Kevin McCarthy Endorses Donald Trump for President

Original Article

Former House speaker Kevin McCarthy endorsed former president Donald Trump for president in 2024 just days after announcing his retirement from the House. Asked in a sit-down interview with CBS News Sunday Morning whether he’d endorse Trump, McCarthy answered, “I will support President Trump.” The California congressman also said he believes “Donald Trump will win” if the Democratic Party nominates President Joe Biden for a second term. If that happens, “I believe that Republicans will gain more seats in the House and that Republicans will win the Senate,” he added.

The reality is Donald Trump will beat ANY person the Democrats nominate. Whether he can also beat the fraud machine remains to be seen.

Awaiting the hateful and useless Matt Gaetz to throw some mud on McCarthey, somehow, for endorsing Donald Trump. Thanks to Matt we are down one more Republican in the House. By the way, Paul Ryan lost the House to the Democrats while McCarthy flipped it back to Republican control.

A Judge is called “Judge” as long as he lives. Its nice that McCarthy calls President Trump by his actual title. Rather than “the former” as most do.

#4 "Worthless" Matt Gaetz had the cojones to lead the effort to oust McCarthy from speakership, doing what he promised to do as a condition of his installment if Kevin failed to deliver on his promises. McCarthy is "up to something" with this untimely endorsement. He still can't be trusted.

that's terrific, mr mccarthy. now, back that up with action, with a show of good faith. reverse your decision, and complete your term. commit your skills to a clean and tidy of the muck in congress. re-open and reverse the improvidently-brought santos hit job. his constituents have been harmed by the failure to honour their votes--due to election interference. restore him to his seat post haste. allow his district to make the choices going forward, as the constitution and laws set forth.

DAMASCUS, Syria — An Israeli strike on the Syrian capital on Saturday destroyed a building used by the Iranian paramilitary Revolutionary Guard, killing at least five Iranians, Syrian and Iranian state media reported. The Syrian army said the building in the tightly guarded western Damascus neighborhood of Mazzeh was entirely destroyed, adding that the Israeli air force fired the missiles while flying over Syria’s Israeli-occupied Golan Heights. The Israeli military did not comment. A few hours later, an Israeli drone strike on a car near the southern Lebanese port city of Tyre killed two Hezbollah members who were in the vehicle and two people who were in a nearby orchard, an official

The stock market keeps scaling new heights as investors focus on the good and ignore the bad, no matter how bad the bad parts might look sometimes. Prospects for a slowing economy, geopolitical unrest and turmoil in Washington aren't scaring market participants largely because none of those threats have turned into much in reality. What instead has taken center stage is an economy performing remarkably well, inflation pulling back and a run of positive developments in Big Tech that has outweighed any what-ifs that the market has had to endure. "If investors are looking for a reason to be negative, it's hard to find," said Mitchell Goldberg, president of ClientFirst Strategy,

WASHINGTON, - U.S. consumer sentiment improved in January, hitting the highest level in 2-1/2 years amid growing optimism over the outlook for inflation and household incomes, which bodes well for the economy's prospects this year. The better-than-expected reading in sentiment reported by the University of Michigan on Friday reflected a brightening of moods across all age and income groups, education and geographical locations as well as political affiliation. It suggested that Americans were finally warming up to the economy's resilience after much anxiety over high inflation, which has weighed on President Joe Biden's popularity. Consumers' inflation expectations over the next 12 months were the lowest in three years,
