Good forbid that some people on our side start using any of the tactics they use. It would be just horrible if, for example, someone doxxed Mayorkass, published his home address, keyed and/or firebombed his car, or otherwise hurt him or his family just like the criminals that he let into this country have already done to our citizens. No, it's just so wrong to think that or to enjoy the very thought of thinking that. And I mean really, really enjoy thinking about it. Just. So. Wrong....hahahahaha.... So don't do it.

Huge: HUD, DHS Blocking Use of Tax Dollars

This ought to save the taxpayers a few dollars. On Monday, U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Secretary Scott Turner and U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Kristi Noem announced the signing of a "memorandum of understanding" ending the use of federal monies to house illegal aliens, directing that any such funds should go to helping American citizens. This will doubtless be challenged by another of the many activist judges who seem to be springing up like dandelions on a summer day, but once again, the left finds itself in the interesting (and amusing) position of defending spending taxpayer funds to house and feed people
New Dirt on Judge Boasberg Raises More Questions 5 replies

The district court judge who recently blocked President Donald Trump's efforts to deport illegal alien gang members attended a suspiciously partisan legal conference just months before his ruling, according to a judicial ethics report. Judge James Boasberg, who serves on the D.C. District Court, participated in what appears to be nothing more than a Democrat strategy session masquerading as a legal conference in Sun Valley, Idaho. The conference’s agenda items, “Judges in a Democracy” and “State of Democracy,” sound eerily similar to the Democrats’ tiresome 2024 campaign rhetoric about “saving democracy” — which, of course, has become the justification for their using the courts to obstruct Trump’s agenda.

Sparks flew during a closely-watched federal appeals court hearing Monday afternoon — with a Barack Obama-appointed judge tearing into the Trump administration’s plans to mass-deport alleged members of the Venezuelan gang Tren de Aragua. Judge Patricia Millett, a member of the bench since 2013, dominated much of the questioning — grilling a Justice Department lawyer over due process concerns for the 260 purported illegal migrants shipped to a notorious El Salvador prison earlier this month under the 1798 Alien Enemies Act. “There were planeloads of people. There were no procedures in place to notify people,” Millett exclaimed at one point. “Nazis got better treatment under the Alien Enemies Act

Tren de Aragua migrants must be allowed to appeal their deportations ordered under the 1798 Alien Enemies Act, Judge James Boasberg ruled Monday. The ruling is likely to be appealed — in part, because President Donald Trump’s deputies say the judiciary has no role when the President invokes the 1798 act to deport aliens amid an invasion or a “predatory incursion” of the United States. “This is unconstitutional,” responded Stephen Miller, the President’s deputy chief of staff. The judge’s decision did not challenge the 1798 law itself but argued that migrants can claim they are not covered

Trump wrote on Truth Social that the “Secondary Tariff” on Venezuela is in response to the country “purposefully and deceitfully” sending violent criminals to the United States. The Trump administration has begun deporting alleged violent Venezuelan illegal immigrants to El Salvador, where they are being held in a notorious prison. “Among the gangs they sent to the United States, is Tren de Aragua, which has been given the designation of ‘Foreign Terrorist Organization.’ We are in the process of returning them to Venezuela

An ominous report identifies 20 bridges nationwide at serious risk of ship collisions, potentially resulting in a collapse like the one that brought down the Francis Scott Key Bridge in Baltimore. A group of engineers from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore analyzed the likelihood of ship/bridge collisions across the country, including the frequency of potential collisions. Experts note that “ship strikes should be extremely rare” due to bridge design standards. The group says the annual chances of a bridge collapse stemming from a ship collision “should be less than 1 in 10,000.” However, the unsettling report finds that “some of the busiest bridges” in the country are “likely” to be hit

Judge James Boasberg, whose rulings regarding the Trump administration's efforts to remove Tren de Aragua (TdA) gang members from the country have placed him — and federal district court authority — squarely in the limelight over the past week and a half, has issued another ruling on the matter. Monday morning, Boasberg issued an Order denying the administration's motion to vacate his temporary restraining order (TRO) and included a 37-page memorandum with it, setting out his reasoning. The order itself is very brief and simply states that the administration's motion to vacate the TRO is denied, and if the plaintiffs aim to convert the TRO to a preliminary injunction,

Ignoring for a moment whether it is true or not -- and the answer to that is generally, it depends -- let’s accept the mantra and analyze why public-school teachers are still underpaid after all these years. It’s not spending. As most voters know, it seems that every stinking year there is some ballot initiative or measure or legislative move to increase spending for our woefully underfunded public-school systems. It never seems to end.
