Federal Judge Strikes Down Florida Law
Banning Puberty Blockers, Hormone Treatments

A federal judge on Tuesday overturned parts of Florida’s law restricting the use of “gender-affirming care” on children. The judge declared multiple statutes related to puberty blockers, hormone treatments, and surgeries to be unconstitutional. The law was aimed at preventing medical facilities from prescribing irreversible “gender-affirming” treatments to young children. Several studies have shown these treatments to be not only ineffective but harmful to minors suffering from gender dysphoria. Nevertheless, the judge struck down the measure. A federal judge on Tuesday struck down parts of Florida’s restrictions on transition-related medical care for transgender minors and adults, declaring several statutes that ban such care unconstitutional.

Then all child car seat laws must be unconstitutional as well. If the state can't step in and intervene in irresponsible parenting to protect the children, then drinking and smoking age limits must also be unconstitutional.

I've read that the leader of the Second Great Awakening in America, Charles Finney, was converted to Christianity through his study of law. What?!!!! Yep. Our legal system used to have such connection to the Bible that this man became a powerful Christian through a close examination of it. NO! NO! NO! you hear commonly said. "Our Constitution is godless! No mention of God in it!" What about the little fact that every one that signed it did so "In the year of our LORD"? Who is this LORD that designated when the Constitution was signed? Jesus Christ. "Maybe" our judges should look back a little more to see what they are supposed to represent.

Isn't it amazing how these federal judges work to abrogate the will of the Laws created by the State Legislatures??? They do the bidding of their political masters, and the NoBama/Vegetable/Soros crowd has been flooding the Senate with nominees for approval who GO AGAINST laws created, debated and passed in the States. 10th Amendment cases such as these should ONLY end up in the SCOTUS, but they REFUSED to hear those kinds of cases brought in 2020, so the federal judges run INTERFERENCE to prevent the States from enacting laws for their own States. Now the effort to get ACTIVIST Judges seated and ACTIVIST District Attorneys get appointed and approved, the legal system of equal justice under the LAW is as confused as these gender confused individuals trying to manipulate U.S. into senseless submission to their fantasies regardless of what equipment they were given at birth. Why have the Rule of Law if it can change laws which have been dicussed and VOTED upon???

Washington, D.C. – Secret Service director Kimberly Cheatle assured lawmakers that she takes full responsibility for the failed assassination attempt on former president Donald Trump at the first congressional hearing on the subject — but mostly refused to provide any details on what exactly went wrong, passing the buck instead to the FBI to provide specific information. The House Oversight Committee brought in Cheatle on Monday to testify about the major security lapses leading up to the shooting at Trump’s rally in Butler, Pennsylvania less than two weeks ago. The hearing comes as the FBI, Department of Justice Inspector General, and the Secret Service itself conduct their own investigations into how

WASHINGTON — Vice President Kamala Harris moved swiftly Monday to lock up Democratic delegates behind her campaign for the White House after President Joe Biden stepped aside amid concerns from within their party that he would be unable to defeat Republican Donald Trump. Biden’s exit Sunday, prompted by Democratic worries over his fitness for office, was a seismic shift to the presidential contest that upended both major political parties’ carefully honed plans for the 2024 race. Aiming to put weeks of intraparty drama over Biden’s candidacy behind them, prominent Democratic elected officials, party leaders and political organizations quickly lined up behind Harris in the hours

President Joe Biden “doubted” whether Vice President Kamala Harris can defeat former President Donald Trump before he decided to step aside Sunday, three Biden aides familiar with recent talks about his plans told Axios. Biden’s fear underscores the contrast between the lack of unity in the Democrat party compared to Republican Party unity heading into November. The president endorsed Harris on his personal X account about 30 minutes after announcing he would step aside, which Republicans say is odd. After his endorsement, it appears many party leaders are trying to coalesce around Harris, including the “squad.”

If Joe Biden had decided not to run before the Democratic primary this cycle, it's very unlikely that Kamala Harris would have prevailed in an open primary race. She went down to a blistering defeat, dropping out early in the 2020 race after failing to gain much momentum. But the Democratic elites who knew there was a problem with Joe Biden decided they were going to roll the dice with him and hope they could sneak him by, until it became clear to them he was hemorrhaging support and was going to lose. That's the only reason we're where we are now. So they went around the primary process

President Biden made the historically rare decision Sunday to drop out of the 2024 presidential race, less than four months after being declared the Democratic Party’s presumptive nominee and days after a dismal debate showing.
