Who is Judge Noreika?

Original Article

Federal Judge Maryellen Noreika is suddenly in the spotlight. Today she refused to approve Hunter Biden’s plea agreement, as we have discussed in several previous posts. Liberals immediately denounced Judge Noreika as a Trump appointee. All of which raises the question: who is she? (snip) Noreika graduated from Lehigh University, got a masters degree in biology from Columbia, and her law degree, magna cum laude, from Pittsburgh University, where she was a member of the Law Review. Her career in private practice was with the Morris, Nichols law firm in Wilmington, Delaware. Morris, Nichols is a good, medium-sized firm. She did intellectual property litigation, mostly patent lawsuits.

Wow, a judge who actually wants to see proper procedure followed under the Law? Doesn't matter who appointed the judge, but the Left will certainly pound this point until it cries Uncle.

Watch now for the left digging into her past to find anything to smear her for. Go against the deep state and they will retaliate. That said, this is a massive blow against the puppet and his handlers. I was wrong before but this is getting close to being real serious for our overlords.

I agree with Hinderaker. She seems just right for this complex highly political case. It will take someone as strong and grounded - personally, as well as in the Constitution and the law - to withstand the partisan chicanery and pressure.

I read here today that this plea deal for Hunter also said he would never be charged with anything ever again. That's not the legal phrase but that's what it meant. That was a sly deal they worked out. Thank goodness someone stood up to them. Just stay out of small planes and off of paddle board, Judge Noreika.

Hunter appears to be as stressed out as his Dad. He thought his gold plated stay out of jail card was signed, sealed, and delivered. The judge told him to stay away from drugs and alcohol or he next bedroom would be in the graybar hotel. Going to be a rough few days for a stressed out Hunter.

Definitely not one of the stupid, Soros-funded, affirmative action hire lightweights that they find to make decisions on their made-up charges against Donald Trump.

Thank you #3 for the correction. Pittsburgh University?? Seriously? That's an easy fact for Mr. Hinderaker to have verified. I graduated from Pitt so I'm a tad miffed.

Does abortion really constitute health care? 12 replies

Health care for some should not involve paying for the death of others. Despite the Dobbs v. Jackson ruling that overturned Roe v. Wade, many pro-abortion advocates still claim that “abortion is health care.” This erroneous phrase misses the mark when it comes to what health care truly is. When doctors take their oath to “do no harm,” there is an inherent understanding that human life is sacred and therefore not something easily given up or taken away. To take an innocent life -- for whatever reason -- does not constitute health care.

Hunter Biden's lawyers have responded to allegations that they conspired to lie to a court clerk in the First Son's criminal case in Delaware by saying the incident was simply an 'unfortunate misunderstanding.' Delaware Judge Maryellen Noreika had ordered the First Son's attorneys to explain themselves by 9pm Tuesday or be sanctioned. When Joe Biden tapped Kamala Harris to be his running mate in 2020, it was perhaps the most easily predicted vice presidential choice in recent memory. Biden had made it clear that after emerging from the most diverse Democratic presidential candidate field in history, he would select a woman to join him on the ticket. The dynamics of the Democratic Party, which relies heavily on the votes of African American women to win elections, made it seem likely that Biden would select a running mate from this demographic group, especially as the murder of George Floyd brought race issues to the top of the public agenda.

The prosecutors gave Hunter Biden a sweetheart plea bargain to end the tax fraud and gun case against him. For offenses that most certainly would have landed you or me in jail for years, Hunter got . . . . . . [drum roll] . . . . . . nothing. Nada. Zero jail time. He didn’t even have to pay all of his unpaid taxes because the prosecution dallied so long that the statute of limitations expired. And the deal apparently immunized him against unrelated charges. He would walk, a new man. Well, not entirely.
