Trump-supporting truckers are saying they are refusing to drive to New York City after the former president was slapped with a $355 million fine in his fraud case last week. A conservative social media influencer and trucker who goes by Chicago Ray posted a video clip in which he claims that some of his colleagues are going to stop making deliveries to New York City to protest the ruling, issued in Manhattan Supreme court on Friday. “I’ve been on the radio talking to drivers for about the past hour and I’ve talked to about ten drivers … and they’re going to start refusing loads to New York City starting on Monday,

TEN drivers? Whoop-de-doo. That's just spitting into the wind and won't hurt NY at all. It'll take a thousand refusals to wake New York up. Now if 1000 trucks were also to mosey to and through NY at only 1 mile per hour....THAT would be a REAL party.

Give it a chance, #1. This is just kicking off. IIRC, the average supermarket has a three day supply of food and NYC already has a lot of food deserts due to theft by the usual suspects. The ensuing food riots could make the George Floyd days look like a kid’s tea party. But without the tea and cookies. Meanwhile, keep the buses of illegals coming.

#1, you can't get to 1000 without 1. Everything has to start somewhere. And if it remains 10, it still had an impact. But I imagine it will grow. This is like people online complaining that SOMEONE needs to do something.... but that someone is never them. These people are doing what they can, and they are a beginning. I say kudos to them, and pray their number will grow. If it doesn't, I still applaud them for taking a stand. I have a sign in my classroom which reads, "you'll never regret doing the right thing". These truckers are doing the right thing. Good on them.

Driving a truck into NYC is not a picnic in any season or political climate. A trucker must get in, unload, and get out before 5:00 am or remain in a gridlock that is New York rush hour for half a day. You can tell by the eastbound truck traffic on Interstate 80 in Pennsylvania on Sunday night, it's heavy and intense. This word will spread quickly as truckers communicate better than anyone via CB and HAM radio. This could put the nails in the coffin for New York City and the feds can't do anything to anybody about it for NOT driving into that jungle. Leave it to truckers to come up with the perfect response. Judge Engoron will go into hiding for months after this disaster plays out.

Following the Bud Light example, there are things that can be done to get NY's attention. Planning on going to Niagra Falls or the upstate mountain resorts, don't. Shopping on on line at a NY based company, don't. Planning a corporate meeting in NY, don't. No Broadway tickets, no tickets to any stadium or concert. No more Madison Ave hires for PR. No more clothes from the garment district. Follow the lead of the truckers. Bud Light show that it can be done.

With any luck, Noo Yawk is about to find out what Jimmy Hoffa said years ago about the secret to his union's power: in America, whatever you have was brought to you by a truck - even if it's another truck. The Rotten Apple residents all think they're the center of the universe. It would be great fun to watch them all beating each other up for a dozen eggs and a loaf of bread. Go get 'em, truckers! There's a bible verse that says 'Despise not the Day of small beginnings!" This applies to our truckers who refuse to drive into New York because of what the New York Courts are doing to President Trump. God bless you truckers! Go get them!

Mass Deportation—It CAN Be Done 21 replies

It’s going to be difficult to get tens of millions of illegals out of the country. If there were some fear of that happening, the Democratic Party would rise up and steal as much of the American taxpayers’ money as necessary to protect this future constituency of theirs. Corporations that want cheap labor would press politicians with threats of reduced campaign money, and everybody knows politicians love other people’s money more than they love anything else. The illegals themselves would disappear under rocks, into holes in the ground, and into every cavity and crevice they could find to escape deportation.

Lara Trump is in the political spotlight after her father-in-law Donald Trump tapped her to be co-chair of the Republican National Committee (RNC). She is no stranger to politics, having served as one of the former president’s most high-profile surrogates. She was also the subject of speculation that she would launch a bid for North Carolina’s Senate seat in 2022. The move reflects the former president’s desire to have loyalists within the party, which has raised alarms among Trump’s critics.

Several key indicators of the 2024 election environment indicate that President Joe Biden faces an uphill climb to win a second term. His job approval rating, Americans’ satisfaction with how things are going in the country and their confidence in the economy are below the levels associated with successful reelection bids in recent elections. While Democrats hold a slight edge in national party identification and partisan leanings, that advantage is smaller than what it has been in past presidential elections won by Democratic incumbents. In less direct measures of the electoral environment, Americans are more inclined to say that they are worse off financially,

A host of Trump properties in Manhattan, Westchester, and the Hudson Valley — even his iconic $348 million Trump Tower — could end up on the chopping block, sources told The Post, as a 30-day deadline to pay the fine imposed by Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Arthur Engoron looms. “I can’t imagine that he’s going to hold on to any assets in New York state after this,” a Trump insider told The Post.

Joe Biden on Friday departed the White House en route to East Palestine, Ohio for a fly-by photo-op. Biden begrudgingly visited East Palestine more than ONE YEAR after the toxic train crash. Biden, the lifelong scummy politician that he is, decided that since it’s election year he would shake some hands and act like he cares about the people of East Palestine. On Feb. 3, 2023, just before 9 p.m. Eastern, a Norfolk Southern train derailed near East Palestine, Ohio, a small Midwestern town of about 4,800 people near the Ohio border with Pennsylvania.

It was interesting TV and the show is not over. As you know, there is only so much of the “Elderly Man with a Poor Memory” story that we can take. I guess that many of us want to wait until Special Counsel Robert Hur speaks publicly about just how bad the elderly man's memory is. So a little Nathan-does-Fani is a bit more interesting for now even if she disputes what he did to her. According to Eddie Scarry, Fani had a plan: It wasn’t clear that Willis would be compelled to give testimony, but it’s no shock that it turned out this way when she volunteered.

Many gasped recently when Donald Trump said he’d encourage Russia “to do whatever the hell they want” with NATO allies who don’t pay their share of the transatlantic alliance’s defense spending. It was a brazen but hardly surprising turn from someone who has shown a long and loyal affection for Russian President Vladimir Putin, a wanted war criminal. Trump has called Putin — a former KGB agent who jails and murders critics — smart, savvy, and his friend. Trump sided with Putin after a U.S. intelligence community assessment found Russia meddled in the 2016 election. More troubling, in 2017 Trump shared highly classified intelligence with the Russian ambassador.

According to a report from The New York Times, Biden's administration is giving up on its targets for production of EVs in an apparent "concession" to automakers and labor unions. The plan is also said to be an election ploy as Democrats fear losing the support of automakers and labor unions: Instead of essentially requiring automakers to rapidly ramp up sales of electric vehicles over the next few years, the administration would give car manufacturers more time, with a sharp increase in sales not required until after 2030, these people said.

A memo quietly sent out to New York welfare office workers from the Hochul administration on May 12, 2023, carefully revised the standards needed to qualify for SNA, expanding them to include “non-citizens who are considered permanently residing under color of law (PRUCOL).”
