Investigative reporter Julie Kelly says that Special Counsel Jack Smith “very well could ask a D.C. judge to deny Donald Trump’s release, to deny him bail once he is indicted, and arrested, and arraigned” on charges relating to the January 6, 2021, Capitol riot. Kelly spoke to Breitbart News Sunday host Joel B. Pollak on SiriusXM Patriot on Sunday evening about the pending indictment of former President Trump, who said earlier this month that he had received a “target letter” suggesting he would be indicted. She noted on her Substack on Sunday evening that just as January 6 defendants had been held for months in pretrial detention, even when

Roger Kimball wrote an article yesterday, saying they should just throw the whole US Code at PDJT, rather than all these piecemeal charges. Just throw the whole thing at him and be done with it. Same thing with the “discussion” we are getting ready to have with our fellow countrymen. Go ahead and lock up PDJT and let’s get the discussion underway and be done with it.

She's right. I'm dreading this, have been since Jacksmith was appointed. It's 1, 2 &3. Indict in DC, try in DC, jail him in DC. Anybody dares to protest or demonstrate, shoot them down and jail the remnant.Washington no longer tolerates 'insurrection." The college radicals used to say "the revolution begins at home." Jailing Trump will be the signal, and they'll expect a reaction, want a reaction--a mass of angry people they can shoot into. Direct your outrage close by. Do as the communists do and get the low hanging fruit. But don't stupidly walk en masse into their trap.

If they think that the peaceful people of Jan6 were bad, they are begging for a tsunami of fury if they do this. Especially since the public is wise to the fact that this corrupted DOJ/FBI refuses to indict actual crime by the Obamas, the Clintons, Pelosi, Schiff, Swallwell and others. The public is not as stupid as the Swamp rats think they are. But then the Swamp rats are their own special short bus riding kind of stupid so I guess everyone else in their reality is as well.

Special Counsel Jack Smith’s team admitted in a federal court filing in Miami this week that the government had not, in fact, given all of its evidence to the court for President Donald Trump’s defense team to review — the same thing Trump is alleged to have done. Smith has charged Trump with 40 counts in the so-called “documents” case. Among them is the accusation that Trump caused his lawyers to tell the government that they had handed over all of the documents the government wanted, when in fact they had not.The indictment against Trump alleges that he conspired with his staff to move boxes of documents,

Ron DeSantis said he will follow the primary election rules, whatever they may be – but said it's clear some state GOPs are trying to sway the results against smaller candidates. The comment comes as Donald Trump still refuses to take the vow to support whichever candidate becomes the GOP nominee in order to participate in the debates. The former president, according to his own staff, also feels the debates are beneath him. Trump posted to Truth Social on Monday that he would use the debate in Milwaukee, Wisconsin on August 23 to consider vice presidential candidates.
