Up until now, President Donald Trump has stopped short of calling for regime change in Iran, but after he ordered the massive U.S. strikes on the Islamic Republic’s nuclear sites Saturday evening, he appears to have changed his tune. If the current despotic, extremist regime can’t make “Iran Great Again,” perhaps it’s time for someone else to do it, he suggested: Posting to Truth Social Sunday afternoon, he argued that it’s time for “MIGA”:
It’s not politically correct to use the term, “Regime Change,” but if the current Iranian Regime is unable to MAKE IRAN GREAT AGAIN, why wouldn’t there be a Regime change??? MIGA!!!

Homeland Security officials are warning Americans of heightened threats in the United States after the attacks on Iran.
The Department of Homeland Security issued an advisory on June 22 saying attacks from low-level cyber “hacktivists” are likely, and larger attacks could follow if Iranian leaders issue a religious ruling “calling for retaliatory violence against targets in the Homeland.”
The agency said Iran has a longstanding commitment to strike American government officials following the killing of Iranian Gen. Qassem Soleimani in 2020, but the attacks on Iran will likely amplify that commitment.

The United States, the Middle East and world oil markets are bracing for Iran’s response after President Donald Trump launched punishing strikes on Iranian nuclear energy sites overnight, plunging the region into an unprecedented new phase of a decades-old conflict.
The U.S. struck Iranian nuclear facilities, including the key Fordo site, with 14 GBU-57s, 30,000-pound “bunker buster bombs,” according to the U.S. military. It was the first time the United States has directly bombed the Islamic Republic. The next 48 hours are of particular concern,

Iran’s parliament has voted to close the Strait of Hormuz, the vital shipping channel through which around 20% of the world’s daily oil flows.
The move, which could block $1 billion in oil shipments per day, is likely to send oil prices soaring.
It will come into effect pending a final decision by Iran’s Supreme Council. The Supreme Council’s decision must be made by tonight, according to Iran’s state-run Press TV.
Iran’s major escalation in response to US strikes on its nuclear facilities “will be done whenever necessary,” Email Kosari, Commander in the Revolutionary Guards, said on Sunday.

There are some things I'd never do in life. I'd never challenge Usain Bolt to a race. I'd never have a conversation with Clarence Thomas and pretend to know more about the law than he does. I'd never volunteer to tackle Derrick Henry, and I'd never try to tell Peyton Manning how to throw a football. And I'd certainly never try to outsmart Secretary of State Marco Rubio on something like foreign intelligence.
But Margaret Brennan doesn't seem to know how to stay in her lane.

Israel just used America’s successful strike on Iranian nuclear facilities to put the woke UK government in its place.
U.S. President Donald Trump proved himself the leader of the free world Saturday, Israeli Foreign Affairs Minister Gideon Sa’ar tweeted, urging Great Britain to follow America’s lead in opposing Iran’s mass murdering regime. Unfortunately, since the woke idiots destroying Britain are fully dedicated to importing antisemitic Muslims who hate Israel, and condemned Israel’s “escalation,” that probably won’t happen.
Sa’ar explained Sunday, “Spoke with UK Foreign Secretary @DavidLammy and told him that the U.S. acted as the leader of the free world yesterday. Western civilisation must back the US now.”

Images are now emerging showing the before and after at Iran’s underground Fordow nuclear facility. The “before” being of course previous to Saturday night, the “after” being after the United States unleashed numerous bunker-busting bombs and reportedly absolutely demolished the site.
Part of the mountain was simply vaporized:
The first satellite images from Iran’s Fordow nuclear enrichment site show that part of the mountain protecting the facility was completely obliterated by US bunker buster bomb strikes Saturday.
Possible bomb entry points and rubble was visible following President Trump’s surprise B-2 stealth bomber attack overnight, the images taken by Maxar Technologies show.

President Donald Trump’s strike on Iran’s nuclear facilities “saved the potential loss of American lives,” according to retired General Mark Kimmitt. He praised the operation during an interview with CNN and admitted he was both “fascinated” and “impressed” with the strategic use of deception and timing that defined the mission — calling it “much like a Trump deal.”
Speaking to Anderson Cooper on CNN, Kimmitt — former Assistant Secretary of State and retired brigadier general — offered rare praise on the network for Trump’s handling of the high-stakes operation.

The successful U.S. strikes on Iranian nuclear sites conducted Saturday night are not a prelude to a broader regime-change campaign, Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth said during a Sunday morning press briefing.
The strikes on nuclear facilities in Fordow, Natanz, and Isfahan resulted in “severe damage and destruction,” but it’s “way too early” to determine whether Iran retains some nuclear capability, General Dan Caine, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, said.
“This mission was not and is not about regime change,” Hegseth insisted

Iran has launched its first salvo of ballistic missiles at Israel after the US military conducted airstrikes at three key Iranian nuclear facilities in the early hours of Sunday, marking a dramatic escalation in the West Asian conflict.
Iran’s state media said more than 30 ballistic missiles had been fired as sirens rang across parts of Israel, while explosions were heard in Jerusalem. The Israeli Army said it was working to intercept missiles from Iran. Israel had closed its airspace after the US strikes on Iran.

Following his address to the nation Saturday night and the destruction of Iran’s nuclear facilities, President Donald J. Trump issued a warning on Truth Social.
President Trump stated, “ANY RETALIATION BY IRAN AGAINST THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA WILL BE MET WITH FORCE FAR GREATER THAN WHAT WAS WITNESSED TONIGHT. THANK YOU! DONALD J. TRUMP, PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES”
Earlier this evening, he announced that three nuclear sites in Iran—Fordow, Natanz, and Esfahan—had been bombed.
