She's right that Biden did not lie about pardoning his son. He could not do so because he was suffering from dementia and was not able mentally to do the pardon. Therefore, he did not pardon his son. Someone else did by forging his signature with the autopen. Whoever did that should be prosecuted.

However, the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) has announced new regulations that will severely restrict foreign missionaries in China starting May 1. Citing the need to combat “extremism” and protect national security, these measures threaten religious freedoms. Under the new regulation, foreign missionaries must obtain government approval for lectures, sermons, and group activities, facing a burdensome application process that details the date, time, location, and attendees.

Given that, you’d think they’d figure out what to prioritize to improve the lives of their citizens. Advertisement Their answer, though, will make your head spin. A California bill that would allow higher education institutions to prioritize slave descendants in college admissions is drawing harsh critique from some civil rights experts. Introduced in December, the bill, AB 7, is a project of Democrat Assemblymember Isaac Bryan who represents part of Los Angeles. If passed, it would allow the state’s two public higher education systems, the California State University and the University of California, as well as private colleges and universities to “consider providing a preference in admissions to an applicant who is a descendant of slavery, as defined, to the extent it does not conflict with federal law.”
