The left loves to point the finger at MAGA and cry “radicalization.” Everyday people, suburban moms and dads, mowing their lawns, paying their bills, and wanting a safe country are suddenly painted as “radicals.” It’s hogwash. The real radicalization is staring us in the face, and it’s far uglier than anything they’ve ever accused us of. On the left-wing social media app Bluesky, the assassination of Charlie Kirk is being celebrated like a national holiday. They've been at war with us for a long time, they're now just saying it their out loud voices and telling us exactly who they are, which is very helpful for us to know.

I've already suggested that laws against incitement should be enforced elsewhere. Here, I'll add that a law should be enacted outlining penalties for subborning incitement. That will put every reprobate CEO of social media companies coddling these death cults squarely on a path to a jail cell. It's time these people learn that the First Amendment does not protect incitement.

I don't see how creating lists of people they want killed is free speech. As we have seen numerous times, they are egging on people who are prone to commit violence.

As despicable as it can get, I do not want anyone's 1st Amendment Rights diminished. As the dims have yet to learn, things change and what you consider expedient and advantageous today can be used against you when the power structure changes. Look at Europe. In the UK you can be put in prison for speech with which the government disagrees.

Speech to incite illegal acts is NOT protected, not should it be. When you call for murder or violent action you should be arrested, convicted, and imprisoned. Any supporting infrastructure that supported you should be shut down, perhaps permanently. Media that calls for violent illegal acts should be sanctioned and shuttered. Enough is enough!

I don't remember which Supreme Court Justice said it, but he said: "The US Constitution is not a suicide pact." The First Amendment doesn't protect your right to holler "Fire!" in a crowded theater unless there really is a fire. There is no First Amendment Right for inciting violence. I hope the FBI visits every one of the BlueSky denizens who openly promote murder of anyone, at the very least.

However, the memorandum, signed on Sept. 2 and provided by the Secretary of State’s office to 10/11 News, does not include any mention of Kenyan involvement in Nebraska’s trucking industry. During his trip, Evnen’s office said the secretary primarily focused on promoting Nebraska corn, ethanol,

Many Americans assume that the jihad threat was somehow neutralized and contained in the immediate aftermath of those attacks, such that a large-scale jihad attack can never happen again in America, and the public discourse has moved on to other issues: mass migration, skyrocketing crime in the cities, tariffs, and the like. In reality, however, the jihad against the U.S. has not ended, and in the near-quarter century since 9/11, the jihadis have made immense gains.
