In a victory for the Biden Administration, the Supreme Court of the United States has cleared the way for the Biden administration to remove miles of razor wire barrier placed at the Texas border with Mexico by order of Texas. Gov. Greg Abbott.
The ruling would allow Border Patrol agents to cut federal agents to cut through portions of the wire if they deem it necessary.
The justices voted 5-4 to grant an emergency appeal from the Biden administration during an escalating standoff with Texas Governor Greg Abbott over whether the state or federal government has authority to secure the border in the hot spot of Eagle Pass, Texas.

What Governor Abbott needs to do is to bus these migrants and dump them outside the gate to the White House to see how 46Plugs likes them apples.

He needs to tell the buffoon from Delaware to pound sand and ignore the scotus like plugs does. Then triple down on dumping tons of illegals on every congresscritter's doorstep, along with all of the various homes of the Delaware doofus and obumbler. Time for the gloves to completely come off. This East Texan is fed up and worried for my kids and grandkids.

So, about those border agents cutting into wired fences on the border to help illegals cross into the country. Who are the people employed by border patrol? They are as much to blame as biden. When do they stand up and resist unconstitutional orders? I don't do much, but I take a stand where I need to on my job. I don't participate in DEI, and I speak against it every chance I get. I don't take advantage of any of the garbage they offer. I was very vocal when forced to go through diversity training. I'm a director on my job, but I refused to yield to happy holidays over Merry Christmas when I was told that we had to be politically correct. I asked why should I cater to people who don't celebrate Christmas (the holiday on the calendar) by calling it something else. My superiors couldn't answer, so I said I will be saying Merry Christmas. Truth is I use both as do most people, but don't tell I can't call a holiday on the calendar by its name to placate some unknown dissatisfied people. It might be small, but I do what I can where I can. I can't imagine working for BP and doing everything I can to help illegals come into this country without loudly protesting, sabotaging, or quitting and telling the world what's happening. I just don't get it.

I fear the commanders who command our patrols to defy our sovereignty, our laws, our safety and our clearly stated desires. How long until they command our patrols to turn on an uncooperative us?

This is a great decision.
Biden pushed for it, and now we await the wondrous optics of the Biden administration taking down the fence, the only and last attempt to stem the flood.
Right now open borders is the most unifying issue in America. People are fed up with it. All the Democrat "natural home" groups hate open borders.
And the prospect of Biden getting this exact moment to take down the fences is too precious to believe. Conservatives and Republicans will have to spend about 50¢ on ads through November.

The House GOP should insert a provision in the next budget bill that the Supreme Court will not have security greater than what the federal govt provides to its citizens. Would mean eliminating the 30+ officers who guard the SC and operate the metal detectors. Would also eliminate the US Marshal driven SUVs that drive the 9 jurists to/from work as well as any officers who travel as security for speeches. If the Court doesn’t want to protect Americans, Americans should not be protecting judges who endanger us. It’s “Of, for and by the people”, not remote and truly blind justices.

SCOTUS told Biden he couldn't cancel student loans and he ignored them. Abbott should ignore SCOTUS too. What is Biden going to do? Send the National Guard to Texas to forcibly ensure that tens of thousands of illegals may continue streaming safely into the US?

Go get 'em Governor Abbott. If I was him, I'd send busloads of illegal alien vermin to the Joetato's Delaware home, the White House and Supreme Court. Plus, throw in a few to Chicago and New York City.
