All of this speculation and guesswork is killing me, stop it. After Mike Pence, literally anybody will be an improvement and fortunately there are many good people from which to choose. If Trump avoids everybody who constantly attempts to convince us of their strong religious faith, it will be okay. Two rules, no box-checking and no RINOs.

Great two-hour interview online with Tucker worth listening to. Another with Joe Rogan from some time ago. Was the Dems darling as a freshman, until she told them to pound sand. Destroyed Kamala with one comment at the first 2000 Dem debate. Army Reserve LTC accused of treason by Mitt Romney. Understand that a mini-Trump #2 isn't going to expand ticket appeal.

No. Not trustworthy. The VP this time around is going to have to be a pivotal position, and one that is closely aligned with the President’s agenda. He must be willing to do whatever is necessary to get this government to be accountable to we the people. We need a hatchet man who will clear out the radicals, dead weight, and demand accountability in all aspects from personnel to the demand of financial responsibility. We also need an excellent communicator. I still think Vivek would be great. He has been in the private sector and he is not enamored with politics but more interested in the bottom line. We don’t need someone whose first thought is how anything looks politically. His focus should be on the country and what is best for it and the people who make it work.

The level of corruption in the DC swamp is off the scale. While I don't have anything against Gabbard (other than the fact she was a dim before) and have never met her, I'm not particularly interested in a political transplant. Trump's VP will have his/her hands full helping to close/re-engineer several federal agencies. This individual must have the tenacity and stick-to-it schtick like Trump does.

J. D. Vance is young but from reading his book and following his behavior in the senate, perhaps it is time for a person who has lived in our real society and seems to have integrity as well as intelligence. I’ve heard that he gets along well with Trump, which suggests that he has a sense of humor, as Trump does.

I like Vivek R--he's savvy and not afraid of confrontation. I also think he'd be willing to step up and tell the President (privately) if he were sliding off the rails. Trump's strength is his courage and love for this country; and his weakness is choosing the wrong people to partner with him in his vision (example Mike Pence). And yes, after 4 years as Trump's wingman, I think he would be an electable POTUS.

Couple of things. Tulsi sounds good on FNC, but she voted for at least one if not two Trump impeachments as a House member. Maybe VA secretary or NATO ambassador. And the running mate will NOT be a Floridian. It's a bit constutionally complicated, but basically the electors in the Electoral College from a state cannot cast votes for a President AND a Vice President from their own state. Kristi Noem still is my choice.

This Gabbard idea was floated and discussed on these pages last week. It was surprising how many self-proclaimed Trump supporters posted "no former democrats, ever!" One would have to assume that they did not know Trump, at age 63, was a registered democrat, not switching back to the GOP until 2009, after Obama was sworn in as our 46th president. Some of the same posters proudly post how they are 'finished with Republicans and will never vote for one again,' acting as if Trump is running on a MAGA party ticket, not as a Republican, even after he was our most recent Republican president, at least until the draconian Covid rules, some clearly unconstitutional, facilitated massive ballot box stuffing via the U.S. mail, that resulted in Biden being elevated to the office. Two of our most effective presidents, Ronald Reagan and Donald Trump, were former democrats and I voted for them both, although I prefer a conservative ideology over populist ideology. Given Trump's record as president #45, I have no qualms about voting for him again, as he is clearly the superior choice in 2024. While I often disagree with some of his statements, if he chooses as his running mate, Gabbard, they would still get my support. Her military background and experience in the Hawaii and U.S. House of Representatives, only strengthens the ticket. Whomever he chooses, it is his choice to make and unlike his first term, when his supporters claim he had several cabinet-level selections pushed on him by RINOs, his executive background in business and in office should enable him to make wise choices, outside of RINO influence.

Not all politicians agree that the surge of illegal entrants across our border threatens American citizens’ right to vote and self-govern without foreign interference. But those elected officials who don’t believe it’s an issue are very much out of tune with U.S. opinion, the latest I&I/TIPP Poll shows. Americans are very concerned and want something to be done about it. The March national online I&I/TIPP Poll of 1,419 adult registered voters, taken from Feb. 28 to March 1, asked Americans: “How concerned are you about letting those who are in the U.S. illegally to participate in local and federal elections?” The response was a landslide, with 73% saying

Having secured sufficient delegates to become the first thrice-nominated Republican presidential candidate since Richard Nixon and the only person to bear the GOP standard in three consecutive elections, Donald Trump moves closer to completing the greatest political comeback in American history. A Trump triumph in November would far surpass any previous political rehabilitation, including Nixon’s 1968 victory. Despite the effortless manner in which Trump dispatched his intraparty rivals, the road to a Trump Restoration remains perilous. Not since Napoleon returned from Elba has the global establishment been so focused on the defeat of one man. Luckily for Trump, he is an authority on comebacks.

In perfect Democratic Party form, the Biden administration has dropped another government burden on the private sector. Two days ago, the White House rolled out “the toughest-ever” automobile emissions standards. The objective, of course, is to force Americans to buy the cars that the ruling class wants them to drive. There’s a big problem here, though – the grid won’t be up to the task of keeping tens of millions of electric vehicles charged. The headline from a Bloomberg story last week summed up the plan: “Biden Set to Crack Down on Auto Emissions to Accelerate EV Sales.” Rules decreed by the Environmental Protection Agency are

The national online I&I/TIPP Poll, taken from Feb. 28 to March 1, posed the following question to 1,419 registered voters across the nation: “Over the past year, former President Trump has faced four major indictments totaling 91 separate charges of criminal behavior. Democrats don’t support open borders for humanitarian reasons. They want the lines erased because they see every illegal alien as a likely Democratic voter crucial to their political power grab. But there’s another reason: They want to increase the populations of Democratic states to boost their representation in Congress and the Electoral College. Apparently, it’s not enough for Democrats to have become authoritarians, they have to be corrupt, too. Of course this is no surprise. Only the corrupt become authoritarians. The Journal was highlighting a study from 2022 that, naturally, was ignored by the mainstream press at the time. What the study found was that “brakes and tires on EVs release 1,850 times more particle pollution compared to modern tailpipes.” Why?
