Former U.S. Rep. Adam Kinzinger (R-IL) took to X the day after Christmas to bash former President Donald Trump, claiming that Christians who support him “don’t understand” their faith. “I’m going to go out on a NOT limb here: this man is not a Christian,” Kinzinger posted Tuesday, in response to Trump’s Truth Social Christmas message in which he told corrupt members of the “swamp” to “rot in hell.” [Tweet] Kinzinger went on to assert, “If you are a Christian who supports him you don’t understand your own religion.” “Trump is weak, meager, smelly, victim-ey, belly-achey, but he ain’t a Christian and he’s not ‘Gods man,'” the Trump critic added.

Maine’s Secretary of State Shenna Bellows has been under scrutiny ever since she decided to remove former President Donald Trump from the ballot as part of a national effort to influence the outcome of the 2024 presidential election. She has been the subject of criticism from folks on both the left and the right. As I wrote earlier, she already faces impeachment proceedings, which Republican state Rep. John Andrews announced on Friday evening.
Now, Bellows is facing a lawsuit contesting her effort to skew the results of the upcoming election in President Joe Biden’s favor by using the 14th Amendment, according to a Daily Caller exclusive.
On Saturday, a coalition of Muslim leaders in swing states announced they are stepping up their efforts to make sure Joe Biden (assuming he's the Democrat candidate, which is anything but certain) loses the 2024 presidential election. Why? Because he supports Israel.
The #AbandonBiden campaign officially began earlier in December, led by Muslim leaders in swing states like Michigan, Minnesota and Arizona, who disapproved of Biden’s support for Israel’s counterattacks against Hamas. The counterattacks have come at the cost of tens of thousands of innocent Palestinian lives.
Now, the coalition intends to expand the pressure campaign to all 50 states.
Prolific actor Tom Wilkinson, who you might have seen in films like The Patriot, Michael Clayton, The Full Monty, and In the Bedroom, which earned him an Oscar nomination, has passed away. Wilkinson has over 100 television and film credits in his long career, being featured in various genres. If you go through his body of work, there is no role he couldn’t do (via Washington Post):

I doubt the writers at NBC News want this, or maybe they do because Joe Biden seems stuck in political purgatory. Joe’s approvals are in the toilet, hovering in the low 30s. There is no indication that a comeback of epic proportions is on the horizon for the rapidly decaying Biden. Besides lacking the elite political and communications skills required to complete such a feat, Joe lacks the energy. This turnaround takes much work, which Joe isn’t familiar with concerning his time in the White House. The Trump campaign is accusing Bellows of being a "rabid anti-Trump Democrat" who is relying on her interpretation of the 14th Amendment despite not being a lawyer and never graduating from law school. She was also a Biden elector in 2020.
In March 2022, Bellows claimed Biden is fighting for democracy, saying, "In speaking to the battle between autocracies and democracies, President Biden reminds us of a crucial struggle of our time. Our democracy is worth fighting for. It matters."
President Joe Biden is reportedly putting pressure on Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to transfer tax money to the Palestinian Authority (PA) that Israel collects on its behalf, but which it has suspended since the terror attacks of October 7.

An alleged home intruder was hospitalized in critical condition after a Mascotte, Florida, homeowner opened fire on him shortly after 6:00 a.m. Thursday.
WESH reported that the alleged intruder is 16 years old.
Police believe the suspect tried to break into another home before being shot by the homeowner at the second residence.
WKMG noted that the incident in which the 16-year-old was shot occurred on Pine Needle Drive. None of the home’s occupants were injured.

I wrote earlier this week about a report that Biden allegedly talked Netanyahu out of a "preemptive strike" on Hezbollah that Israel was reportedly planning in the wake of the Oct. 7 attack on Israel by Hamas. Across the country, researchers estimate more than 5% of U.S. adults are LGBTQ+, (snip) Young people ages 18-24 are much more likely to identify as LGBTQ+, according to the report from the Williams Institute at the University of California Los Angeles.
