Conservative watchdog group America First Legal unearthed a secret Obama memo that could torpedo Jack Smith’s claims that President Trump didn’t have the authority to possess or retain classified documents.
In June Jack Smith indicted Trump on 37 federal counts for storing classified documents at his Mar-a-Lago residence. Trump was charged in a federal court in Florida with 31 counts of willful retention of national defense information and 6 other process crimes stemming from his conversations with his lawyer.

Last week I wrote a blog on an “explosive” audio recording that featured Jeff DeWit, the chair of the Arizona Republican Party (before he promptly resigned in disgrace), attempting to bribe Kari Lake out of the senate race with a cushy corporate position and money from shadowy figures somewhere on the east coast—the revelation was only “explosive” to some because, for those of us who’ve had firsthand experience dealing with the AZGOP The chair of the state party leading the charge to derail the America First (and Arizona first) movement? This is nothing out of the ordinary; DeWit’s predecessor, Kelli Ward, repeatedly undermined and sabotaged the grassroots,

For days we’ve been waiting to hear what Joe Biden and the Bidenites are planning to do after three of our service members were killed in a drone strike at Tower 22, an American outpost on the border of Syria and Jordan—are we getting into another war or not? We’re already involved in Ukraine’s conflict… we’re buckling under the military invasion at our southern border… we’re being pulled into war with the Houthis… we’re entangled in Israel’s campaign against Hamas… and now this? Let me preface this with a profane language warning, but it seems like everyone is getting pretty fed up with multiple warfronts… even leftist MSNBC pundits:

The leftist-media claim a 5-year sentence was harsh. However, in terms of the violations of privacy and law the sentence was a mere slap on the wrist.
Charles Littlejohn (38) previously pleaded guilty to stealing and leaking the tax returns of Donald Trump and approximately 2,000 other high-profile people. The tax returns were given to The New York Times and ProPublica, who published the contents of 152 individual tax returns. A former IRS consultant was sentenced to five years in prison for leaking former President Donald Trump’s tax returns as well as the filings of thousands of other wealthy people to the news media.

As a sweet, adorable post... uh... 40-year-old, white, middle-class, Jewish female I'm not that familiar with most forms of what passes for popular music today. Oh sure, I've heard of #1 Taylor Swift who has singlehandedly, if temporarily, revived the finances of cities which she honors with public appearance concerts. And not too far behind as a money maker and tax generator, another female singer, Beyoncé, has also performed similar miraculous economic feats.

Somalian refugee Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) gave a speech to the Somali community in Minnesota on Saturday that has gone viral thanks to English translation subtitles. The translations have Omar saying she and her fellow Somalis are Somali first and Muslim second–with no mention of being American. Omar also said she represents Somalia in Congress and told the audience that they control the U.S. government’s Somalia policy.
Outraged Americans called for Omar’s expulsion from the House of Representatives.

Former President Donald Trump abruptly walked out on closing arguments at his defamation trial Friday as a lawyer for writer E. Jean Carroll urged a jury to award her client at least $12 million damages, saying Trump had shattered her reputation and her world by unleashing a flood of hate toward her through his public statements branding her a liar.
Just minutes after attorney Roberta Kaplan began her closing argument in Manhattan federal court, Trump suddenly rose from his seat at the defense table and walked toward the exit, pausing to scan the packed courtroom as members of the Secret Service leaped up to follow him out.

Former President Donald Trump broke onto the political stage in 2015 with a promise to build a wall along the nation's southern border with Mexico, highlighting the security risks of a porous border and calling to limit entry into the U.S.
Nearly nine years later, his potential return to the White House may hinge on similar issues, with exit polls from early primaries and key political allies suggesting the border remains of paramount importance to the electorate.

Sometimes the reality of the fraudulent plan just hits you harder when you see the people who construct the fraud write it down and promote it.
In a letter from Nikki Haley’s campaign manager Betsy Ankney, the corporate-funded plan to use “open primaries” is not only admitted, but also espoused as the core element of the Nikki Haley strategy. [SOURCE] The only Republican politician I can remember campaigning with such an open intention to defy the will of the Republican base voter was Alaska Senator Lisa Murkowski in 2010, who lost the Republican primary to Joe Miller,

This time, New Hampshire didn’t surprise.
Instead, its famously fickle voters stuck to the script of delivering a ringing ratification of the front-runner, Donald Trump, the former president. His victory over a defiant Nikki Haley cemented his hold on core Republican voters and substantially reduced the chances of any challenger overtaking him.
Never before has a presidential candidate won the first two contests on the primary nomination calendar — as Trump has now done — and failed to emerge as the party’s general election nominee, substantially increasing the already quite likely prospect of a rematch between him and President Joe Biden.

Rep. Elise Stefanik (R-NY) fired up the crowd last night at the Trump rally in Concord, New Hampshire.
Stefanik was one of the first members of Congress to endorse Donald Trump for President.
This was a great speech. It is widely known that Rep. Stefanik is being mentioned as a possible running mate for President Trump.
Rep. Elise Stefanik: Every election, we say, is the most important election of our lifetime. But this one, this Election, this NoVember, we know the fate of our great nation is at stake. We know this is the most important election of our lifetime because we have seen, under Joe Biden, crisis after crisis after crisis.

Ever since October 7, the antisemitism that’s long been festering beneath the surface at Harvard University has been on plain view. Whether it was the anti-Jewish genocidal chants from pro-Hamas protestors or Claudine Gay’s insistence that the “context” behind those chants was insufficient to trigger Harvard’s speech codes, Harvard was exposed as a hotbed of virulent antisemitism. In the latest news out of Harvard, it turns out that an appointee to Harvard’s antisemitism task force is…yes, an antisemite. Just yesterday, Harvard’s interim president proudly announced the formation of a “Presidential Task Force on Combating Antisemitism.” Just to keep things equitable, though,
