Vincent Everett Ellison dropped a startling new documentary earlier this year revealing how Democrats “have contaminated America’s soul” and why voting for them can keep you from going to Heaven.
A trailer promoting the documentary is making the rounds on social media again as America nears the 2024 presidential election, and Ellison does not spare the rod in going after the Democratic Party.
Ellison was born to sharecropper parents on a cotton plantation in Haywood County, Tennessee. One of eight children, he ran for Congress in South Carolina as a Republican in 2000

Representative Adam Schiff (D-CA) said Sunday on CNN’s “State of the Union” that former President Donald Trump did not give a damn about the country because he is allowing his property to be used for an event.
Host Dana Bash said, “Special counsel Jack Smith, filed a new indictment against Donald Trump this week for election interference, even after the Supreme Court ruling on immunity. And it comes as 2 Pro Trump organizations are slated to hold January 6 awards gala at Trump national golf club in Bedminster to pay tribute to all J-6 defendants. Now, Trump has been invited to speak. Organizers say he hasn’t ruled it out. ”

President Joe Biden issued a statement Saturday evening that he had “worked tirelessly” to secure the release of Hersh Goldberg-Polin and other murdered hostages, and claimed he would “keep working around the clock for a deal.”
Biden has been on vacation for two weeks — first in Santa Barbara, California, and second in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. It is not clear how he would have been “working tirelessly” or “around the clock” while on vacation.
His official statement follows, with emphasis added.
Earlier today, in a tunnel under the city of Rafah, Israeli forces recovered six bodies of hostages held by Hamas.

At the Limitless Expo, a gathering focused on financial freedom and strategic empowerment, Robert F. Kennedy Jr. delivered a powerful speech that reignited the debate over the handling of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Kennedy didn’t mince words (Snip) He went on to accuse Fauci and other officials of using their positions to enforce “totalitarian controls that were not science-based,” arguing that their actions led to unnecessary deaths worldwide.
“It’s a story, really, of people involved in really terrible, immoral, homicidal criminal behavior,” he said.
One of the most explosive claims Kennedy made was about the suppression of COVID-19 treatments like Ivermectin.

Valdosta, Georgia—Sen. JD Vance (R-OH), former President Donald Trump’s running mate, told Breitbart News exclusively that despite Democrats’ message of “joy” around their new candidate, Vice President Kamala Harris, the truth is their message is actually “dark and ominous.” Democrats, of course, used the word “joy” dozens of times at the Democratic National Convention (DNC) as they keep pushing the concept as a theme for Harris’s nascent campaign.
“About this joy thing, dude, the thing I don’t understand is they say they are joyful,” JD Vance said in an exclusive interview last week at the Lowndes County Sheriff’s Office. “Yet you actually watch their convention, it’s actually pretty dark and ominous.

The essential idea of an objective news media is that journalists (aside from clearly-identified opinion commentators) present a factual rundown of the news, and it’s up to the public to sort through that information and forms their own judgements. An objective news media is vital if citizens are to make the decisions for society based on their own values, rather than being steered by powerful news organizations with their own agendas.
Eight years ago, however, many in the media admitted they weren’t committed to objectivity, as a number of journalists announced that, with Donald Trump on the ballot, the election was too important for news organizations to play it straight.

JERUSALEM - The Secretary General of the United Nations, António Guterres, is facing a barrage of criticism for failing to explicitly condemn the Hamas terrorist movement for its murders of one American and five Israeli citizens on Saturday.

The Times of Israel, quoting Israel's ministry of health, reported that the hostages had been murdered between Thursday and Friday morning.

So, when Clinton creature Robert Reich, the former Labor Secretary (because of course he was), opines that Musk should be threatened with arrest by regulators for "disseminating lies and hate" - meaning anything Robert Reich doesn't agree with - well, I'm inclined to tell Robert Reich precisely where he can place that idea,

I've written before about a banging ad from Nicole Shanahan's team. She was the running mate for Robert F. Kennedy Jr. Now that RFK Jr. has endorsed former President Donald Trump, it's brought more support to the GOP nominee. While there are certainly fundamental differences and disagreements in policies, I think that one thing that they both agree on is perhaps the most important thing of all to be on board with at this moment in history -- the need to fight the powers that would seek to control us and undermine our Constitutional freedoms.
Now Shanahan is out with another ad that goes straight to that point

NBC News’ Meet the Press admitted Sunday that anchor Kristen Welker had been incorrect to say that Vice President Kamala Harris had met the families of Americans killed in Afghanistan — though it also botched the correction.
In an interview with Sen. Tom Cotton (R-AR), Welker challenged the Republican over former President Donald Trump’s visit last week to Arlington National Cemetery to pay his respects to the 13 fallen American soldiers on the third anniversary of the terror attack on Abbey Gate at the international airport in Kabul. The Harris/Walz campaign accused Trump of politicizing the memorial, amid controversy over whether his campaign could take photos or video.

The Covenant Homeownership Program, launched on July 1, claims to be fighting racial discrimination by helping first-time home buyers snag a 0 percent interest loan for down payments and closing costs.
But there's a catch - you've got to belong to specific minority groups to qualify.Applicants must be at or below the local median income as well as fit into select minority categories like Black, Hispanic, or Native American — omitting white people and other groups.

It’s like a marriage made in heaven: two awful candidates advising each other on how to blow a winnable election. There is a notable difference: Kamala Harris is a decidedly worse candidate than Hillary Clinton. Yet, the former first lady was heavily favored to win the 2016 election until ordinary Americans decided to punch the professional pundit, pollster, and political class right in the mouth. Joe Biden was at least seven points ahead of Donald Trump around the same time in 2020. Harris is polling in a dead heat with Trump, which isn’t good for Democrats, as their pollsters know surveys underestimate the Trump vote.

