Trump: Obama Has Immunity for His Role
in Steele Dossier Hoax

I suspected that this was the case, and even said so in a recent radio interview. But I have been very reluctant to write about it because I am not a lawyer, so I can only use my common sense and layman's understanding of the law in what must be a very, very complex question. But Trump, who certainly has access to excellent legal advice, has just said that Obama has immunity from prosecution for any crimes he may have committed in conspiring to use falsified intelligence to undermine Trump's presidency, set up a phony impeachment, and perhaps put Trump in jail.

BO was the savior of the Left. When he was elected, they thought they had won the lottery. They were so confident they shoved BOCare down our throats but to accomplish it, BO had to lie about almost all aspects of it. Got to keep your doctor and hospital and insurance? Nah, not really. That began BO's deconstruction. The dems lost the midterms and that slammed the brakes on their "fundamental transformation of America". Given that they couldn't win at the ballot box, the Left did what it does so well; they lied, cheated, and broke the law. And BO, the light bringer, was at the vanguard. It has taken 8+ years to expose them and BO, already diminished from his failures, will be reduced in stature even further. I had said that he had immunity from legal prosecution. But if demanded, he can be forced to testify and he cannot plead the 5th because he is immune from self incrimination consequences. Further, if he lies, now that he is no longer president, he can be prosecuted for it. So, he has to cast his associates to the wolves of justice or risk prosecution for new crimes now. No matter what, BO will be blamed for his actions and people will want to distance themselves from the mess and him. He is already considered a poor president. Now he will be considered an unpunished criminal and, for most, a pariah. The dem party is already on the ropes. This could be a knockout blow. Their last 4 Presidents, Carter, Clinton, Obama, and Biden have been losers, crooks, and/or senile. The rot in the party has a long history. There is a complete vacuum of dem leadership. The only thing they have is loud mouth radicals that lie easily and just as easily are shown to be liars and stupid as well. "Fat, drunk, and stupid is no way to go through life, son." but the dems sure seem to be giving it a good try.

Sorry for the second post. What obama did with the Russia hoax was not a presidential act. He committed an act that is essentially a coup of another president while on his way out of office. Our stupid reps were too chicken to impeach obama, but he set Trump up to be impeached more than once, and he gets a pass. This nation is over if this man is never punished.

While acts as president may provide immunity there was a reason he moved to Georgetown and I doubt it was to pay excessive rent to a politically connected owner of the home either. My guess, he just couldn't help himself by staying connected to the conspiracy as it continued prior to Trump being elected, after he was elected during what's supposed to be a peaceful transition, week's prior to be inaugurated, during the 4 years of Trump 1.0, after Trump left the WH in 2021 and continued throughout that whole time during the Biden term. The media should be investigated too, since they are all basically reporting, or not reporting, the same things. Yet, they are supposed to be competitors in the news business so it would indicate they are part of the conspiracy and likely violating anti-trust laws.

Obama may have immunity for criminal acts while President, and even that is a maybe, as these actions were political acts, not official acts. The Supreme Court made big mention on official and unofficial acts. As mentioned above, Obama continued the conspiracy long after he left the Presidency. I do not think Obama has immunity for conspiratorial acts, after he left the Presidency.

Obama was not president for a good part of this. This started during campaign 2016 and it carried over into President Trump's first term, some of it may still be going on. How does he have immunity from acts that occurred after noon, January 20, 2016 and on? How is sedition within the scope of a president's duties?

What about acts he committed after he was president? We know he was running the Biden White House. The same intel operation Obama set up during his presidency was still in operation during President Trump’s first term and Biden’s term. What did Obie Won have to do with Covid and the subsequent vote fraud that resulted from Covid mitigation policies? Did he have anything to do with the attempted assassination of President Trump? I think there might a treasure trove of possibilities from Jan 2017-the present, when he was still issuing orders but no longer officially the president.

TRAVERSE CITY, Mich. — Eleven people were stabbed at a Walmart in Traverse City on Saturday — with six in critical condition — in what a Michigan sheriff said appeared to be a random act. A suspect was in custody, authorities said. Around 4:45 p.m., a 42-year-old man entered the store and used a folding knife to stab 11 people, the Grand Traverse County Sheriff’s Office said in a statement on social media. A sheriff’s deputy arrived within minutes and took the man into custody, and people in the store also helped apprehend the suspect and treat victims, the sheriff’s office said. The victims’ ages weren’t immediately released.

A Stanford University-led study estimates that COVID-19 vaccinations saved 2.5 million lives from 2020 to 2024, about 17 million fewer than earlier reports suggested, primarily among older adults. That’s the equivalent of one death averted for every 5,400 vaccine doses administered worldwide during the period, according to the findings published Friday in JAMA Health Forum. Official estimates say 7 million people died from the virus worldwide in those years. Led by three Stanford researchers, the study noted that 90% of the lives saved were among people 60 or older, and 82% stemmed from vaccinations administered before they tested positive for COVID.

Democrats’ approval rating with registered voters has plunged to a 35-year low, while Republicans maintain an edge on most of the top issues Americans care about, a new poll found. A whopping 63% of registered voters view Democrats unfavorably, dramatically eclipsing the 33% who had a positive impression, marking the lowest rating they scored since 1990, according to a Wall Street Journal survey. That abysmal rating for Democrats comes against the backdrop of lackluster figures for President Trump and Republicans. Trump’s approval rating sits at 46%, with 52% who disapprove of the commander in chief. The figure is higher than this point during his first term, which was 40%.

It's striking how similar NPR's situation is to that of Planned Parenthood. Both organizations have an affiliate model and both just had a lot of federal money cut from their budgets. That means both are now hoping to find new sources of funding to keep the doors open.
