Obama-Appointed Judge Blocks Florida’s
Election Law Banning Non-Citizens From
Collecting Voter Registration Forms

An Obama-appointed federal judge on Monday issued a preliminary injunction against Florida’s election law that imposed limitations on third-party voter registration organizations. In May Florida Governor Ron DeSantis (R) signed SB 7020, a law that barred non-citizens from handling or collecting voter registration forms. One of the plaintiffs in the lawsuit is an immigrant from El Salvador who works for “Mi Vecino,” a third party voter registration organization. US District Judge Mark Walker said the election law banning non-citizens from handling voter registration forms is unconstitutional.

Judge Mark Walker carrying out orders for the One we were all waiting for. Obama’s path of destruction for our country has been in operation since at least 2008, probably before. When Obama referred to “my Muslim religion” to George Stephanopolous who quickly corrected him to say Christian, I believe Obama was being truthful One of the few times in his life.

When Obama told us that he was going to "fundamentally change" our nation, he was not clear about what kinds of changes he was talking about, but slowly we are learning the reason he said those words. Obama just does not like America or anything American, and he'd like to get rid of it all. Trump, though, loves America and anything American. His mother was a legal immigrant from Scotland and he knows our country has always been a melting pot. That's one of our strengths. We are a nation of different faiths and races and nationalities, but we are the United States of America. Diversity does not have to divide; it can be uniting.

The democrats know that they can't win a fair election. That said, they'll do anything they can to tip the balance in their favor. I'd like to think Donald Trump and his campaign are smart enough to realize this and are preparing counter measures for the next election. If not then it's all gone and we'll have a permanent criminal democrat majority running the country with a handful of token RINOs to make it look like everything is normal.

You should not be surprised at this Democrat Judicial ruling as there are two partisan political reasons that the leftist, progressive, and socialist Democrats refuse to enforce the US Immigration laws and instead support mass uncontrolled illegal immigration. The first is to permanently change the ethnic and racial demographics and population of as much of the USA as they possibly get away with doing, and the second is to legalize and transform as many illegal aliens as possible, who are mostly all poor and uneducated people who fit within the ethnic and racial categories of Democrat identity politics, by way of a series of Democrat designed “path to citizenship” amnesties and legalization programs into embracing the socialist Democrat political agenda. That’s what the ethic and racially based so-called voter registration NGOS operating in illegal alien and legal immigrant communities that are politically allied with the Democrats are being utilized for. Bottom line the big Democrat political objective is to ultimately manipulate the tens of millions of illegal aliens now in the USA into becoming future Democrat supporters and voters by the tens of millions, keeping the leftist, progressive, and socialist Democrats in permanent political power thus able to transform today’s USA into some sort of socialist utopia. You have to ask, do the wimpy Republicans even have a clue that the Democrats are planning by way of their above described plans to push the wimpy Republicans into political oblivion. Happy Fourth of July!

This is happening in Florida, one of the most red states in the nation. Will never be surprised if a bunch of red states flip blue out of nowhere. All of that 'legalized' voter fraud. Republican officials will be standing around scratching their heads saying, "We don't know what happened". It's all being quietly setup and largely out of the news. This is something they don't want to bring any attention to it. Democrats will bring it about. Republicans will look the other way.

Prosecutorial overreach is not uncommon in high-profile cases. The prosecutors pile on the charges to frighten defendants with the prospect of long prison terms so they plead out. The state also hopes to throw enough charges against the wall to see what sticks. But the danger of overreach is that a judge may want to smack a prosecutor down for bringing unnecessary charges. Such is the case in the January 6 prosecutions. One of the rioters, Edward Lang, is facing 11 charges and pleaded not guilty to all of them. But a district court judge threw out the charges relating to “obstruction of an official proceeding” concerning Lang
