Justice Department goes to the Supreme
Court over Texas border closure

Original Article

The Department of Justice wants the Supreme Court to stop Texas from blocking federal Border Patrol agents from a portion of the U.S.-Mexico border near Eagle Pass, southwest of San Antonio. Texas state troopers on Thursday fenced off a public park in Eagle Pass, prompting objections from city officials — and the new filing from the Justice Department. The Justice Department said armed Texas National Guard members have blockaded access roads to the area, which "effectively prevents" Border Patrol agents from getting to or monitoring a roughly 2.5-mile stretch of the border.

DOJ is real fast about some things, but waits decades to bring illegal immigrants to court of whom 99% don't show up. Maybe they should deport all illegals BEFORE they go to the Supreme Court?

But of course the Department of Just '"us" (meaning they will bring the weight of the U.S. government down upon TEXAS to allow an INVASION of non-US residents to BREAK the LAWS OF TEXAS who only wants to defend itself. Why not let Mexifornia and New Mexifornia let them in-- but leave Texas and Arizona ALONE to follow their own interests rather than to continue to lead to policies of NoBama and his ventriloquist dummy 'Walter' the Vegetable attempting to use the Cloward/Piven strategy to overturn the Republic by misusing the agencies authority to protect U.S. AGAINST the will of the American people???

What is the problem? The border agents aren’t ‘monitoring’ anything. They are busy processing illegals on to buses. This is not their fault but it is the reality.

If the court rules against them, the Texas National Guard should follow the FBI's example and ignore the order (as the FBI is doing regarding the court order to turn over all of their documents concerning the murder of Seth Rich).

This really is an important case. If Biden's DOJ loses, then states can close and guard their borders. That's why the DOJ made a huge mistake by challenging Texas in court.

If Biden could find a way he would allow tens of millions of Third World origin illegal aliens (migrants) to stay and resettle in Texas. Once in Texas the leftist and socialist Democrats would seek to grant them a Democrat designed “path to citizenship” amnesty, and grant them U.S. voting rights, believing that the vast majority of those “New Americans” would then be leftist and socialist Democrat supporters and voters thus allowing the leftist and socialist Democrats to permanently capture Texas’s 58+ electoral votes making it impossible for the wimpy Republicans to win future presidential elections.

The Border Patrol is not being prevented from monitoring the border. the Biden administration will not allow them to do their actual jobs. What the Texans are preventing is them from rolling out the welcome mat to unvetted invaders from around the world and shipping them all over the country at the taxpayers' expense where they will be fed and housed at taxpayers' expense ad infinitum.
