Two men have been charged with murder in the Kansas City Chiefs Super Bowl parade shooting that killed one woman and injured more than 20 people last week. The defendants were named by prosecutors as Dominic M. Miller of Kansas City and Lyndell Mays of Raytown. They each face charges of second-degree murder, armed criminal action, and unlawful use of a weapon, according to a statement from the Jackson County Prosecutor’s Office. "The defendants attended a Super Bowl parade and rally on Feb. 14, 2024, and were armed with firearms," the office said. "A verbal altercation occurred and gunfire broke out with no

These are two adults, already in custody at the hospital as both were wounded, there are two more juveniles under arrest but not identified as of yet. The bullet from one of their guns is a match to the dead DJ Lady.Giving hope that more bullet evidence can lead to direct charges for more of the victims.

These feral beasts go from 'You lookin' at me!?' to gunfire in the blink of an eye. And even the shooter says "stupid, man" about his own actions. One of the guns was a pistol version of an AR-15, but it appears that most were handguns. Dangerous, violent crazies running loose with hair trigger violence in their angry minds. And a glance is all it takes to get gunfire started. I don't go downtown in KC any more. Just not worth it, even when armed and vigilant. That vigilance may be mistaken by one of these grenades-with-the-pin-out as some something that they need to start shooting about.

FTA: 'Spiking said in the documents that Mays admitted he opened fire. “Stupid, man,” he quoted the defendant as saying. “Just pulled a gun out and started shooting. I shouldn’t have done that. Just being stupid.” ' Well, as long as he's learned his lesson: don't do stupid stuff. like Obawan Kenyabi taught him. Probably just an accident; the gun just went off.

There are certain tree and mountain dwellers in the rain forests around the world that start fights amongst themselves by staring at one another as a method of challenge. Jus' sayin, the dogwhistle was correct. It was refreshing to see the police run toward the sound of gunfire in this incident.

The perps are black?! I refuse to believe it. That's unpossible! Black yoots are NEVER involved in any sort of criminal behavior. If they were out on the streets during the parade, they were most likely on their way to the library to study for their medical degrees or on their way to church to sing in the choir. To think otherwise is to be rabidly racist. You people should be ashamed of yourselves.

On Wednesday’s broadcast of CNN’s “The Source,” CNN Political Commentator Paul Begala reacted to reports that President Joe Biden is weighing stricter executive action on the border by saying that the Democratic Party has “been slow to come to the conclusion that we’ve got to have order” in our immigration system, something former President Barack Obama understood and “Biden is now going to give them order” after “belatedly” saying that the border must be controlled. Begala said, “I think the President has a good argument, which is, we need new laws. And the political argument that wins is when he says, belatedly, but now, says, we have to control the border.

A leaked confidential 66-page document from a top environmentalist association obtained exclusively by Breitbart News reveals a plot by supporters of Democrat President Joe Biden’s signature legislative accomplishment to begin a pressure campaign against Republicans to push them to protect green energy subsidies Biden secured for them. The document, a “February 2024 Board Memo” prepared for board members of the American Clean Power Association, is striking in how specific and aggressive it is in detailing plans for its members to push Republican lawmakers to oppose any GOP effort to repeal all or parts of Biden’s inaptly named Inflation Reduction Act (IRA). Labor unions are notoriously left-leaning in both leadership and in political action. While many blue-collar workers who are a part of the biggest unions in the country are split between Republicans and Democrats, the unions as a whole are very much pro-Democrat. That makes this story from the Washington Post very interesting. The Teamsters, one of the most well-known unions in the country, made a pretty sizable donation to the Republican National Committee - and it's bigger than the one they just gave the Democratic National Committee. The Teamsters’ political committee has given $45,000 to the Republican National Committee, according to federal records, a significant departure

Republicans are going in with what looks like a very favorable map. It's at 51-49 right now with a bare majority for the Democrats. Democrats are in trouble because they have to defend 20 seats including in red states like Montana, West Virginia and Ohio where Trump is also likely to win and help out down ballot. There are also three independents
