When was the last time an Independence Day was accompanied by so much winning? 1863, probably. It’s morning in America, baby! During the first half of the week, most of the memes I got related to Alligator Alcatraz, a genius method of encouraging self-deportation, as well as being intrinsically funny. But much more happened as the week unfolded. The Big Beautiful Bill passed, as we knew it would, despite the Democrats’ most over-the-top hysteria in, perhaps, forever. The Trump administration enjoyed a winning streak in court. Collusive Democratic Party litigation resulting in nationwide injunctions, often without even hearing from the Trump administration,

Democrats suffering from severe cases of Trump Derangement Syndrome (TDS) are now displaying another symptom: staging ill-conceived confrontations to get street cred with their antifa progressive base. Some recent headlines:
North Carolina state Rep. Julie von Haefen attended a “No Kings” protest and was photographed holding what appeared to be an effigy of the decapitated heads of Trump and his senior policy advisor, Stephen Miller.
U.S. Representative LaMonica McIver was charged in a three-count indictment for forcibly impeding and interfering with federal officers—all seen on video.
New York City Mayoral candidate Brad Lander got the publicity he desired by trying to help illegal alien criminals by allegedly assaulting a federal law enforcement officer.

The conversation about how divided we are here in the United States of America is a never ending one now. Twenty or thirty years ago, talk about "two Americas" was about economic status. Now it is about the great Red/Blue divide. It's a bit much when people blather on about us being more divided than ever before, but that's what you get when public schools stop teaching real American history.
A lot of participants in this conversation bring up the specter of a new civil war breaking out here in the Republic. I am not a big fan of throwing around "civil war" like that, but it is being

Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials have arrested Mexican boxer Julio César Chávez Jr. over alleged cartel ties, the Department of Homeland Security said Thursday. He is "being processed for expedited removal from the United States," DHS said on social media.
He was arrested Wednesday in Studio City, California, the department said. Chávez, who recently lost a match to influencer-turned-boxer Jake Paul, is a Mexican citizen and a former WBC middleweight world champion. Chávez has an active arrest warrant in Mexico for his alleged involvement in organized crime and trafficking firearms, ammunition and explosives, DHS said in a news release. Chávez is also allegedly believed to be an affiliate

If you thought the spectacle of Biden behind a podium was a thing of the past, think again. This week, the former president emerged from his Delaware cocoon to deliver the keynote at the Society for Human Resource Management’s convention in San Diego.
A couple of months ago, it was revealed that he was having trouble booking speaking gigs — probably because no one was going to fork over the $300,000 speaking fee reportedly attached to his name.
The Society for Human Resource Management must have had a Groupon code.
So what kind of wisdom did Ol’ Joe share?
Biden was asked about what he’s doing these days. His answer?

Remember back in Trump’s first term, when the New York Times published an article from an anonymous low-level government bureaucrat who boasted of doing everything he could to impede Trump’s agenda instead of implementing it? The deep state, the Times told us in May 2024, was “kind of awesome,” in that it imposed far-left policies upon the American people no matter who the president was and what he wanted. But Trump moved decisively as he began his second term, firing numerous government employees who were determined to obstruct his agenda. There’s just one problem: many of them are still on the job.

Bits and pieces of information are seeping out of the war-torn battleground called Iran, and it’s not pretty. The media is tight-lipped, especially the liberal outlets, but we got the story. Buckle up!
Whenever images of smoke rising over Tehran flash across the screens, whether from Israeli airstrikes or internal sabotage, people in the West instinctively wonder: Why aren’t Iranians seizing the chance to overthrow their regime? Which is a good question, but few know the answer. To start off with, if you believe what the media has been feeding you, then you are about to get a wake-up call that will knock your shoes off.

A new CIA assessment was released on Wednesday that shows how far the Obama administration went to stand up the Russian collusion hoax. John Ratcliffe announced that "all the world will finally see the truth" before name-dropping James Clapper, John Brennan, and James Comey as those primarily implicated in the scheme.
All three men took "unusual" direct roles in shaping the now-infamous ICA that was released during the presidential transition following the 2016 election. It was that report that would form the building block of the Russian collusion narrative and eventually lead to a special counsel investigation.

My pronouns are "Enough" and "Already."
We just wrapped up another Pride Month and, thanks to the Republicans' return to power in Washington, it wasn't as "in your face" as it has been in recent years. Because a big part of my duties here involves monitoring and writing about the loony tunes leftists in media, I can assure you that they didn't pipe down about it.
While the Democrats love to portray themselves as the champions of the downtrodden and insist that their policies will right all of society's wrongs, they actually thrive in a world where nothing ever gets better. They would have us believe that race relations

How many Twitter personalities are actually bots? Apparently, a great number. Many, pretending to be human beings, presumptively Americans, are in fact bots created in Iran, China, Russia, or some other likely-hostile country.
The same is true, I think, of mobs. Demonstrators can be turned out for many left-wing causes: today, it’s “Palestine.” Yesterday, it was “No Kings.” The day before, Black Lives Matter. To what extent are these protesters, sometimes violent, the same people? And to what extent are they being paid to protest?
I think they are, in fact, largely the same people. In the summer of 2021, my organization did an anti-Critical Race Theory tour of the state

The University of Pennsylvania has agreed to ban transgender women from participating in its women's sports programs, resolving a federal civil rights investigation centered on swimmer Lia Thomas. The U.S. Department of Education announced the agreement Tuesday, saying the university violated Title IX by allowing Thomas to compete in women's events.
The case marks a significant moment in the Trump administration's broader push to restrict transgender athletes from competing in girls' and women's sports. As part of the resolution, Penn will reinstate Division I swimming records and titles to female athletes displaced by Thomas's victories and issue personalized apology letters to each of them.

Pity poor Jaguar. The British-based luxury and performance carmaker has had a rough go of it this century, but nothing could prepare anyone for the most bone-headed move in corporate history — and I don't mean Jaguar's woke "Reimagine" ad from late last year.
Let me bring you up to speed.
As recently as 2018, Jaguar sold 180,833 cars annually. Last year, they sold fewer than 33,000. In April — the most current sales figures available — Jag sold just 49 cars in the massive UK/Europe market. U.S. sales figures aren't available yet, but they aren't any better.
Jaguar went from selling 1,961 cars a month to 49 in just six years.
