David Weiss Drops One Gun Charge Count
Against Hunter Biden

Original Article

Special Counsel David Weiss dropped one of the gun charges count against Hunter Biden on Wednesday. The move is apparently a procedural step, according to the Associated Press: The procedural step removes a charge alleging he broke a law against drug users having guns when he bought a gun in 2018, during a period he has acknowledged struggling with addiction. The president’s son is now facing a three-count indictment focused on the same purchase that includes both gun possession and false statement charges. No new tax counts have yet been filed by special counsel David Weiss, who is overseeing the case.

One of the new ' procedures ' like denying J6 prisoners all rights. With mail in, unverified votes and a congress that for the most part is either the problem or being blackmailed into the new agenda, anything is possible.

They'll have it knocked down to jaywalking and a $125 fine that taxpayers will STILL have to cover for him in exchange for the temporary shaved head look. Drug use shows in hair BTW, maybe that's why he made it go away.

So there is a law against drug users having a gun. Hunter has admitted he was a drug addict at the time, he lied on a federal form in order to buy the gun. Yet Weiss drops the charge about drug user not being allowed to have a gun. Why?

Judge Aileen Cannon on Friday paused litigation in Jack Smith’s classified documents case as she decides whether to grant Trump’s motion to extend deadlines related to classified material. Trump attorneys Chris Kise and Todd Blanche accused Jack Smith’s prosecutors of using dilatory tactics to slow-roll the discovery process and taking too long to turn over evidence. Blanche and Kise said the May trial date makes the schedule “unworkable,” according to the motion reviewed by The Gateway Pundit. “On July 18, 2023, the Special Counsel’s Office represented to the Court that ‘all’ discovery would be available on ‘day one.’” Trump’s lawyers wrote.

It’s a fact,” Biden said. (X Video) Verdict: False and false. Biden is making two claims here. First, that the American people are better off than they were before his presidency. Second, that the American people know that they are better off. Both are untrue.

A case of malaria has been confirmed in Arkansas and is the first locally acquired case in the state in at least 40 years. The patient, who was not named, lives in Saline County and had not recently traveled out of the country. The case makes Arkansas the fourth state to report a locally acquired case of the disease this year, in another sign the disease may be gaining a foothold in the US for the first time in two decades. The patient was also the tenth to be infected on US soil this year, after seven locally-acquired infections were detected in Florida and one each in Texas and Maryland —

Preliminary data shows 500 cases of tuberculosis (TB) have been diagnosed in the city so far this year — marking a 20 percent increase from this time last year. Infections are also at their highest level in the city for this time of year in more than a decade, raising concerns the disease could spill into other areas of the country.

During the course of research for Breaking Biden, my new book that was released earlier this week, there were only a few moments that humanized the current president. Though I tried to locate the humanity in Joe Biden time and again, I was shocked at how infrequently I was able to do that. I concluded that a key reason Joe Biden has a “DGAF” attitude is that he has faced personal tragedy so acute that it’s hardly a surprise that being the subject of online ridicule doesn’t faze him. The first of those tragedies took place on December 18, 1972, when

President Joe Biden announced Wednesday that he approved $9 billion in student loan forgiveness for 125,000 Americans. The relief is a result of his administration's fixes to a number of programs, including the income-driven repayment plans and Public Service Loan Forgiveness. More than $5 billion of the aid will go to 53,000 borrowers who've worked in public service for a decade or more; $2.8 billion of the forgiveness is for 51,000 borrowers enrolled in income-driven repayment plans; and another $1.2 billion of the cancellation will go to 22,000 borrowers with disabilities. The announcement is likely to help Biden as he runs for reelection, experts say.

Donald Trump is not a great man. His rhetoric, which has included denunciations of those who have served in the military (while he dodged the draft five times with a limp excuse about bone spurs) ought to disgust all but those who are in complete denial of the danger he would pose to the Constitution and the country should he be re-elected president. Humility is not part of his vocabulary and words mean something, especially when they reflect character. In the latest "indictment" of Trump's virulent rhetoric, his former chief of staff, John Kelly, issued a statement in which he says he witnessed Trump insulting wounded veterans and others.
