More than 150 Starbucks stores with 3,500 workers are set to go on strike next week after a union representing the baristas claimed the company ordered them to take down Pride decorations. The Starbucks Workers United union previously accused the coffee giant of caving into backlash and failing 'to materially support the LGBTQ+ community' earlier this month. It said executives had 'banned' stores from displaying rainbow flags and decorations halfway through Pride Month.

What does decorating your workplace with flags & decorations having to do with a persons sexual orientation have to do with working conditions? Did it make it harder to make lattes? Did it violate the union contract? Celebrating who you have sex with is nothing to be proud of. Starbucks was simply enforcing a "NO PRIDE DECORATIONS" rule. Would the LGBTQ strikers feel the same if Starbucks enforced a NO NAZI FLAG rule or a NO 4th of July Decorating rule? Most likely not! They re just mad because someone said NO to the spoiled LGBTQ mob.

Celebrating a bunch of people ‘s sexual preferences should never be allowed in any business. Just shows people who do not agree with the corporation’s support that they don’t matter. All the business wants is your money. These people who walk out should be fired on the spot. Sex preferences should have nothing to do with selling coffee.

An archbishop in the Church of England said the opening of the “Lord’s Prayer” is considered “problematic” to some people because the 2,000-year-old prayer starts by addressing God as “Our Father.” Archbishop of York Stephen Cottrell told the General Synod, the legislating and ruling body of the Church of England, that referring to God as “father” might be offensive to some people because of the negative connotations of patriarchy. “I know the word ‘father’ is problematic for those whose experience of earthly fathers has been destructive and abusive, and for all of us who have labored rather too much from an oppressively patriarchal grip on life,” Cottrell said,

Maine may soon allow elective abortions up until birth, pending final approval from the state’s governor. The bill — H.P. 1044, An Act to Improve Maine’s Reproductive Privacy Laws — would allow a woman to receive a late-term abortion at any point if it is determined to be “necessary” by a doctor. It’s likely the legislation will be codified. Maine Governor Janet Mills, a Democrat, introduced the bill in January alongside legislative leadership, both also Democrats: House Speaker Rachel Talbot Ross and Senate President Troy Jackson. At the time, Mills credited the case of Maine woman Dana Peirce as justification for the expanded legalization of abortion.

President Joe Biden jetted off to his home in Delaware this weekend after facing a hard week of taking naps in the Oval Office and maybe signing a paper here or there. And don’t forget he has to go into hiding just in time to dodge the press before they ask him questions about the “mysterious” cocaine found at the White House. With that being said, according to a GOP count, his recent trip to Delaware means he has spent nearly 40 percent—352 days— of his presidency on vacation.

No loves Megan Rapinoe like Megan Rapinoe loves Megan Rapinoe. She’s been in the spotlight for years now – with ESPN’s social justice warriors clambering over themselves to pat her on the back and forward her agenda. She was given the Presidential Medal of Freedom by Joe Biden, because why not? That award has no meaning any longer. Barack Obama gave one to Joe Biden at the end of his presidency. It was supposed to be his “go-away” gold watch. Like Obama’s Nobel and Biden Medal, Rapinoe was given one of the nation’s highest citizen awards because of her big mouth.

Another Supreme Court term has wrapped up, and it wasn’t short on controversial landmark decisions. As RedState reported, affirmative action in college admissions was struck down while Joe Biden’s illegal student loan forgiveness scheme also went up in smoke. Further, in a less sexy but equally important case, the court ruled against the EPA’s ability to arbitrarily define and regulate bodies of water. If you are a fan of preserving personal freedom and equality under the law, the results were worthy of celebration. Unfortunately, many people, including some of the justices on the Supreme Court, have no care for such things. On that front, Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson
