Rupert Murdoch Panel Struggles to Cope,
as Looming Godzilla Trump Eats New York Harbor

Original Article

As Rupert Murdoch begins retreating from the failing Ron DeSantis his team is struggling and destabilized. The Fox News panel spends entire segments dedicated to group coping and counseling without a clear direction on what is going to happen next. {Direct Rumble Link} The transparency of their struggle and visible anxiety is quite humorous, and while it is not my intention to deliver any credibility to their organizational mission, it is genuinely funny to watch them trying to cope. They are completely flummoxed on what to do next, devoid of direction, feeling abandoned and confused as the quaking footprints of Godzilla Trump can be heard in the background

My unfavorite Brian Kilmeade is apparently hyperflummoxed… (Video)

No sympathy from this quarter - judge the cascade of stupid decisions going back to the '20 election night; calling the 2020 election early and possibly influencing the results, a stupid acquiescence to Dominion, torching their cable news ownership, and now backing DeSantis? How stupid can one billionaire be?

Certainly the Fox News early calling of Arizona for Biden was a misstep it hasn't yet recovered from. Caving to Dominion was also a self-inflicted wound. I guess I'm old fashion but I don't give a hoot who supports whom for the nomination. People have their preferences based on a multiplicity of aspects. This publication has declared its war on any one who doesn't support Donald Trump's campaign to become president again. Of those who seem to deplore Trump I wish they would wise up and instead of condemning him, offer him good advice and good will. Right now it appears Trump will win the nomination. Better to get with the program than stepping back and watching the truly evil Biden win a second term.

#4, You say Sundance has an neurotic obsession with this topic. I don’t believe it is a neurotic obsession but his interest is due to the fact like many of us we abhor what a stolen election has done to this country. Media outlets like Fox actively contributed to the narrative that Biden had won and now we know that was a falsehood. With some real journalism going on directly after November 3rd, things may be very different today. What happened though was that the media launched into calling the theft a conspiracy theory and anyone who dared to believe there was enough evidence to warrant a serious investigation were called names and ridiculed. In retrospect, I’d wager that some in the media would be more inclined to seriously question the results today. It’s too late to change it but we must never forget that ignoring facts for the sake of going along is never the right thing to do and now we are all suffering for it. Fox is in decline because they chose sides on election night. Americans are ticked because of that and then their lurch to the left has been the final straw. I do not get my news from cable networks. Like most people, the alternative media is my preference. Lastly, who determines the credibility of this site and others? The rules have not changed and most of the same members are still here commenting. This salon is different than others. It expects certain behavior and the members graciously comply because the profanity and content on some sites are rancid and most prefer not to engage with that kind of behavior. As our beloved Lucianne proclaimed, this is a salon, not a saloon and most of us prefer it that way. Are our opinions sharp at times? Sure, but it is never profane which is why I always recommend the site to others. I appreciate the way we conduct ourselves. I don’t believe for a moment the credibility of this site has declined. I am informed, enlightened and inspired every day when I come here. The folks here are top notch, respectful and intelligent. Many other sites are far from even one of those things.

Trump is set to win this nomination. That is obvious. The wild card is the army of liberals and Deep State players who are determined to keep him off the ballot. I’m not going to bet on that either way. Juries can be very unpredictable. The rest of the field are waiting in the wings. I’m neither anti-Trump or a die hard supporter. I will vote for the Republican nominee. The Biden cabal has to go.

I reluctantly hesitate every time I post regarding Trump, the person. Not the candidate or the Past President, but Trump the man. Despite the enormous successes we all enjoyed in his term there are behaviors and failures that give me pause. On this platform you are either accepted as MAGA or you are castigated as a never Trumper. He has my vote. Of that there is no doubt. Am I allowed to notice flaws in his behavior, past and present that will dictate the success of a second term? Not on your life! MAGA or nothing and that is disheartening. Trump is polarizing and it has never been more evident than on this forum. We have seriously lost our right to speak freely in this country. Please, not on this site. Most of us are L-dotters and have been for years.

Fox is suffering to the tune of losing some of their best people, a good portion of their audience and billions of dollars because they have strayed from simply reporting and discussing the news and gone into political activism. As for lucianne.com, the site is a collection of articles and comments presented by some of the most fair and intelligent people that I know and is remarkably unbiased and informative, a few trolls notwithstanding. Thank you staff and loyal people who are carrying the flag for Ms Lucianne. As for Donald Trump, compare the worst thing that he has ever done and compare it to the evil and stupidity of the Obamas and the Bidens and you have no real argument.

We're not supposed to go back and forth with each other but since I've been called out (fair enough), I will give one reply. Sundance has done a lot of good work but his incessant "I hate DeSantis" posts are almost always pointless. lacking any new information. Now, that's Sundance's problem, not Lucianne.com's problem. But someone at Lucianne.com habitually boosts these vacuous posts into the Must Read section and there is nothing "must" about them. It makes the site look like it's run by nuts. I write this because I care about the site and its credibility, not because I care about DeSantis. I am not a DeSantis man, myself.

I'd like to speak up for this site. A few days ago I found a note Lucianne had sent our family for a donation. She thanked us for the family photo and donation. I treasure that note today. We've been with Lucianne since the Monica Lewinsky days under the name FaithandHope. Lucianne.com is still the same site with the same rules and First Amendment speech of the posters. In the mornings, Lucianne.com is the first site I log on to. When I'm away, I miss Lucianne.com. To those who have been entrusted to carry on for Ms. Lucianne, don't change and thank you for carrying on her legacy. As far as DeSantis vs. President Trump, I'll take President Trump. He has the track record of accomplishments. Gov. DeSantis is an unknown quantity. But we do know he didn't speak up when he should have for a man that helped him win when he first ran as governor. Loyalty is huge with Donald Trump. For those who think Trump is crass, remember he's from Queens, NY where they don't mince words. They are blunt and to the point. The good side is you don't have to figure out what Trump means, he tells you right to your face. He's not your typical politician. I know. I had a roommate years ago from Queens and you always knew what she was thinking, good or bad.

Just call him the librarian-in-chief. In yet another gross abuse of executive authority, President Joe Biden is wielding the power of his Department of Education to stop parental efforts to remove sexually explicit books from public school libraries. It’s his latest in a string of moves meant to bully parents and other concerned citizens into silence when it comes to what kids learn in public schools and, in this case, when they should be exposed to sexually explicit material. But the notion that the federal government has any authority to veto a school district’s decision to protect students from pornographic content belongs in the library’s fantasy section.
