BREAKING: Federal Judge Orders Trump Admin
to Restore Gender Ideology Websites

A federal judge on Tuesday ordered the Trump Administration to restore the gender ideology webpages it deleted. US District Judge John Bates of the United States District Court for the District of Columbia, a George W. Bush appointee, ordered Trump to restore the pages by midnight tonight. Last month, President Trump scrubbed public health websites of all things related to “gender ideology.” A group dubbed Doctors For America sued the Office of Personal Management and numerous government agencies, claiming the removal could prevent doctors from helping patients.

Aren't these the same judges that told Republican voters in they "had no standing" to present direct evidence of election fraud in 2020? So much for equal protection under the law. "All animals are equal, but some are more equal than others."

What legal controlling authority does a District Judge have against the Executive Branch? Was the decision to remove the gender pages unconstitutional? Or, just something this judge and the far-left and progressives would rather not happen?

So ... restore the pages, but plaster them with disclaimers saying that the pages have been restored under an order by Judge Bates, and that the information is not considered to be accurate or scientifically supported, and should not be trusted. Then include two buttons: "Take me back to the home page", and "I understand that the information on this page is wrong, but I want to see it anyway"

#7: I have no brief carry for GWB here, but it's useful to note this about judicial appointments: When the opposing party controls the Senate, often a President will occasionally recommend otherwise odious nominations solely in order to get the rest of his nominations through. Mark Levin noted that the "Reagan-appointed" judge in Seattle is a lefty nut that Reagan tolerated as one among a few of about 100 judicial nominees he made. So when contemporary media attempt to burnish the reputation of a judge by associating the judge with a Republican president, it actually means *nothing*. On the other hand, when they note a judge was appointed by a Democrat, it's usually a dog-whistle to the left that they have judge-shopped wisely and believe the fix is in. Reality here is no different: The judge was chosen as a result of carefully planned judge-shopping.

SHOCK POLL: Trump’s Approval Rating

President Trump’s approval rating among black men has climbed to 42 percent, according to new polling from Cygnal. This should make Democrats wake up in the middle of the night in cold sweats. Trump won the White House with less support than that from black voters in November. He is going up in their estimation, despite everything that Democrats and the media are trying to use against him. Democrats have had an ongoing problem with male voters. This polling shows that their problem is not improving, it’s getting worse. Paul Bedard writes at The Gazette:

President Trump announced he will be holding a press conference tomorrow to release a list of names of entities and people involved in government fraud and abuse. This comes one day after Elon Musk said DOGE was investigating how government workers mysteriously accrued millions of dollars. “We do find it sort of rather odd that there are quite a few people in the bureaucracy who who have essentially a salary of a few hundred thousand dollars, but somehow manage to accrue tens of millions of dollars in net worth while they are in that position,” Elon Musk said on Tuesday.

According to the latest numbers from one of America’s most consistently accurate pollsters, a majority of the public sides with President Trump on the issue of limiting birthright citizenship. Rasmussen Reports surveyed 1,196 likely voters on February 6, 9, and 10, and found majority support to finally put an end to how birthright citizenship is currently defined — which is that if you are born on United States soil you are automatically an American citizen. This stupid and suicidal Constitutional interpretation allows the children of non-citizens, including those whose parents are in our country illegally, to win American citizenship for that child simply because they happened to be born here.

A federal judge on Wednesday declined to pause the Trump administration’s buyout program for government workers, giving President Trump a key win in his push to shrink the size of the federal government. US District Judge George A. O’Toole ruled that the union groups suing to block the so-called “Deferred Resignation” program lacked standing and that his Massachusetts-based court lacked the jurisdiction to proceed with the lawsuit. O’Toole, an appointee of former President Bill Clinton, temporarily blocked the Office of Personnel Management from moving ahead with the program earlier this week, after unions representing more than 800,000 federal workers charged that that the buyout offers were unlawful

It’s been three brutal years since Vladimir Putin launched his bid to conquer Ukraine; it’s time to find a lasting peace — which is only possible if all sides are realistic. One huge difference is that we have a new US president — one who’s stronger, but also understands how to negotiate. Putin knows he can’t snow Donald Trump as he did Joe Biden, who routinely folded in the face of Vlad’s nuclear bluffs — thereby failing to support Kyiv hard and fast enough to dislodge the Russians. Biden lost that opportunity for good: It’s now pointless to demand a return to Ukraine’s 2014 borders (to be fair, Barack Obama let Crimea go);
