A federal judge on Tuesday ordered the Trump Administration to restore the gender ideology webpages it deleted.
US District Judge John Bates of the United States District Court for the District of Columbia, a George W. Bush appointee, ordered Trump to restore the pages by midnight tonight.
Last month, President Trump scrubbed public health websites of all things related to “gender ideology.”
A group dubbed Doctors For America sued the Office of Personal Management and numerous government agencies, claiming the removal could prevent doctors from helping patients.

The dems and their activist judges are just yanking the Trump administration’s chain at this point. President Trump needs to put the kabosh on this now.

No. Don't do it. Judge doesn't have the authority, so just ignore.

These aren’t even matters of law. The judges are arguing their feelings. Ignore.

Aren't these the same judges that told Republican voters in they "had no standing" to present direct evidence of election fraud in 2020? So much for equal protection under the law. "All animals are equal, but some are more equal than others."

And if he doesn't? You gonna send the FBI to go bust his door down at Mara-lago, and rife through Melania's drawers for the second time?

"Bates said Tuesday that the pages’ removal appeared to harm some doctors’ ability to treat patients"

I’ve been hesitant to suggest this but time to send a clear, angry message:
President Trump, pardon Woody Harrelson’s father. Send a message.

So many judges working for the Deep State. We're all supposed to believe these judges have authority to do this.

What legal controlling authority does a District Judge have against the Executive Branch?
Was the decision to remove the gender pages unconstitutional?
Or, just something this judge and the far-left and progressives would rather not happen?

United States District Court for the District of Columbia, Should be broken up and these judges sent to the 4 corners of America. They have a lifetime appointment , but does it have to be in the District.>?

Assuming that John Roberts hasn’t gone completely around the bend, he must be seriously worried about this from a judicial legitimacy standpoint.

So ... restore the pages, but plaster them with disclaimers saying that the pages have been restored under an order by Judge Bates, and that the information is not considered to be accurate or scientifically supported, and should not be trusted.
Then include two buttons:
"Take me back to the home page", and
"I understand that the information on this page is wrong, but I want to see it anyway"

#7: I have no brief carry for GWB here, but it's useful to note this about judicial appointments: When the opposing party controls the Senate, often a President will occasionally recommend otherwise odious nominations solely in order to get the rest of his nominations through. Mark Levin noted that the "Reagan-appointed" judge in Seattle is a lefty nut that Reagan tolerated as one among a few of about 100 judicial nominees he made. So when contemporary media attempt to burnish the reputation of a judge by associating the judge with a Republican president, it actually means *nothing*. On the other hand, when they note a judge was appointed by a Democrat, it's usually a dog-whistle to the left that they have judge-shopped wisely and believe the fix is in. Reality here is no different: The judge was chosen as a result of carefully planned judge-shopping.

PDT should ask that classic question from WWII…The judge, how many divisions does he have?
