Government Overreach during Covid Contributed

Poor communication and a refusal to adapt to evolving scientific evidence led to unnecessary school closures and the restriction of outdoor activity during the Covid outbreak, contributing to the “pandemic chaos” that plagued the country for more than two years, a scathing report published Monday revealed. The report, “Pandemic lessons for the 2024 presidential election,” was published in the British Medical Journal and draws on a breadth of scientific studies to assess the policy failures that led to significantly higher death rates in the U.S. than in other developed countries. “During the devastating global covid-19 pandemic, one nation stood out: the United States saw ‘eye wateringly high’ death rates compared with

The audacious writer(s) beg us not to assign blame!! Gimme a break. I'll blame the people in the host country who were responsible, and the prominent American fly in the entire ointment, Anthony Fauci, who made money from the shut-down, made money from the disease, itself, made money from the manufacture of the so-called "cure" and made money from the testing kits and their mechanisms. It so happens that I had built-in immunity from the first few strains of it but took the accursed shot anyway on the advice of a trusted family physician. The shot that career pilots, military personnel, police officers, instructors and others in leadership were getting FIRED over. So you can take your injection and shove it. Along with any advice you care to offer to the hundreds of thousands of American school children you SCREWED out of Freshman Year, Senior Year, and kissing their Grandparents in nursing homes Good-bye. I cannot hate you hard enough.

There was NOT a "higher Covid death rate" - - there was a higher Covid death REPORTING rate. Someone who was run over by a cement truck - - was reported as a Covid death. 99-year-olds who gasped their final breaths were reported as Covid deaths. There was big money in "Covid deaths" - - and evil and corrupt individuals took full advantage of it.

The guy that STILL thinks he did a great job? The guy who's response helped to shutter millions of small businesses? The guy that gave Fauci a medal on the way out of office? The guy that said Cuomo and Newsom did a better job on Covid than DeSantis? DO NOT try to blame it all on the individual Governors. My wife and I ignored most of it. We had a well drilling crew out, drilled our well in Colorado mountains in the middle of the chaos in the lunatic asylums of the big cities. We stayed away, in the small towns and countryside where most people just ignored the loons. And we had a separate crew come out and install the pump, connect water and power to the house. Nobody wore masks, nobody acted any different than normal. We traveled to family members in Florida and Mississippi, visited for many days. No problems....except with the shortage of fast food restaurants that would let us sit down. We will NOT eat "drive thru" in our laps, insist on sitting in a restaurant. More than a few times, we found the fine folks at Waffle House open, and acting normal...although some places forced masks on the staff...we never wore them in restaurants. EVER. The trick is to just DON'T let them push you around. In Walmart, we walked in, sans masks, shopped and left....often only one or two other shoppers were ignoring the mask rules. A couple of Walmarts in Colorado insisted on masks...we LEFT and found a different store. Don't give in. They can't force you, and generally are unwilling to do anything beyond suggest.

My sister-in-law was in her 50s when she died during Covid. She had been a heavy cigarette smoker. She had been diagnosed with COPD, borderline emphysema. She had a husband and three children, two of whom still lived in her home. In the months before her death, she never left the house. The only people that had come in contact with her were her children and husband, none of whom ever came down with Covid. When her COPD got so bad she couldn't breathe well, she was admitted to the hospital, put on a ventilator, and died a couple of days later. The hospital's diagnosis: Covid. No one in the family believed she had contracted Covid, but the family saved money by acquiescing to the diagnosis because the government paid the hospital a flat $38,000 for each Covid patient, so the family had to pay nothing for her hospitalization.

I ignored it for the most part. During the initial lockdown I had 150 miles of divided highway to myself for a recreational junket. That was nice. Never wore a mask in a store or restaurant and didnt go to the ones that insisted. I resisted all sorts of bribes and then threats, and never got the shot. I do not regret any of my contrariness.

I don't think the death rate in the US was so much greater than anywhere else. China and Russia likely did not report their statistics accurately, for example. But the report is right that there was little risk of transmission outdoors and it wasn't necessary to disinfect surfaces or worry about transmission by touch. Keeping people locked down probably increased the rate of infection of this airborne disease. Schools should never have been closed for nearly 2 years. Once there was enough hospital space, everything should have been opened. Mask-mania should never happen again.

Anthony Fauci, Admiral Rachel Levine, Scarf Lady Birx, Andrew Cuomo, Gretchen Whitmer, Bill Gates, Tom Wolf, Chris Christie, Obama's inept replacement military officers, the National Education Association. The CDC. This is only a small list of corrupt, incompetent people who create chaos by design, both during the fake pandemic and at present. It was in their best interests to seize maximum power and spread fear in the American people. Unfortunately, only half of the people are blind sheep and next time around, even a lot of the sheep will have learned their lesson. Those of us who refused shots and masks have proven to the world that COVID was not nearly as serious as advertised and we provided the proof through statistics that our resistance to the tyranny worked out better than the compliance of those who knuckled under and we knew it would be that way all along.

This was a trial tyranny. They found that fear led many to willingly submit to their authority. Others rebelled at the removal of rights and freedoms, and educated the rest after their fear subsided. The result was a complete lack of trust in government agencies, doctors and scientists. They thought round two of the tyranny grab was going to be easier, but they are wrong.

Perhaps the US had the highest rate of Covid deaths because it had the most corrupt approach? When every step in the mitigation process is profitable for doctors, clinics and hospitals, not to mention the sociopolitical payoff for dems, their media synchophants, and the teachers unions, you can make those numbers do anything you want. And, they did. How many of you know someone who “died of Covid” but didn’t? I know plenty.

We put our house up for sale in the Bay Area (CA) the summer of 2020 and moved to ID. We noticed those who were the most afraid of Covid were the young College Age Kids, the liberals and those who watched and listened to CNN, MSNBC, NPR, etc. In other words, those who were brainwashed by the Media and the Left. Covid was a de-population scheme plus a trial run on seeing who could be controlled and also being a means of winning/stealing a presidential election. Our family somehow escaped from taking the clot shot. Here in Idaho, there was not much pressure from our doctor in taking the Covid experimental shot. However, in some areas of the State, parks were closed down and parents fought back so their children could go outside and play on these playgrounds. It was a time of insanity even in a conservative State. One County that did not shut down or demand masks or close Churches was Canyon County. We have a Conservative govt. and a Christian Mayor here. Those churches who chose to close down did it on their own out of fear not by any directive by the local govt.

The CDC and Fauci did more harm than good with many of their recommendations. Before their was a vaccine, they took a hostile stand against medications that, though not a cure, provided symptomatic relief that would have saved many if the CDC and Fauci had not fought their use.

WASHINGTON — Former President Donald Trump's federal election interference trial in Washington, D.C., will no longer begin on March 4, Judge Tanya Chutkan wrote in a court order released Friday. It is unclear when exactly the trial will now start, but the case has been on pause for nearly two months — Trump's team requested a stay on Dec. 7, and it was granted on Dec. 13 —which would mean the soonest the trial could start would likely be late April or early May. In a previous order, Chutkan reiterated that a total of seven months was "sufficient time" for Trump to prepare for trial, not including the time the

Elon Musk weighed in on Joe Biden’s agenda. News broke in January that Joe Biden will prioritize legal status for millions of illegal immigrants in the United States.
