Mayor Eric Adams Cites ‘Corrosiveness

Just look at the “corrosiveness of TikTok” to understand the recent spate of attacks on women across the violent streets of New York City, Mayor Eric Adams explained Tuesday. During an appearance on “Good Morning America,” the Democrat was asked about the reported assaults after videos on TikTok went viral of women describing being randomly punched by attackers while on the sidewalk. “Despicable,” he replied. “You know, they better hope that I’m not out on the street when I see that takes place.”

There ya go Eric, killing the messenger again. I have no love for TicTok in any way, but all they're doing is reporting what you and your predecessors since Rudy have created, a lawless, violent jungle where "justice" doesn't even have to go through the revolving door. All you're doing is blowing smoke up your own tailpipe.

Migrants camped out in Mexico say they want Joe Biden to win the November election - because Donald Trump will never let them into the United States if he gets back into the White House. Hundreds of migrants are enduring the muddy, smelly encampment in Matamoros while they wait - for how long remains a question - for appointments with Customs and Border Protection. But they all have one big worry that is out of their control: If they don't make it over the border by election day, they say they need Biden to prevail over Donald Trump - who has promised to crack down on the border.

It is very easy to find fentanyl in New York. The drug that in 2022 alone killed nearly 110,000 Americans is readily available right here on the streets of this city. Over the past the year I’ve been investigating the spread of this lethal drug across this country. Fentanyl is a synthetic opioid which has a potency many hundreds of times that of morphine. Largely made in China, its strength means that it is easy to transport huge quantities of the drug. It floods into this country, mainly through Mexico. One recent evening in New York I headed over to OnPoint – a supervised drug injection site in Washington Heights.

Cal-Maine Foods, Inc., recognized as the country’s largest producer of fresh eggs, announced on Tuesday that it has temporarily suspended operations at one of its major facilities located in Parmer County, Texas. This drastic measure comes in the wake of a detected outbreak of highly pathogenic avian influenza (HPAI). The outbreak has led to the culling of approximately 1.6 million laying hens and 337,000 pullets. This action represents about 3.6% of Cal-Maine Foods’ total flock as of early March 2024, marking a significant loss for the company and the egg industry as a whole.

Another day, another confused and embarrassing performance from the current White House resident. Right on cue, Biden did his faux Forrest Gump routine where he inserts himself into every aspect of every culture. It's fitting that just two days before this speech, the president repeated a tall tale about being raised by the Puerto Rican community.
