Elon Musk has just given the strongest hint yet that he may actually purchase MSNBC.
The troubled left-wing network has seen its ratings nosedive in the wake of Donald Trump’s stunning victory in the 2024 presidential election as furious viewers lash out at the false hope the network gave them or just check out of politics altogether.
Another major controversy has been that involving Morning Joe hosts Joe Scarborough and Mika Brzezinski, who informed their audience this week that had met with Donald Trump at his Mar-a-Lago resort in Florida and would seek to take a “new approach” to covering his second term in office.

If you thought you heard the worst concerning the U.S. southern border under the Biden-Harris Administration, think again. A new bombshell House Judiciary report found that illegal immigrants facing wanted for sex trafficking and various other violent crimes found a loophole to enter the United States. Due to the Biden-Harris Administration’s categorical parole program for nationals of Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua, and Venezuela (CHNV), at least 30,000 illegal immigrants monthly with violent records have been allowed to bypass coming into the U.S. through the southern border, and instead fly into domestic airports. This results from what the administration calls “legal pathways,” created without Congressional authorization.

First, it’s worth remembering that in the fine print of the USMCA deal, Mexico and Canada must comply with North American parts origination for anything they want to manufacture for sale into the United States. Meaning, all trade manufacturers must either create their component parts domestically, or purchase them from the U.S, Mexico and Canada. It’s the core point of the USMCA trade agreement.
Secondly, in an aspect exclusive to the U.S. part of the deal that President Trump and USTR Lighthizer insisted upon, if either Canada or Mexico are deemed to be non-compliant with the agreement, the USA can cancel/override

European governments, rather than risking confrontation with Iran's regime, have preferred to maintain business relations and avoid taking any position that might upset the mullahs. Those countries are complicit in the suffering of the Iranian people. The unalleviated silence emboldens the regime, rather than holds it accountable.
After nearly four decades of maintaining diplomatic relationships with the Islamic Republic of Iran, the time is long overdue for Western nations to take a real stand. If these countries genuinely believe in the principles of "democracy" and "freedom" that they so often preach, they would look a lot more credible if they demonstrated this professed commitment by genuinely supporting Iranians yearning for freedom.

President-elect Donald Trump on Saturday selected Brooke Rollins, a former White House domestic policy adviser, to serve as his agriculture secretary.
“Brooke’s commitment to support the American Farmer, defense of American Food Self-Sufficiency, and the restoration of Agriculture-dependent American Small Towns is second to none,” Trump said.
“As our next Secretary of Agriculture, Brooke will spearhead the effort to protect American Farmers, who are truly the backbone of our Country.”
Rollins is the president and CEO of the America First Policy Institute, a think tank led by former Trump officials, which was created with the goal of preparing for the president-elect’s return to the White House.

The breaches were discovered in September and the scope of the intrusions is just now being revealed.

Americans may find it hard to get eggs this holiday season because of bird flu outbreaks and the economy.
There has been a shortage of eggs in some stores across the nation, CBS News reported on Friday, noting the businesses in states that require eggs from cage-free hens have been affected by Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza (HPAI).
“More than 40% of the nation’s roughly 300 million egg-laying hens are raised in cage-free facilities, but roughly 60% of ‘bird flu’ cases recently detected involved cage-free farms,” the report continued. There have been outbreaks recently in Utah, Oregon, California, and Washington, per Emily Metz,

The veteran, whose name is Ron Marley, and his wife Judy had no idea what to do when the tragedy struck, WPTA reported on Thursday.

However, an organization called the Shepherd’s House in Fort Wayne helped get them a new home that will be put on their land.

That message must be broadcast widely because President-elect Donald Trump’s deputies must keep the trust of the American people as they enforce the nation’s popular migration laws, Homan said. “We will be very transparent,” Homan said, adding, “We’ll be sending a lot of information out every week on exactly what we’re doing, do a lot of videos, a lot of interviews. Denver Mayor Mike Johnston has declared his willingness to defy federal law and face jail time to protect illegal immigrants—including those with criminal records—from President-elect Donald Trump’s promised deportation efforts.
Johnston, who is doubling down on his sanctuary city agenda, openly encouraged protests and even civil disobedience, framing his resistance as a moral crusade.
During a recent interview with Denverite, Johnston unveiled his audacious plan to transform Denver into what he called a “fortress of resistance” against federal immigration efforts.
His strategy includes mobilizing Denver police officers and thousands of residents to form human barricades to block federal authorities from carrying out deportations.

National treasure Dr. Victor Davis Hanson sees a way for them to do that - but it would be an act of pure desperation.

On “The Victor Davis Hanson Show,” the senior fellow noted how Harris had flip-flopped on left-wing policies she had advocated for prior to 2020, claiming she was now returning to her “left-wing self”

It's something of an understatement to say that Democrats woke up the morning of November 6th to find their world taking a very different shape. Not only did the resurgent Donald Trump and his bright, young understudy JD Vance crush the Harris/Walz ticket in an overwhelming electoral victory, but they also crushed it in the total vote count and crashed through the Rust Belt "Blue Wall" like the Kool-Aid Man. Not only that, but the GOP will go into the next Congress with control of the House of Representatives and the Senate.

Joe Scarborough is on bended knee, licking the boots of an incoming president he has likened to Hitler. Nancy Pelosi, who first defended Biden’s mental capacity before coldly whacking him, is now blaming him for Kamala Harris’s loss. Activist “journalists” claim that Harris ran a “perfect” campaign and blame voters “who gave up on democracy.”
Self-preening typifies much of what’s wrong with the contemporary American left. It’s a culture driven by its own self-exaltation and social credit scores rather than self-examination. Moral condescension and virtue signaling are its chief currency.

This is the same Yale Law professor who argued in the same newspaper, that we should throw out the Constitution. Ironically, that is exactly what his political party did.

Sounding like a broken record, White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre was once again boasting about how much cheaper Thanksgiving meals will be this year under the Biden-Harris administration.
In addition to noting that the average price of a Thanksgiving Day meal fell 5 percent, KJP boasted about gas prices being down .25 cents per gallon. However, the administration still does not seem to grasp that any focus on pricing invites a larger analysis that doesn’t work out in its favor. When looking at price fluctuations compared to the previous administration, consumer costs are still up significantly.
On that note, voters let their sentiments be known on Election Day,
