The radical left judiciary continues to sabotage the Trump Administration’s efforts to drain the swamp.
CNN reported on Saturday that a federal judge halted Elon Musk’s government efficiency team from accessing a critical Treasury Department. US District Judge Paul A. Engelmayer, who Barack Obama appointed, cited a risk of “irreparable harm.”
The order temporarily stops access to a sensitive payment system that distributes Americans’ tax returns, Social Security benefits, disability payments, and federal employees’ salaries.
Moreover, Engelmeyer ordered the destruction of any downloaded information from the payment system by anyone given access to it since January 20, the date Trump was inaugurated.

Isn't the judge overstepping bounds when he forbids the Secretary of the Treasury from accessing his own departments computer systems and records?

They cannot legally destroy/erase/shred "Evidence", or Govt work product...the judges ruling is asking them to commit a felony, in and of itself it is thus a Felony comitted by the judge.

I don’t believe he’s got that authority. Obviously feels empowered by the last administration…nothing’s off limits. I hope he gets slapped down before anything gets destroyed.

And the worse that can happen if this order is ignored - does the judge have an enforcement agency that is impervious to orders from the President ? Seems the Biden administration ignored laws, judges rulings and historical precedents all the time. This is now the Dems gameplan, it must be derailed by any means or the Republic is lost.

Did the American people elect this judge? Seventeen states is not a majority. Remember, this is about our democracy, right? A majority elected President Trump. The majority stands with President Trump and DOGE. The minority position didn't matter for us when biden was in office. He completely went against us when the truth is we were really the majority, meaning the American people didn't want what biden gave us. The left needs to stand down and take it like we did. We freakin' won! this time. Trump and team should keep it moving and ignore the criminal courts. Remind these clowns that you are doing the work of the people.

So, would House employees have legal standing to challenge the internal operations of the House, or to force the destruction of documents provided by an outside auditor retained by the Speaker. Would a judge conclude that Nancy Pelosi was a ceremonial officer? Nothing in the Constitution gives the judiciary the right to interfere with the internal operations of either of the other two branches. And vice versa. All judges know this.

Considering the skill of Elon’s young men, I don’t think a judge can stop them from auditing accounts.

You just know that the leftist and progressive Democrats will try to use leftist Democrat appointed Federal Judges to slow down and/or stop Trump’s political agenda as they currently can't do that by way of the Congress. Anytime those Judges attempt to encroach on the President’s authority to command the Executive Federal Agencies, Trump and his crew must immediately appeal to the higher courts.

Not only ignore him, arrest him, I mean put him in protective custody for his own safety. Apparently, this lifelong appointee to the federal court of the southern district of NY state, has some sort of mental breakdown and can't remember the most basic FACTS about his power vs the Executive branch of the Federal government. He also is so demented, he hasn't understood the Supreme Court's ruling on Presidents powers and judicial rulings.
