously finding the “Magic Bullet” in the Emergency Room? No. We’ve been down this exact same road before. This boy is Lee Harvey Oswald.

I'm grateful he was caught. I'm sure more info will come out about him in the coming days. No matter what we think now, his father did the right thing by turning his son in. That had to have been so hard for him considering his family's life will never be the same going forward.
I'll be saying prayers for this family, too.

It does not matter what his motive was. He was full of hate. He took a shot at someone's head to kill him and succeeded. He deserves the death penalty and not in 20 years. I hope this is a turning point for the FBI. It shows what law enforcement can do when their hands are not tied. The local and federal authorities worked together. The FBI has been transparent, had a purpose and seems to have covered all bases, released photos and asked the public for help and the public came through. There may be more information to come out as time goes on, but they have enough for capital punishment and hopefully will move forward in timely manner.

Good. And, yeah, who and what pumped the hate into his head? Did he have help or acted alone? Prob took the 30-06 out of his dad's gun safe. Wonder who did the engraving on the brass.

I agree with #13. This will be the most horrible thing that could happen to anyone's family. Losing a child to an accident is bad enough but this is even more unbearable to think that their son would do a thing like this. Perhaps there were signs that he was unstable but I am sure that they never thought he would do something like this. They will now get to live with this for the rest of their lives. If he gets the death penalty as he should, they will get to watch as the years go by until he is put away permanently.

The only decision shooter will have to make now is Electric chair or
firing squad. Remember Gary Gilmore 1977? He chose firing squad and was also from Utah.

'm glad he was caught. I was for sure he had accomplices who flew him to Mexico in a private jet, then murdered him to cover up the plot.
He may have pulled the trigger, but the non-stop DemoRoid hate rhetoric, amplified by the mainstream media has to have been a contributing factor.
Remember, even ex-Senator and would be President Chillary Cankles PIAPS Clinton was raised in a upper middle class home. I'm sure her list of bodies dwarfs Tylers.

I read some of the comments on the newspaper post and it seems a lot of the people commenting are liberals who hate Trump and anyone who agrees with him. The family is apparently registered as Republicans and maybe this guy was too. Another commenter said, however, that this guy had been radicalized in recent years. No doubt in college and/or by other liberal college students. He definitely shared the same views as the far leftist liberal Democrats and probably thinks he is now their latest hero. Sad because he probably is.

The shooter has destroyed two lives.
Charlie's and his own.
His life is over. The only thing left is life behind bars (even if on death row), bland food, looking over his shoulder in the shower, and boredom. The highlight of his week will be being traded to another inmate for a candy bar.

The perpetrator reportedly had the word “fascist” and ??? carved of his rifle stock or on a shell casing. That should tell you something about him. Who has been using the words fascist, Hitler like, and Nazi to describe Trump and the conservative Republicans currently? Of course it has been people who describe themselves as being leftist, progressive, and socialist Democrats and their supporters including the “nut job” fringe! So it’s pretty simple to figure out where the perpetrator was coming from, as he carried out his politically connected criminal assassination.

#19: My mind has raced back and forth between Old and New Testament remedies for this since Wednesday... And I'm afraid I'm coming down on the side of "An eye for an eye, and a tooth for a tooth." So let's hope he chooses firing squad, and that the main gun trained on him is a 30-06 that inflicts the same fatal wound on him that he inflicted upon Charlie Kirk.

#30, the DM is a radical, British tabloid. It covers some stuff the US media doesn't that appeals to conservatives, but they only do that to get clicks. They're constantly pushing liberal talking points.
As for this guy, I wouldn't be surprised if there's a history of mental illness. Instead of gun control, how about reopening the mental institutions?

He lives in a $600,000 six-bedroom home in Washington, Utah - about 260 miles south of Kirk's assassination site in Orem.
Robinson faces charges of aggravated murder, felony discharge of a firearm causing serious bodily injury and obstruction of justice, according to a probable cause affidavit obtained by NBC News.
apparently, he's not a pro; however, he has been surrounded his whole life by guns of all sorts.
perhaps he was 'chosen' cos he can appear in a profile as fish or fowl, cloaked in
various different outfits. he wore a trump costume for halloween.
seems he won a scholarship to college but dropped out in 2021.
a friend commented ,fwiw, being a registered gop allows the parents to obtain hefty contract work.
oh well. stay tuned to this channel.

An eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth, means the revenge should not be a worse act than the injury. I think a sentence of death would also be a sentence of a lifetime of uncomparable grief for the shooter's parents.
