SCOTUS Hands Big Immigration
Win to Trump Administration

In a 6-3 decision, the Supreme Court has issued a big win to the Donald Trump administration. The ruling pauses an order from a lower court judge that required the administration to give illegal immigrants a warning before sending them to other countries with which they have no prior ties. The program, called “third-country removal,” was shot down by a federal judge in May. U.S. District Judge Brian Murphy blocked the administration’s attempt to deport a group of immigrants to South Sudan. Shocker: Murphy is a Joe Biden appointee.

Now that Donald Trump has thoroughly proven himself to be the greatest president in the history of this country, maybe the Supreme Court will finally do their jobs in an adult fashion. There must be some way to get rid of those Obama/Biden/DEI nitwits.

This should never have been in front of the SC - or any court. The judiciary seems to think that they are in charge of which illegals get deported and to where. They’re not. Once people cross our border illegally they are criminals. Deport them all. Arrest anyone who gets in the way.

I'm so sick of this bill being used by the Washington DC elites to get special "favors" from the President....it's all a game to them...democrats and republicans.....and making sure they get camera time for their election....no more behind closed doors deals...it's out there for US to see....and it's tiresome and irritating ...WE the people have seen what K Street is all about....lobbying for special favors for certain political friends to get on the government gravy train....

Chances are this Supreme Court ruling will at least give pause to the homeland countries of illegal alien criminals, Once a foreign country tells the USA that they will not take back their citizens who are being deported from the USA, there should not be any US Visas issued to the government officials or citizens of that country until that country does agree to accept back all of their citizens who are being deported from the USA. Also there should be no way the illegal alien criminals or criminal gang members should be able to evade being deported back to their homelands by claiming that they could be killed or injured in their home countries, if returned there, by rival criminals or gang members.

The US military strikes on three of Iran’s nuclear facilities last weekend did not destroy the core components of the country’s nuclear program and likely only set it back by months, according to an early US intelligence assessment that was described by four people briefed on it. The assessment, which has not been previously reported, was produced by the Defense Intelligence Agency, the Pentagon’s intelligence arm. It is based on a battle damage assessment conducted by US Central Command in the aftermath of the US strikes, one of the sources said.

Immigrations and Customs Enforcement recently carried out a multi-state operation targeting eleven Iranian nationals in the U.S. illegally as the threat of Iranian terror cells attacking the U.S. intensifies. Over the last 48 hours, federal agents arrested the eleven Iranians and a U.S. citizen who harbored an illegal immigrant from Iran, a Department of Homeland Security official told NR. “Under Secretary Noem, DHS has been full throttle on identifying and arresting known or suspected terrorists and violent extremists that illegally entered this country, came in through Biden’s fraudulent parole programs or otherwise,”

President Donald Trump uncharacteristically lost his temper a bit when discussing violations of the ceasefire between Iran and Israel with reporters on Tuesday. Trump took a moment to discuss overnight developments in the Middle East before heading off to attend a NATO summit in The Hague, Netherlands. Hours after the president announced a ceasefire between the warring nations, Israel accused Iran of violating it by launching missiles. They, in turn, planned retaliatory strikes on Tehran. Iran denied the missile launches, while Trump expressed frustration with both nations, particularly Israel, for undermining the fragile truce.

President Donald Trump urged Israel and Iran to honor the cease-fire deal he announced Monday as Israel prepares to retaliate against Iran for launching missiles right before the cease-fire was supposed to come into effect. “THE CEASEFIRE IS NOW IN EFFECT. PLEASE DO NOT VIOLATE IT!” Trump posted on Truth Social. “ISRAEL. DO NOT DROP THOSE BOMBS. IF YOU DO IT IS A MAJOR VIOLATION. BRING YOUR PILOTS HOME, NOW! DONALD J. TRUMP, PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES” Trump said in another post.

Operation Midnight Hammer, this weekend’s US bombing raid on Iran’s nuclear facilities, was a revealing moment on multiple fronts. First, it confirmed that Iran’s story about peaceful energy development, never very believable, was false. Nobody does peaceful research under hundreds of feet of rock and concrete. And former Russian president Dmitry Medvedev came right out and admitted that Iran was building nuclear weapons. We knew that, but still . . . It also established that most of the “anti-war” crowd are just anti-American, anti-Israel, anti-West activists.

At least three people have been killed after a missile launched from Iran struck a residential building in the southern Israeli city of Beer Sheva, CNN reported on Tuesday, citing Israel’s emergency services. According to CNN’s Eugenia Yosef and Lex Harvey, the casualties include a man approximately 40 years old, a woman about 30, and a man around 20. Six additional people sustained injuries ranging from light to moderate, the emergency response organization Magen David Adom (MDA) said in a statement. The Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) confirmed that missiles had been launched from Iran toward Israel and issued instructions for residents to seek shelter immediately.

Before I complete the first sentence of this article, I'm confident that most if not all who read it can agree on at least one thing: The United Nations — the UN Human Rights Council, in particular —has not only disproportionately condemned Israel, for decades; it has also been inherently adversarial to the United States with respect to many U.S. positions and initiatives, for decades. That said, it comes as zero surprise that United Nations Secretary General António Guterres has condemned President Donald Trump's attack on Iranian nuclear sites over the weekend, while saying zero about the radical Islamists intentionally targeting Israeli civilian areas, including a civilian hospital.

A year ago, the regime in Tehran had the Biden administration cowed into suppressing Israeli action against the country. Iran has told the United States that it will attack Israel directly unless the Biden administration secures a ceasefire in Gaza, according to an Arab diplomatic source who spoke with Jadeh Iran. The ultimatum follows an Israeli attack on an Iranian diplomatic facility in Damascus last week. The source told Jadeh Iran that a ceasefire could also lead to progress on other aspects of the U.S.-Iran relationship. This comes following mediation by Oman between the U.S. and Iran.

Did the B-2 bomber strikes on Fordow accomplish its intended mission -- to shut down the nuclear-weapons development site? Some wondered at just how much damage the strikes caused after the US released before-and-after aerial photos of the redoubt. Apart from six neatly spaced holes in the ground, very little surface disruption could be seen, causing some to question Donald Trump's claim to have eliminated Fordow's capabilities. Not so fast, Rafael Grossi testified today. The Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency delivered an assessment of the situation in Vienna, and it should remind everyone of two salient points. First, the GBU-57 bunker busters are designed to create underground damage

And when people think of American Jewish culture, they also think of New York, which has the largest Jewish community of any city in the world outside of Israel. But if the polls are correct, New York may soon have a mayor who is an avowed Marxist and an antisemite. (And yes, I equate anti-Zionism directly with antisemitism.)Tomorrow is voting day in the New York Democrat party mayoral primary. This matters because the greatest likelihood is that whoever wins the Democrat primary will be New York City’s next mayor. The chances of a Republican winning, after all, are slim.

That means that, according to MacDonough, those provisions have to go through the normal Senate process and need 60 votes for passage instead of a simple majority.
