In a landmark case, the top European Union court has ruled that all member states must recognise gender changes made in other countries within the bloc.
The European Court of Justice (ECJ), which serves as the supreme court of the European Union in matters of EU law, said this week that Romania had violated EU law by refusing to accept as valid a gender transition certificate obtained by Arian Mirzarafie-Ahi in Britain.
The case was spurred after Mirzarafie-Ahi had requested a new birth certificate in Romania, however, the local court demanded that Mirzarafie-Ahi go through a new gender recognition process in Romania rather than accepting the documents from Britain, The Telegraph reports.

Now entering Trump country!
Mysterious “traffic” signs featuring former President Donald Trump’s silhouetted profile have been popping up around Staten Island, Bay Ridge and other parts of the city, garnering a mix of confusion, praise and disgust.
“I don’t know who’s doing this but this is f–king genius,” Staten Island artist and activist Scott LoBaido said in a video posted to social media featuring about a dozen of the signs, which are zip-tied to street poles and posts. “They’re all over the city,” LoBaido added. “Now that is clever.”

Most of the areas ravaged by Hurricane Helene are filled with Trump voters. Asheville, North Carolina is a notable exception, but we’re four weeks and change away from a consequential presidential election and two weeks away from the start of early voting in these hurricane-hit states of Georgia (October 15), North Carolina (October 17), and Tennessee (October 16). [snip] Oh, you might still be naïve and think: People are suffering. Kamala wouldn’t withhold aid just to win a few votes!
What are you, an idiot?

President Biden appeared confused Thursday evening when asked what he thought states impacted by Hurricane Helene needed after he spent the day touring parts of Florida and Georgia that were battered by the Category 4 storm.
“What do the states in the storm zone need after what you saw today?” a reporter asked him.
Biden paused momentarily before responding.
“Oh, in the storm zone!” he said.
“Yes, sir,” the reporter replied.
“I’m wondering what storm you’re talking about,” Biden continued. “They’re getting everything they need and they’re very happy across the board.”

The dockworkers' union has agreed to return to work after the White House intervened and strong-armed the U.S. Maritime Alliance, representing shipping companies, to give the union what they wanted regarding wages.
The dockworkers will return to work immediately under the old contract and the two sides will have until January 15 to hammer out the outstanding issues.
Why Biden didn't intervene to prevent the strike is clear. He wanted the International Longshoreman Union (ILA) to demonstrate its muscle and willingness to shut down the U.S. economy to get what it wanted.

Talk about watching a narrative die in real-time. This segment was like watching the OceanGate submersible implode. Of course, MSNBC would have a segment on January 6 since Democrats cannot move past that little riot that was inconsequential to the stability of the nation. Liberals have no grasp of history, so it’s in keeping with their obsession with this minor scuffle. Yet, I’m sure host Ari Melber was not expecting Gordon Sondland, a key witness in the Trump impeachment effort, to declare his support for the Trump-Vance ticket this year.
Melber was aghast—Sondland had said that the January 6 event was why he could never support Trump again.

We brought you the story of how a hilarious campaign parody video by the social media account “Mr Reagan” so triggered California Governor Gavin Newsom that he quickly signed a bill banning the production or dissemination of videos made with the use of artificial intelligence during election season.
Many pundits including myself immediately called it what it was: unconstitutional.
On Wednesday, a federal court agreed and slapped an injunction on the law.
Take that, Gavin:[snip - tweet] “Mr Reagan,” whose real name is Chris Kohls, filed suit claiming the law was an obvious violation of the First Amendment. The court appeared to agree in no uncertain terms:

Despite the Harris/Walz media avoidance strategy, we do know a number of things about the peculiar Tim Walz, Democrats' Vice Presidential nominee. First, he's a radical ideologue who has rammed through an extreme left-wing agenda as governor, despite razor-thin Democratic legislative majorities. Second, he lies habitually and serially about virtually everything. He's lied and misled, knowingly and repeatedly, about his military service. [snip] Walz has apparently been telling people that he was in Hong Kong during the Tiananmen Square massacre of 1989. As it happens, so was I. My family was living there at the time.

Before Hurricane Helene made landfall, several cities and municipalities declared local states of emergency to ensure funds would be available for storm-related repairs.
One city’s local state of temporary emergency order has stirred controversy from gun advocates. On Monday, the Okeechobee Police Department admitted to enacting the wrong declaration last week, which mistakenly included a gun ban.
Firearms Policy Coalition, a non-profit gun rights organization headquartered in California, recently posted the notice on X, criticizing the police department for adopting the order, which banned the sale of guns and ammunition and prohibited public firearm possession by anyone other than law enforcement or military members.

Controversial mayor Tiffany Henyard and her boyfriend are reportedly being evicted from their home in Dolton, Illinois.
An eviction notice was filed against Henyard and her boyfriend, Kamal Woods, in Cook County Court.
They are said to owe over $3,300 in rent payments for their home on the 14600 block of South Harvard.
The document also alleges that Henyard, 41, has refused to have the property inspected.
The mayor's attorney told FOX32 that this information is untrue and that the couple has no outstanding rent payments.

The left’s obsession with Trump never ends.
Democrats have taken their crude and tasteless antics to a new low with the unveiling of a monstrous 43-foot nude statue resembling former President Donald Trump in yet another shameless display of vile disrespect.
Dubbed the “Crooked and Obscene,” this grotesque tribute to the left’s obsession with attacking the Republican frontrunner was erected just outside Las Vegas, ahead of Kamala Harris’ rally, according to TMZ.
The massive foam and rebar construction, weighing an unbelievable 6,000 pounds, was erected over Interstate 15 on the way to Utah as part of the “Crooked and Obscene” tour.

If you walk into a grocery store and pick up a six-pack of nonalcoholic beer, you might be caught off guard by an unexpected request to show your ID to the cashier. As a matter of inventory protocol, nonalcoholic beers are often categorized under similar stock-keeping unit (SKU) numbers as regular beer, which can result in a would-be buyer automatically getting carded at the register. But what might be an occasional, if annoying, quirk of modern retailing could soon become a government mandate.Various "experts" are calling on state governments to impose age restrictions on the sale of nonalcoholic drinks, according to CNN.