Imagine running for President of the United States and not speaking with anyone. Not “to,” you have to do lots of “speaking to” people, but “with,” as in having a conversation, an exchange. Kamala Harris and Tim Walz have been trying that for the past month and a half but finally caved to the reality that they would have to speak with someone and choose the softest target they could find that the public would accept. And the whole thing went about as well as you’d expect when the candidates hold the public in complete contempt.

Have you ever noticed that the radical left simultaneously hates the Constitution while also claiming to defend it? New York Times book critic Jennifer Szalai epitomizes this in the headline of her latest piece, "The Constitution is Sacred. Is It Also Dangerous?" [Tweet]
She begins her lengthy article accusing Trump of being a threat to the Constitution, and then argues that the Constitution itself is dangerous because "Trump owes his political ascent to the Constitution, making him a beneficiary of a document that is essentially antidemocratic and, in this day and age, increasingly dysfunctional."

One aspect of oratory I have not yet touched on in this series is the most common: the art of conversation.
Everyone has their own criteria as to what makes a good conversation. Wit is important, obviously. A delight in some higher or lower gossip is a personal preference of mine. The ability to listen as well as to talk, clearly; to be able to receive and not just transmit. But if I had to identify one thing that makes a conversation artful, it would be the capacity to play gracefully with ideas.

As Breitbart News reported, the Israeli military identified the hostages Carmel Gat, Eden Yerushalmi, American-Israeli Hersh Goldberg-Polin, Alexander Lobanov, Almog Sarusi, and Master Sergeant Ori Danino. Hamas murdered the hostages in the belief that Israel Defense Forces (IDF) soldiers were closing in. According to IDF spokesman Rear Admiral Daniel Hagari, the soldiers did not know the hostages’ exact location but had rescued one hostage nearby last week and were fighting above ground at the location.

Black activists at the California assembly threatened a "direct impact" on Vice President Harris' presidential campaign after state Democratic lawmakers held off on two bills that would have greenlighted slavery reparations. Last week, the California legislature approved proposals allowing for the return of land or compensation to families whose property was unjustly seized by the government, and issuing a formal apology for laws and practices that have harmed Black people. But none of those bills would provide widespread direct payments to African Americans.

The first black female police superintendent of Toronto, Canada was demoted after she reportedly admitted to helping several black police officers cheat in order to get promoted. According to The Toronto Star, Supt. Stacy Clarke leaked confidential exam questions to six black police officers. (snip) The Star reported that in May, Clarke said in a hearing that she helped the cops cheat to counteract a “racial bias” meant to hold black police officers back (snip) “I felt at the time that (the six officers) did not have a fair chance in this process and my own history and experience of racial inequity compounded this feeling,” Clarke wrote

Press-gang is a term used to describe the use of troops working to round up and press free men into military service. Looking at the work of Dana Bash at CNN and the entire Washington Post staff, I think we need another definition: People posing as journalists working to bend our minds to untruths designed to fluff up the Democrats. From the absurd Dana Bash “interview” of Kamala Harris, her first since being nominated to the highest office without ever having received a single vote, to the slavish coverage in the Post, it’s clear they cannot defend the Democrats’ unpopular policies. Instead, they work to hide them,

So what happened to that bounce that Kamala Harris was supposed to get after the DNC and maybe the interview that she finally got around to doing?
Turns out fake "joy" and a train wreck interview don't tend to give you much of a bump.
We've reported on how Nate Silver's model wasn't looking good for Kamala. It had Trump up in the Electoral College forecast, as well as in most of the battleground states. Liberal 'Joy'
Silver said:
But she's also got another problem: it's been a while since we've seen a poll showing Harris leading in Pennsylvania. A high-quality poll showing Harris

As he promised, California Gov. Gavin Newsom issued a proclamation convening a special legislative session on Saturday after the state Assembly and Senate failed to pass a proposal he submitted on August 15 that would require the state's refineries to maintain reserves to allegedly prevent "price gouging" when there are supply shortages. Of course, even analysts within Newsom's administration agreed that the measure would lead to a further increase in prices instead of bringing Californians any kind of relief at the pump. Democrat legislative leaders objected to Newsom's heavy-handed tactics because they'd already been working on various bills related to the issue and because they wanted

President Joe Biden responded to the news that Hersh Goldberg-Polin was one of the bodies that the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) had discovered in Gaza, and stated “Hamas leaders will pay for these crimes.”
Biden issued a statement that it was “now confirmed that one of the hostages” killed by Hamas terrorists was Goldberg-Polin. Biden described Goldberg-Polin’s death as “tragic” and “reprehensible.”
“Earlier today, in a tunnel under the city of Rafah, Israeli forces recovered six bodies of hostages held by Hamas,” Biden said in a statement. “We have now confirmed that one of the hostages killed by these vicious Hamas terrorists was an American citizen

As Israel’s justified war against Hamas raged, the terror group still held over 100 hostages. Once again, a ceasefire agreement was rejected by Hamas last week. Tragically, Israeli forces made a gruesome discovery this weekend in Gaza: the bodies of six hostages were recovered, including one American (via Axios): Israel Defense Forces recovered the bodies of six Israeli hostages held by Hamas in Gaza, including one American citizen, Israeli officials said.
Why it matters: The recovery operation took place amid continued efforts to reach a hostage-release and ceasefire in Gaza deal.
