Self-deportation is crucial to undoing
the Biden illegal-migrant mess

"Voters want all the worst illegal immigrants sent home, but will balk at ham-handed enforcement." - No, the voters have already spoken and the voters are in favor of enforcement, including deportation.

Get them ALL out and then set up a system of fair, legal, reasonable entry for qualified foreign workers. Citizenship in America is a prize that must be earned and not abused. To encourage self-deportation we must stop the drug trade, prostitution and the waves of crime that we have allowed for decades. If illegal immigration was not profitable and subsidized, they would all go home.

A skillful combination of incentives and disincentives is what is required. The air ticket, $1000/person and no fine is good. But disincentives must come from harsh compounding fines and still penalties for employers.

Cut everything: no welfare, no food stamps, no freebies at the emergency room, no entry to any school, and above all cancel the Friday remittances to Mexico. Put enormous fines to employers who hire them under the table. After all they are also breaking the law by not paying payroll taxes undermining the system. In fact, close their businesses for breaking the law. It has to be extreme in order for it to work.

Make it illegal to open a bank account, wire money to other countries, own a car, register a car, rent an apartment and more if you are an illegal. Enforce these and they will self deport.

Once the so-called “Maryland Man” figures out in his mind that if he hangs around that he is about to be convicted of a federal felony criminal offense of knowingly transporting illegal aliens in the USA, spending time in a prison, and end up being deported to Uganda. So if he has any smarts he will make himself scarce by self-deporting himself back to his Central American home country. In his case and no doubt many others to come, illegal alien foreign criminal gang members who claim that if they are deported back to their home countries that they could be injured or murdered by rival criminal gang members operating in those foreign countries should not in any way be considered eligible for asylum in the USA. As if they grant such illegal alien criminal gang members asylum in the USA, common sense will tell you that there is nothing to keep all foreign criminal gang members who are illegally in the USA making the same bogus or completely fraudulent claims to evade being deported. Under the current federal immigration laws, all illegal aliens found in the USA with a criminal record, or not, are subject to being arrested and deported. It must remain that way, as once it is made known throughout especially the so-called Third World that once inside the USA as an illegal alien, the US Government will only deport you if you have a serious criminal record, the USA would be completely flooded with tens of millions of illegal aliens, maybe more than that, mostly from the Third World who would be poor and uneducated and dependent upon public assistance welfare programs to survive. The leftist, progressive and socialist Democrats would love that to happen, would put all such illegal aliens on a comprehensive “path” to US citizenship and register as many as possible as future Democrat supporters and voters.
