Liberals Are on the Verge of a Major PR
Pivot. And Their Next Target Will NOT
Be Trump.

While I don't disagree with the major premises of the article, that Trump is a target far beyond dem capability to attack, that existing dem "leadership" is soiled beyond saving based on their actions supporting Mr. Potato Head and other deceptive and incompetent stands, and that current Socialist alternatives for dem leadership, like AOC, are DOA, I don't see a path to rebuild. First, all the Left's people with any kind of standing to speak have been increasingly insane and corrupt against Trump for 10+ years. The kind of visceral hatred they espoused cannot be simply set aside. Next, the corruption and rot in the dem party (and some Republicans) is massive and it is being spotlighted by Trump's actions and DOGE's discoveries. They have been robbing Americans blind and giving money to our enemies. The dems have also shown themselves to be GROSSLY incompetent, especially when compared to what Trump and his people have accomplished in 4 short months; the border being an incendiary example. The economic changes, just starting to come into fruition, also to be stellar. Finally, the Socialist intrusion into the dem party is deep and well rooted. Half the dem party thinks Socialism is great or at least OK. Unfortunately, that leaves the other half of the dem party and 3/4 of America as a whole, out of sync with the Socialists. So there is to be a pivot? To what? With what group of people? First, Trump is delivering satisfaction to 50% of America and that is likely to rise as his policies deliver the successes that they are sure to AND as his opposition continues to implode. Let's guess that by the midterms, 60% of Americans are OK with Trump. They are not looking for another path. The remaining 40% are out of sync with the rest of the country in one way or another, either still focused on "Orange Man Bad", espousing Socialism, embracing failed policies and failed leadership, or thrashing around to "find themselves". I think it is very likely the dems will continue to pivot, blowing with the wind from chaos to more chaos largely because they lack the wherewithal to do anything else. A rebuilding of their party requires a focal point to build on. The dems are adrift without a purpose that Americans can value. In fact, the MAIN thing that wins elections, a party on the side of the American people, has been locked in by Trump. What is left for the dems to claim?

The older demoncrats are dumb, but the newer crop of dems is amazingly dumber.

Their pivot is more lies. Nothing has changed. Don't watch what they say, watch what they do. Another lefty is about to package themself as a 'moderate', It worked for Obama, but in the end, everyone knew it was all lies. The left tried to make Socialism and Communism more acceptable. That failed when prices went through the roof and their supporters realized they were being ignored and lied to. The left does not share power and the people at the top believe they are entitled to EVERYTHING. As for the blame game, I compare it to a bunch of cannibals arguing over who is next for dinner.

As they have done in the past, look for the Democrats themselves, and through their media propagandists, to make themselves look more conservative than the wimpy Republicans before the next election with the objective of fooling enough American voters to win the election. While they won’t be able to beat Trump in that off year election, they will do everything they can to essentially kick enough wimpy Republicans out of the Congress to take majority control, and then turn the last two years of the Trump term into continuous impeachment filings, and subsequent trials in the US Senate, with only Democrat priorities having a chance of passage into law. You have to figure that, because as of today, the wimpy Republicans can’t even pass trump’s priority legislation, the so-called “big beautiful bill” through the Congress.

They bleat that they "want to go forward" which means they're going to invest their time ~ with help from the media ~ in trying to make people forget how they lied to us for 4+ years. Additionally, it'd be necessary for them to be contrite and apologize. However, this is an attribute that does not exist in their DNA. They could never admit they lied. If they did people might ask WHY they lied and that is the crux of the problem. There's no way they want all of their corruption and treason to come to light. They can't go forward until they go back; they're between a rock and a hard place. No sympathy here.....

Note the recent squabble between recently-elected DNC vice-chair David 'Camera' Hogg and the 'Rat Fossils (Chuck-the-Schmuck, Pee-Lousey, and numerous other 'Rats who are decades past their sell-by dates). Hogg said he wanted to primary these superannuated politicians and bring in new blood. Unfortunately for him, the Fossils have their hands on several lever of power within the DNC. Last I heard, they were trying to scheme a way to invalidate their own, in-party election, dump Hogg, and select (not Elect) someone more (to their liking/under their control). Of course if this turmoil was happening amongst the Pubbies, the Lamestreams would push it in our face every hour of every day. But, as it's amongst the 'Rats, they don't mention it, and most media-Sports-obsessed people are not even aware that it is going on. Just keep up the Bread and Circuses, lamestreams!
