Donald Trump rages at Texas Governor Greg
Abbott for not standing by the state's
impeached Attorney General: 'Missing In Action!'

Donald Trump has slammed Texas Governor Greg Abbott for failing to get behind his Attorney General Ken Paxton - who was impeached this weekend over misconduct allegations. Trump, who is a longtime ally of the state's top lawyer, described Paxton on Saturday as as 'one of the most hard working and effective Attorney Generals in the United States'. That came hours before the Republican-led House of Representatives voted to impeach Paxton on 20 counts that included bribery and abuse of public trust.

Sounds like Paxton may have stepped on too many swamp rat toes and so he has to go. Prior comments about telling Trump to butt out are just silly. Not sure why people are calling him corrupted, maybe the same ones who think Trump is a guilty man deserving of all the kangaroo trials and investigations?

Trump is right, agree again with #5. I say my state is very much Trump’s business. Texas and Florida are supremely important states to us and the nuances/battles in the party politics is very much the business of every MAGA voter. I am glad what is going on with the TX legislative leadership is being exposed. A house divided against itself cannot stand. It is why it is a mess.

#4 is spot on. Many people don't know it but Texas has a weak governor defined in the constitution. Without the AG on board, Abbott would not be able to do many of the things he has to fight the southern invasion, among other things, Paxton is the one that has been fighting for the citizens in Texas against the Leftist tyrants in DC, the Woke corporation, out-of- control EPA and many, many other things. If they can get rid of Paxton, Texas will be out of the fight, We voters heard and knew about the accusations against Paxton, many almost certainly false, but we did not hire him to be out Sunday School teacher. We hired him to be our lawyer, and he has been a durn good one.

I give Trump points for loyalty. Paxton has been good on electoral integrity, which I appreciate, as does Trump. Still, Trump’s main concern right now should be convincing the sacred Independents that he is their man. Calling out the Republican governor of an important state doesn’t help.

So you want to believe the carp the dems, the rinos and the media throws up against anyone who dares oppose them? This is all a ploy to get rid of Paxton and replace him with George P. Bush, the chosen of the GOPe and Soros in the last election. They did a VERY high dollar under the radar slick, mass mailing hit job on Gohmert in the primary to narrow the field for GPB, but he still couldn't come close to Paxton in the primary. The GOPe and Soros were scared to death of Gohmert. They loved George P. Bush, because he could be their patsy. Paxton was the lesser of two evils to them. Gohmert couldn't be bullied, and in his several terms in the U.S. house, nothing had come up to attack him with. He was their worst nightmare. Now Soros, big Pharma, etc. have a chance to nullify Texas. George P. Bush will NOT confront them on the validity of the election process, giving a free had to stealing the next election in Texas - which will happen if GPB is appointed by Abbott. That means Cruz is gone from the Senate. Dems never require perfection from their candidates. Republicans are always waiting for the perfect candidate, all else will be burned at the stake if elected, dems supplying the fire, GOPers supplying the wood. You want a perfect candidate? Sorry, Jesus ain't on the ballot. You go with the guy who can at least get the job done. Since when had even GOD demanded perfection of the people he put in a job? Moses was a murderer. David engineered the death of the husband of the woman he impregnated. Paul was a Christian-killer before his conversion. Matthew was a turn-coat colluder with the enemy Romans. Peter would deny Christ three times. So WE demand perfection? We don't even wait to see if it is true??? You bunch of weasels. 'It's not whether it's true or not - it's the seriousness of the charge that matters.'

Republicans are not allowed to have a President or AG. Trump was the victim of a coup. Jeff Sessions was recused, and sent to the states to visit State AG's. Ken Paxton has been impeached for misuse of office. An effort was begun to indict Rick Perry the moment he declared for the Presidency. Tom Delay was indicted for conspiracy, and resigned from the Congress. Steve Stockman of the Tea Party primaried McConnell's lackey, uniparty Senator John Cornyn, and was indicted for money laundering, and sent off to prison. Austin is a nasty place for Republicans. Republicans will be sabotaged or indicted. The Democrats fight dirty, but they stick together and fight. Republicans eat their children.

The perfect example of Alicia Colon's earlier article and comments to it (posted earlier today.) Note the language in this header: Trump doesn't "say" or "remark" or "respond." Instead, he "rages"! This is propaganda, the repetitive drumbeat that is the soundtrack for the narrative of the Left. DJT is more the object of rage than the one raging.

A majority, 54 percent, support Justice, compared to 32 percent who support Manchin. Another 13 percent remain undecided, and one percent said “some other candidate.” This coincides with the fact that Justice has a positive job approval rating, as 57 percent approve compared to 29 percent who disapprove.
