Trump appeared in federal court on Tuesday, where he was arraigned on 37 counts relating to Smith’s investigation.“The Discovery Materials, along with any information derived therefrom, shall not be disclosed to the public or the news media, or

Typical Deep State play: (1) Leak real and/or made-up evidence ("the narrative") and (2) Prevent the target from releasing anything unflattering about the Deep State. The Deep State is very sensitive, we shouldn't do anything to hurt their "feelings"! (/sarc)

Gee, when they did the same thing to Alex Jones, that was OK with many people here, because, well, he is Alex Jones, and not deserving of his constitutional rights, because you don't like him..... And come to think about it, I suppose that many feel the same way about Trump. But one of these days the thugs in the corrupt lawfare system will come after you or someone you do like, but then it will be too late.

Soooo....The Persecutors can/will say anything they please to further their cases, in public and to the media. Trump cannot. The Persecution Team can release "Evidence" such as pictures of 100 boxes of documents, implying that THEY are evidence in the cases, when only 31 individual pages are. Meanwhile, Trump is NOT allowed to posses or even view the tens of thousands of pages of NOT charged documents that the Federal Govt has already seized, but is not charging over...except in company of Lawyers, even any notes taken must be held in a locked safe, at/by the Lawyers. He has already been told that he may not "Discuss the case or evidence" with ANYONE not his lawyers, and anything he says to THEM is subject to new charges, against either him, them, or both. He should make his next appearance with his mouth gagged and hands tied, and people surrounding him, dressed as Feds, with FBI/IRS/DOJ/NARA flack vests...all with Guns to his head.(Fake guns obviously, SS agents can check, and confirm it first)

then the prosecutors need to quit leaking the charges in the indictment to the media. I've read all kinds of things about classified war plans, etc., that are in the classified documents that have been leaked to paint a negative picture of Trump.

I’ve said from the beginning that they are looking for something that they have not found yet. It’s something very damaging to the State they believe Trump has and they want/need It. My hope is that, if Trump has it, he has it so well-hidden, they will never see it until their trial for treason.

Hunter Biden and his Ukrainian gas firm employer were involved in setting up an account with a foreign bank that was shut down after a money laundering investigation. Our insatiable need for water may be keeping us alive, but it's shifting the tilt of the Earth, a new study shows. Researchers in Korea say the removal of groundwater around the world for drinking and irrigation is altering the Earth's mass and in turn making its axis 'wobble'. Changing the position of the axis can potentially increase the amount of sunlight the poles are getting, which can increase the melting of polar ice. According to the team, we've shifted such a large mass of water that the Earth tilted 31 inches (78.5cm) east between 1993 and 2010 alone.

Indeed, the ACLU is strongly opposed to capital punishment. But the organization only made passing reference to their opposition to the death penalty.
