Travel was halted across Europe Saturday as heavy snow blanketed cities and freezing temperatures set in following a week of deadly early-season storms. Flights were grounded in Munich and Dublin Saturday after a winter storm dumped snow across southern Germany and parts of Austria, Switzerland and the Czech Republic, disrupting travel across the continent. Hundreds of flights in and out of Munich were canceled and not expected to resume until Sunday morning, the airport announced.

Meanwhile, all the official climate thugs are in the Middle East, furiously pretending that the world is getting hotter, when the reality is the precise opposite, andvNONE of it has anything whatsoever to do with human activities.

Thats why they changed the name to 'climate change'. That way if it gets cooler they can just say 'Did I say warming? I meant cooling!'

I remember 20 or 25 years ago when the media was predicting the end of snow because of Global Warming. Before that, back in the 1970s, they were predicting an immanent ice age because of Global Cooling. Global Climate Change is much more flexible. It is unfalsifiable. No matter what the weather happens to be it is because of Global Climate Change.

The photos show several inches of wet, heavy snow. Their problem isn't a lot of snow; their problem is a lack of equipment to deal with the snow. They have no excuse - they get snow every year. It's not like when it snowed on me in Pascagoula, MS. If they had snowplows there, the only time they'd be used is in parades. The loss of power due to broken tree branches is also inexcusable. It's the power company's job to prevent this. I'm surrounded by woods, all the power lines are above ground, and the power companies monitor and trim trees as necessary. We have power outages when somebody hits a power pole with their car, but not from fallen trees or branches.

After receiving criticism from experts and climate activists over President Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris skipping the global United Nations summit in Dubai, the White House has now decided to send Harris. Reuters reported back in October that Biden wouldn’t be attending the annual conference, though he had attended the climate summits in 2021 and 2022. Biden aides told Reuters that conflict in the Middle East arising out of the Hamas terrorist attacks on Israel and the president's reelection campaign were demanding his time.

Wyoming Gov. Mark Gordon sparked a backlash from state lawmakers when he discussed plans to make the Cowboy State carbon dioxide-neutral during a talk at Harvard last month. “It is clear that we have a warming climate. It is clear that carbon dioxide is a major contributor to that challenge. There is an urgency to addressing this issue,” Gordon said during the “Decarbonizing The West” talk. The governor added that the problem won’t be solved by turning off fossil fuels, and he promoted the use of carbon capture and sequestration.

New MTA reporting shows farebeating on buses and subways is still rising — a clear warning that broader public disorder is ahead. Just what New York needs when Mayor Adams is looking to shrink the NYPD. Reminder: A crackdown on farebeating was the first major step in the city’s historic gains against crime starting back in the 1990s. Bill Bratton, then chief of the MTA police, directed that effort in order to make the subways safer: If you commit a casual crime to enter the system, he realized, you become more likely to commit worse crimes while you’re there.

DUBLIN — In the 12 months leading up to April this year, 141,600 immigrants landed in Ireland. The Irish population has increased by more than 2%. If the US had similar immigration, it would mean 9 million extra people. This is the highest level since the prosperous “Celtic Tiger” era of the late ’90s. Ireland’s non-nationals comprise a whopping 20% of the population. The tinder box of immigration blew open Thursday with a mass riot in Dublin following the stabbing of a number of young children outside a school near the main street.

Hundreds of “radicalized” kids rampaged through the halls of a Queens high school this week for nearly two hours after they discovered a teacher had attended a pro-Israel rally — forcing the terrified educator to hide in a locked office as the teen mob tried to push its way into her classroom, The Post has learned. The conference, which runs from Nov. 30 through Dec. 12, will focus on global strategies to reduce emissions and accelerate the shift away from fossil fuels in favor of green energy.

The EU has something called End-of-life vehicles directive, and they are looking to expand this to become so draconian that it reminds of something that would have happened in the Communist Soviet Union. A new set of criteria will be established that will decide whether you will be allowed to keep your car. If your car does not meet the criteria, the EU will seize your car and scrap it.
