DOGE Saves American Taxpayers Another
$182 Million, This Time at HHS

Are you tired of winning yet? Tax season is coming up. My wife does our taxes, which through the close to 30 years I've been self-employed, has always been a complicated process. She is quite good at making sure we pay every penny we're required by law to pay - and not one penny more. That is, of course, what all good Americans should do; rendering unto Caesar has its limits.Every American taxpayer these days, though, has a few more reasons to smile - and on Friday, they gained 182 million more reasons, as the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) has canceled another 62 contracts, saving all of us

What will it be like when the DOGE takes the time to find the nitty-gritty? This is just the tips of several icebergs. I sure hope that all these discoveries will be documented for posterity.

Elon, here's an area that needs to be looked at, School's food program. Parents receive funding from the state to feed their children, schools are receiving money from the State and Federal Government to feed the children. Somewhere along the line this system is being abused. It's an easy find. Look how multiple government agencies are funding the same thing..it's astonishing! It's called overlap funding.

Tax preparation season is like getting hemmorids removed...it hurts...the flat tax is the way to go... What you made x 10% = what you owe...no deductions, no cumbersome ways to skirt the law, one simple form, no ordeal. Gutting government spending would make a flat tax more than feasible...

Trudeau Caught on Hot Mic Talking About Trump 1 reply

A hot mic moment has sparked controversy as Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau was caught on tape suggesting that President Donald Trump is "serious about annexing Canada." The candid remark, made during a private conversation, has raised eyebrows and sparked debate, with some questioning whether Trudeau was joking or expressing genuine concern over the future of U.S.-Canada relations. On Friday, Trudeau was caught saying he thinks Trump is serious about making Canada the 51st U.S. state.

In the renewed vigor of the Oval Office, President Trump doesn’t take meetings in the traditional sense, where one guest leaves before another departs. Instead, in gregarious fashion, the president rolls one meeting into another and introduces the principals to each other, creating a burst of high-energy chemistry and humor that has transformed the White House from a mausoleum into a symphony of personal interaction. He has shaken so many hands that the back of his right hand is almost permanently adorned with a large skin-colored Band-Aid to cover bruises and scratches from enthusiastic well-wishers. His days start at 6 a,m, and often end close to midnight over small convivial dinners

Fox News' Jennifer Griffin has stepped in it again, and this time she earned a rebuke from newly-minted Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth. For several years, it's been obvious that the Pentagon reporter has had it out for the modern iteration of the Republican Party. Feel free to speculate as to exactly why, but it seems to revolve around the fact that the Obama and Biden administrations were, for all intents and purposes, simply neoconservative cut-outs. A simple glance at her reporting makes it clear that Griffin believes the status quo first established under President George W. Bush is unassailable, and any attempts to change it cause her great consternation.

President Donald Trump issued an executive order Friday “to assess any ongoing infringements” of the right to keep and bear arms. The order began by stating the purpose and importance of the Second Amendment: The Second Amendment is an indispensable safeguard of security and liberty. It has preserved the right of the American people to protect ourselves, our families, and our freedoms since the founding of our great Nation. Because it is foundational to maintaining all other rights held by Americans, the right to keep and bear arms must not be infringed. The order then makes clear that President Trump wants an assessment of any infringements

President Trump has ordered security clearances stripped from a new hit list of antagonists. Just days after revoking Joe Biden’s access to classified information and secure federal buildings — “because I don’t trust him” — Trump said his new top target is ex-Secretary of State Anthony Blinken, who orchestrated the “Dirty 51” letter from former intelligence officials on the eve of the 2020 election. The infamous missive falsely claimed that Hunter Biden’s laptop, the contents of which The Post revealed, was Russian disinformation. Blinken’s security clearances will be revoked, following the same presidential directive aimed at Biden and the 51 ex-spooks last week, Trump told The Post in an exclusive interview.

CNN reported on Saturday that a federal judge halted Elon Musk’s government efficiency team from accessing a critical Treasury Department. US District Judge Paul A. Engelmayer, who Barack Obama appointed, cited a risk of “irreparable harm.” The order temporarily stops access to a sensitive payment system that distributes Americans’ tax returns, Social Security benefits, disability payments, and federal employees’ salaries. Moreover, Engelmeyer ordered the destruction of any downloaded information from the payment system by anyone given access to it since January 20, the date Trump was inaugurated.

In one instance, the agency funneled $5 billion in 2014 to ignite riots in Ukraine, according to RFK Jr. On the plus side, online footage has emerged showing signs are being covered up and taken down,

Newsom and the Democrat-controlled legislature reached a deal to fund the anti-Trump effort even as the Palisades Fire and Eaton Fire were still smoldering in Los Angeles.

Democrats have finally found someone they hate more than Donald Trump. Elon Musk, who is currently running roughshod over the federal bureaucracy with a sleep-deprived team of brilliant young tech geeks, is the public enemy of the hour.
