Presumptive GOP nominee Donald Trump is suing ABC News and George Stephanopoulos for defamation after the ABC News host said several times on air that the former president was "found liable for rape" during a heated March 10 interview with Rep. Nancy Mace, R-S.C. Mace, a rape survivor, says she felt personally attacked when Stephanopoulos, a former top aide to President Bill Clinton, asked how she could support Trump's White House bid. Stephanopoulos said Trump was found "liable for rape" 10 times during the exchange.

Way to go president Trump. The diminutive George Steohenopolous, who called all Clintons accusers “bimbos”, called Trump a rapist several times. Hope Trump takes the little slimeball to the cleaners Next, the disgusting, repulsive, insane and deranged Morning Joe.

It is rich that the author of the term “bimbo eruptions”, used to protect his alleged rapist boss by defaming victims of Clinton’s aggressive sexual advances, would condemn a rape victim for supporting Trump. Stephanopoulos has no honor and no soul.

He has an election to win, and this case won't get to trial for years if ever. Worse, by changing the subject from the issues important to voters, he is distracting them to talk about his alleged bad behavior. His inability to let the personal stuff go is counterproductive to the election campaign. Having run for public office, served in public office, and worked in the campaigns of others, sometimes he drives me crazy.

A longtime professor at Arizona State University (ASU) sued the university on Tuesday over a mandatory diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) course for faculty, arguing it violates state law. Owen Anderson, a professor of philosophy, religious studies and theology at ASU, is suing the school with the help of the conservative nonprofit the Goldwater Institute, claiming it is in violation of a two-year-old state law that forbids public agencies from requiring employees to engage in training that presents any form of "blame or judgment on the basis of race, ethnicity or sex."

Two former business associates of Hunter Biden testified publicly on Capitol Hill on Wednesday as congressional Republicans pushed forward with their impeachment inquiry against President Biden, leading to several tense and revealing moments. Tony Bobulinski, a U.S. Navy veteran who formerly served as Hunter Biden's business partner, appeared publicly for the House Oversight Committee hearing. Jason Galanis, another Hunter Biden business associate who is serving a 14-year prison sentence, testified virtually from Federal Prison Camp, a minimum-security prison for male inmates in Montgomery, Alabama.

As you read this, I have entered a federal prison. I am the first senior White House adviser ever to go to jail for a “crime” never before considered to be a crime, yet there are really two bigger stories for the American people to ponder. The first story is about the death of the constitutional separation of powers and the demise of executive privilege that, since the days of George Washington, has helped facilitate effective presidential decision-making. The second is about the alarming success of lawfare and the partisan weaponization of our now dual system of justice.

Who knows if President Biden is as “angry and anxious” about his re-election prospects as a new NBC News report portrays him? It could be that it’s ordinary ill temper from a politician prone to shouting in private (an Axios headline not too long ago dubbed Biden “old yeller”) or exaggerated reports from meetings where typical salty language is used by old political pros hashing out strategy and tactics. According to the piece, an anonymous lawmaker said Biden began “to shout and swear” when told the Gaza war has hurt his standing in key swing states.

And as they say about washed-up pitchers in baseball: He seems to have lost his fastball. But like many a career politician, Schumer, 73, is the last to realize it. He clearly showed last week that he is losing his stuff when he recklessly overstepped his bounds and publicly called on duly elected Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu

For the first time in my 94 years on earth, I fear for the future of our democracy. I see the federal government using its enormous powers with contempt for the governed instead of with the consent of the governed as our founders envisioned. Fundamental change in America is occurring by executive order or the force of the government’s police powers instead of through the legislative process required by the Constitution. From this, I fear that free market capitalism may be replaced by big government socialism. I also fear the erosion of our rights and freedoms, including parental rights, freedom of speech and religion, and due process.

An administration official told reporters Tuesday that under the new rule, 56 percent of the new vehicles on the market in 2032 could be battery electric, while an additional 13 percent could be plug-in hybrids. That’s up from a collective 16 percent of sales being electric and hybrid cars last year. The rule is a cornerstone of the Biden administration’s climate agenda, as the cars and other light-duty vehicles it regulates currently make up about 17 percent of U.S. planet-warming emissions. The rule also regulates medium-duty vehicles. But

A new capital would signify a new beginning for the nation. Everyone who has seen the play Hamilton knows that the nation’s capital was moved to the present site in the District of Columbia due to a dinner-table bargain in 1790 between Alexander Hamilton and Thomas Jefferson. Hamilton needed Jefferson’s support in Congress to win approval for federal assumption of revolutionary war debts; in return, Jefferson wanted Hamilton’s support in moving the capital from New York City to a location nearer to the population and geographical center of the country, later carved out between the states of Maryland and Virginia.
