The Biden Administration has ordered a German homeschool family, who came to America legally, to leave the country. The move comes as the White House has turned a blind eye to millions of illegals invading the southern border. The Romeike family was forced to flee Germany in 2008 after they were persecuted by the government for homeschooling their children. The Germans levied fines against the family and threatened to take away their children. I documented the plight of the family for years when I was working at Fox News.
Uwe and Hannelore Romeike and their five children eventually settled in eastern Tennessee and were granted indefinite deferred action status.

Back in 2020, Antifa anarchists and BLM Marxists were torching Kenosha, Wisc., ostensibly because the police shot a black man who had just sexually assaulted his ex-girlfriend and was reaching for a knife.
Kyle Rittenhouse, then 17 years old, was cleaning up riot-torn Kenosha when he was attacked by at least four bolshie frondeurs, three of whom he perforated with a semi-automatic rifle. Two of them, including convicted child rapist Joe Rosenbaum, died on the spot. The lone survivor, Gaige Grosskreutz, survived but lost his right bicep.

Long-time Rolling Stones guitarist Keith Richards laid out reasons why newer and contemporary popular genres of music just don’t do it for the 79-year-old rocker. (snip) Richards also suggested rap music feels a bit combative as if the performers are yelling at the elderly star when he listens to it.
Expanding on hip-hop, the six stringer said “I don’t really like to hear people yelling at me and telling me it’s music, AKA rap. I can get enough of that without leaving my house,” according to the outlet.

The Washington Post cast doubt on its own poll with ABC that showed former President Trump up by 10 points over his likely rival President Joe Biden in the 2024 presidential contest.
Trump leads Biden 52% to 42% in a hypothetical general election matchup, according to the Post. The outlet suggested that, given other polling showing a closer race, its own poll is “probably an outlier” and appeared to cast doubt on the sample.

Representative James Clyburn (D-SC) said Sunday on NBC’s “Meet the Press” that Republicans opened an impeachment inquiry against President Joe Biden because he was “being a father to his son.” (snip) Clyburn said, “I think it’s appropriate to be a father to your son, and if your son is having a problem, and we all know the history of the problem that Hunter has with addiction, and he is being a father to his son. You don’t impeach a man for being a father to his children.”

An investigator with the Fulton County, Georgia, District Attorney’s Office accidentally shot herself in the leg inside a courthouse bathroom on Friday.
ABC News reported the incident occurred in the same courthouse in which “former President Donald Trump and his co-defendants were arraigned” on charges related to the 2020 presidential election.
The incident did not result life-threatening injuries.
FOX 5 noted the female investigator was in a “handicap accessible bathroom” on the fourth floor when she shot herself.
The name of the investigator has not been released. Former prosecutor Ash Joshi commented on the incident, saying, “It was an accidental shooting, so there is no intent to commit a crime."

A group that promotes “normalizing abortion” has lined up six billboards on Interstate 55 through pro-life states leading to Illinois, one of which falsely reads, “God’s plan includes abortion.”
Shout Your Abortion, a far-left advocacy group, placed the billboards in Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, and Tennessee — all states which have outlawed or limited abortions. The black and white billboards, which face travelers heading into pro-abortion Illinois, also include messages such as, “Abortion is OK. You know what’s right for you,” and “Abortion is OK. You are loved.”

Despite its official ‘Freedom of Expression’ theme for the 2023 to 2024 academic year, Cornell University has remained silent after its professor won a “Courage in Education” Award in August for his commitment to advancing free speech and intellectual diversity at the Ivy League school.
“I believe that the reason they are not celebrating my award is because Cornell really has no interest in free speech, which leads to critical thinking, and which results to education, as opposed to indoctrination,” Randy Wayne, an associate professor at Cornell’s School of Integrated Plant Sciences, told Campus Reform.

Most likely voters say that Susanna Gibson, the Virginia Democrat who live-streamed sex acts with her husband online while asking for tips, should drop out of the House of Delegates race in a highly competitive suburban Richmond district, according to a new survey.
While 56% likely general election voters say Gibson, a nurse practitioner and mother of two young children, should drop out of the race, just 30% say she should continue and 14% say they are unsure, according to a survey released Wednesday by the political research groups Founders Insight and co/efficient.

Education Secretary Miguel Cardona took a jab at certain parents who are standing up for their children's education by stating that he does not "respect" people who are "misbehaving in public and acting as if they know what's right for kids." (snip)
"I respect differences of opinion. I don't respect people who are misbehaving in public and then acting as if they know what's right for kids," he said, referring to parents who speak up at school board meetings. (snip) Parents Defending Education President Nicole Neily slammed Cardona's remarks.
"Actions speak louder than words — and they reveal that Secretary Cardona does not, in fact, respect differences of opinion,"

Sen. John Fetterman (D-PA) called on Sen. Bob Menendez (D-NJ) to resign from the U.S. Senate on Saturday after Menendez was indicted on federal corruption charges late this week.
“Senator Menendez should resign,” Fetterman wrote on X. “He’s entitled to the presumption of innocence, but he cannot continue to wield influence over national policy, especially given the serious and specific nature of the allegations.”
“I hope he chooses an honorable exit and focuses on his trial,” he added.
