The district court judge who recently blocked President Donald Trump's efforts to deport illegal alien gang members attended a suspiciously partisan legal conference just months before his ruling, according to a judicial ethics report. Judge James Boasberg, who serves on the D.C. District Court, participated in what appears to be nothing more than a Democrat strategy session masquerading as a legal conference in Sun Valley, Idaho. The conference’s agenda items, “Judges in a Democracy” and “State of Democracy,” sound eerily similar to the Democrats’ tiresome 2024 campaign rhetoric about “saving democracy” — which, of course, has become the justification for their using the courts to obstruct Trump’s agenda.

As the Washington Post reported, The Secret Service announced on Monday that they had terminated the security detail of former Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas several months before it was set to expire.
The Post also reported that Secret Service protection for Hunter and Ashley Biden officially ended on Monday.
This ought to save the taxpayers a few dollars. On Monday, U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Secretary Scott Turner and U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Kristi Noem announced the signing of a "memorandum of understanding" ending the use of federal monies to house illegal aliens, directing that any such funds should go to helping American citizens.
This will doubtless be challenged by another of the many activist judges who seem to be springing up like dandelions on a summer day, but once again, the left finds itself in the interesting (and amusing) position of defending spending taxpayer funds to house and feed people
