Mike Pence admits he believes that he
could have stayed the Senate count

Original Article

Posted By: rememberwhen, 8/8/2023 1:37:25 PM

Beginning in the summer of 2020, when myriad states, legally and illegally, changed their voting rules in a way that removed all safeguards against fraud, it was clear that there might be problems in November. Then, on election night, six major precincts — election outcome–changing precincts — stopped counting votes altogether. When you add in all the other evidence adduced in subsequent weeks showing fraud (including Biden's unbelievably soaring vote count long after the election ended), there was good reason to question the election. Mike Pence has now conceded that he believes he could at least have opened the path to question election fraud.

Comments:

If Pence does testify at the DC trial. trump's lawyers need to have video of this statement available, and possibly the previous one where he claimed not to have any actual power to show he talks out of both sides of his mouth and is not to be believed. I love the conclusion of the article: "Pence has admitted that he believes that he had the power to reject manifestly fraudulent counts or to halt the vote because of double-slates of electors. Further, he admits, by implication, that he was too afraid of leftist violence to do anything about it. Most importantly, Pence has conceded that he is a weasel and, for all his God talk, a dishonest man."

Fine to snark at weakling Pence, but do read Widberg’s article. She explains it all very clearly. His knowing what he could do, what he should do, but did not do because he says he feared “chaos” removed his objectivity that was required for his role as president of the Senate. It was not up to him to employ any personal “fears” To blame January 6 on PDJT is to lie. Despicable. Read! We must be well-informed now for PDJT and for the 2024 election.

Makes me wonder what other atrocities we have suffered because someone was afraid to do the right thing because of the 'chaos' it would cause. i.e. the liberal Antifa, BLM and maybe Obola's real army, the ones coming across the border now.

What #7 said. Pence says he knew what he couldl do but he followed his “feelings” instead of the law. Then he lied about what PDJT asked him to do.

Yes, he could have looked into it. But as a coward and a card carrying member of the Uniparty Deep State cabal.....he decided that he wanted to be popular amongst the crooked class in DC more than he wanted to do the RIGHT THING. I spit in his direction, trying to get rid of the bad taste in my mouth every time his name comes up.

On Friday, the Biden regime announced it will spend $1.2 billion in taxpayer money to vacuum the sky of carbon dioxide. Energy Secretary Granholm boasted about the project to reporters on Friday. “These two projects are going to build these regional direct air capture hubs,” US Energy Secretary Jennifer Granholm told reporters, according to CNN. “That means they’re going to link everything from capture to processing to deep underground storage, all in one seamless process.”

Longtime Ohio State University football coach Woody Hayes was once asked, back in the olden days, why he didn’t call pass plays more often. “Only three things can happen when you pass,” he said, “and two of them are bad.” Well, I might say something similar about this bruited House Republican effort to impeach Joe Biden—similar, but worse. Only three things can happen if House Republicans impeach Biden, and from their perspective, all three of them are bad. So naturally I hope to God they’re bananas enough to do it.

I don't think the federal government will exist in its current form much longer. The reason is simple: if Marxist globalists get their way, then sovereign U.S. powers will continue to be unlawfully delegated to the U.N., the WHO, and other international monstrosities until some Obama-type tyrant is ruling over us all from Turtle Bay or a stately castle outside Brussels. If freedom-minded people succeed in reining in the federal government and reimposing the Constitution's limited delegation of powers, then the monstrosity that is already with us will radically diminish or disappear.

In 2020, following a years-long effort to sabotage and subvert Donald Trump's presidency using a fraudulent Russiagate conspiracy and frivolous impeachment effort, America's ruling class conspired to rig the election against him. It used COVID-19 to impose a uniquely lax, arguably unconstitutional, mass mail-in election system that it exploited to maximum effect, and censored political opponents—Trump included—on matters ranging from the integrity of that election to damaging stories about Joe Biden. When, on January 6, 2021, a protest over the election boiled over into the Capitol Riot, the ruling class responded by casting millions of election skeptics as potential domestic terrorists.

Now that Donald Trump has been indicted for using lies about the 2020 presidential election to seek to overturn its results, it’s become a matter of grave national concern that big majorities of Republicans apparently don’t think he was lying at all. A new CNN survey shows that 69 percent of Republicans and Republican-leaning independents do not believe “Joe Biden legitimately won enough votes to win the presidency” in 2020. It’s worth asking what if anything might have convinced them to believe Biden’s win was legitimate, if only to establish what could happen differently in 2024 to avoid another contested Democratic win — if not an attack on the Capitol.

When Joe Biden tapped Kamala Harris to be his running mate in 2020, it was perhaps the most easily predicted vice presidential choice in recent memory. Biden had made it clear that after emerging from the most diverse Democratic presidential candidate field in history, he would select a woman to join him on the ticket. The dynamics of the Democratic Party, which relies heavily on the votes of African American women to win elections, made it seem likely that Biden would select a running mate from this demographic group, especially as the murder of George Floyd brought race issues to the top of the public agenda.

The American Medical Association (AMA) has suggested that taxpayers should subsidize uterus transplants worth up to $300,000 to help transgender women get pregnant. Arguments were made to reduce the cost of the surgery in its Journal of Ethics issue in June titled Patient-Centered Transgender Surgical Care. But the AMA has been criticized for floating the idea and has been accused of holding an 'activist position'. It argued that trans women's inability to bear children may cause them to experience 'psychological dissonance' which undermines their health and well-being.

Never in the 235 years since the ratification of the Constitution has an administration premeditatively and blatantly prosecuted, on specious and conjecturable charges, the titular leader of the opposition party and leading candidate for president. And doing so while overtly flaunting their egregious actions to protect and cover-up for the incumbent president who has been exposed as potentially complicit in massive bribery and fraud. (Snip) The modern Left has a dream – that soon, very soon, every vehicle in the world will be electric, running on a heavy, cobalt-laden, lithium battery that needs to be charged up somewhere with electricity derived from an out-of-sight coal plant. The EV’s current average, we are told, is eight hours to a “full charge,” whatever that means. It might be a couple hundred miles, maybe less, maybe more. Some chargers charge faster, some vehicles take longer. We rarely see the EVs charging up while we fill our normal cars

During the inferno that devastated part of the island of Maui, wiping entire towns off the map and possibly killing more than a thousand people (once a full assessment can be made), people on Maui begged state officials to allow West Maui stream water to be diverted to fill up reservoirs for firefighting. That request went to M. By the time the approval was received, workers were unable to reach the siphon release so that the water could be diverted.
