The human cost of Bud Light's $20B Dylan
Mulvaney fiasco: Two bottling plants are
forced to cut production and lay-off 645
staff due to decline in demand for the
troubled brand

Bud Light's sales have plummeted so much that a glass bottling company was forced to shut down two of its plants and lay off nearly 650 employees. The Ardagh Group, one of the largest glass producers in the world, announced last week it was shuttering its Wilson, North Carolina, and Simsboro, Louisiana, plants on July 17. The Wilson plant employed nearly 400 people, and the Simsboro plant had 245 — all of whom now find themselves without jobs. The company did not cite a reason for the closures in its statement, just saying it was part of a 'multi-year performance optimization program.'

A-B CEO Brendan Whitworth: You've got your 'social conversation,' and real people are losing their livelihoods, all because you chose to celebrate some freak who prances around like Pee Wee Herman in drag, and are still too in thrall to wokeness to change direction. Or does none of that matter because they're only little people living in those deplorable red states?

Some of us saw this coming about three months ago when we remarked that the AB distributors (one of them an old friend whose Dad was a MLB Hall of Famer) were going to be the first to pay for AB-Inbev management's virtue signaling. They have paid, and now those who brew and bottle the beer are getting furloughed, too. FTA: "Mulvaney, 26, recently slammed the company for not supporting her (sic)." He's not a she, never was, never will be although he's as effeminate as an infant girl ... but 100% male. Next year the 27 Club would a proper organization for this Audrey Hepburn wannabe to join.

I suspect beer drinking is a zero sum game. The person who stops drinking the beer that shall not be named substitutes some other swill rather than abstaining. For every laid off employee of A-B the Miller-lite bottler gets some hefty overtime.

One of the best things about a segment on the War Room, after virtually meeting Steve Bannon, is the incoming mail two days later. The RNC, the Trump Campaign, almost every Republican state party chairperson believes the road to 2024 electoral victory is to “out-ballot-harvest the left.” It’s hard to argue with absolute nonsense. To the rescue, however, comes a retired mail carrier who sent the following message: Message: I am a retired mail man. I just saw your War Room interview. I now know where the mules got their ballots. Straight from the post office in returned/undeliverable mail.

Throughout my speaking engagements at various churches and events across the country, I have connected with people from all walks of life, and it has been nothing short of inspiring to see that most Americans still cherish the values our country was founded on. We, the people, continue to hold dear the ideals of faith, education, liberty, and just governance that have guided us from the beginning. Nevertheless, a concern for the future lingers as we see American values under attack. From coast to coast, many wonder what is happening to our great nation, how we arrived here, and, perhaps most significantly, what we can do to save our country.

An Obama-appointed federal judge on Monday issued a preliminary injunction against Florida’s election law that imposed limitations on third-party voter registration organizations. In May Florida Governor Ron DeSantis (R) signed SB 7020, a law that barred non-citizens from handling or collecting voter registration forms. One of the plaintiffs in the lawsuit is an immigrant from El Salvador who works for “Mi Vecino,” a third party voter registration organization. US District Judge Mark Walker said the election law banning non-citizens from handling voter registration forms is unconstitutional.

Former White House press secretary Jen Psaki claimed Republicans are recruiting Muslims against transgender people in her Sunday episode of MSNBC’s “Inside with Jen Psaki.” Psaki claimed Republicans are using former President Richard Nixon’s “Southern Strategy” method by turning Muslim Americans against transgender people and, in turn, winning their vote. “Now, decades later, the right-wing is reviving that same playbook,” Psaki said. “This time, with Muslim Americans and trans people. Hear me out here, the GOP is trying to recruit Muslim Americans, a community that makes up less than two percent of the U.S. population against another tiny marginalized group of Americans — transgender people.”

Not an obscure one, either: About a year prior, Inoue gave the Chair’s Address at a prestigious writing studies research conference and declared, “White people can perpetuate white supremacy by being present.Your body perpetuates racism.”

The first GOP debate stage might not produce the dramatic scene originally expected as a growing number of candidates could opt to skip out – while others are struggling to meet the requirements to land on stage. With just two months to go, there are 15 candidates vying for the Republican presidential nomination in 2024 – and only one-third of the field has met the requirements so far to debate in August. Longshot candidates remain at risk of not qualifying in time to reach the debate stage, while some of the frontrunners are threatening to boycott due to restrictions and rules set by the Republican National Committee (RNC).
