This is why lawfare needs to be stamped out. Even when you win, things get dragged out forever and it costs a fortune. Leftists figure even if they lose the case, the court costs will kill you. If there is a judgement for costs, they don't pay for one phoney reason or another.

Happy for Mark Styen as he had to endure this for so many years. When the climate scheme pushers keep changing the agenda, removing inconvenient data that doesn't match their desired agenda goals, etc.. you know they have a particular agenda.

The U.S. government has issued a sweeping diktat prohibiting American diplomats, their families and security-cleared contractors in China from engaging in romance or sex with Chinese citizens. The Associated Press reported on the move, citing four people with direct knowledge of the decoupling policy which was put into effect by departing U.S. Ambassador Nicholas Burns in January shortly before he left China. The “no sex” policy applies to staff at the U.S. embassy in Beijing and consulates in Guangzhou, Shanghai, Shenyang and Wuhan, as well as the consulate in Hong Kong. U.S. personnel stationed outside China or those already in pre-existing relationships with Chinese citizens might be exempt,

I've never heard anything good about the United States Institute for Peace. It's been in bed with neocons, coupmeisters, and the Soros color revolution crowd for years. The quasi-government agency that runs like a private NGO is always sneaky and non-transparent. So it didn't surprise me a bit to learn that USIP showed unusual resistance to anyone poking into their spending from DOGE. {tweet] Did you hear how the staff as USIP acted when DOGE showed up? They literally BARRICADED themselves in their offices, cut the phone lines and power to elevators, sabotaged office equipment and the Head of USIP had to be arrested & removed.

The Democratic Party has filed a lawsuit against President Donald Trump over an executive order designed to maintain integrity in federal elections. Because, of course they are. The suit, filed in the United States District Court for the District of Columbia on Monday, cites several plaintiffs, including most notably the Democratic National Committee (DNC), House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries (D-NY), and Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY). It's nice that Schumer and Jeffries got over their tiff long enough to join forces to stop the President from keeping non-citizens from voting. "In the United States of America, the President does not get to dictate the rules of our elections," the court filing reads.

On February 20, 2025, Breitbart News noted that the semiautomatic firearms ban had passed the Colorado Senate. In order to secure Gov.
