Biden Economic Pick Said Gas Prices Were

When it comes to gas prices, there has been plenty to complain about since Old Joe Biden began his president act. There have also been numerous indications that aside from the alleged president’s fact-free boasting, the Biden regime actually likes high gas prices, as they help them push their green agenda. Another sign of the regime’s actual view of rising gas prices came when Old Joe tabbed Jared Bernstein to be chairman of the Council of Economic Advisers. Like you and me, Bernstein has complained about gas prices. But unlike us, Bernstein thinks they’re too low.

Comments:

Lowest price in my area is $3.22/gal. and that is at a warehouse store requiring membership to access. It must be nice to be so wealthy that astronomical gas prices have no effect on ones bank balance!!

Last I saw it was $2.79/gal. here which is still way too high, especially considering the $1.50/gal we had in April 2020 when President Trump' had everything running smoothly. Stolen elections have consequences, see bidet biden, and wingnuts like jared bernstein as examples.

Dear Colorado residents, With all due respect, what the hell is going on with your public schools? Altitude sickness? Last week, your largest teachers’ union passed a resolution declaring “Capitalism inherently exploits children, public schools, land, labor, and resources.” (That was ratified on Lenin’s birthday, no less.) Today, we learn that families have filed a suit against Wellington Middle School and the Poudre School District for luring 6th graders to a phony after-school “art club” that was “actually a gender and sexuality awareness club,” according to one mom. The art teacher responsible brought in a speaker from “an organization called ‘Skittles’ for kids five to eleven to discuss gender and sexuality.”

Amid the fanfare of King Charles' coronation over the weekend, it was easy to miss President Biden's climate czar John Kerry — who flew to the U.K. without regard for the emissions his travel necessitated — sitting in attendance at the official ceremony. There were some, however, who did pick Kerry out in the crowd and noted something interesting about his appearance. Dressed in a suit, the former Secretary of State was weighed down with service medals from the United States military...the medals he previously was publicly proud to discard as a show of his allegedly strongly held convictions.

“Don’t worry about the dishwasher,” our host told us as we checked out the house where my wife and I were staying in the south of France several years ago. “It’s more than two years old.” I had no idea why I needed to worry about this or any other dishwasher, but I was about to find out. The year was 2017, and new EU regulations had gone into effect, effectively crippling the dishwashers people had long depended on to clean their dishes. A cleaning machine that cleans is a radical idea, I’m sure, to radical EU regulators. Our host had remodeled his kitchen barely in time
Illegal Aliens Cost City Taxpayers BILLIONS

Sanctuary cities are money pits for taxpayers — who knew? Care of illegal aliens is costing cities — and thus local taxpayers—across the country billions of dollars. Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot (D) recently whined about having to care for too many illegals being bused from Texas, and New York City is also struggling. New York City Mayor Eric Adams (D) angrily noted in April that the illegal migrant crisis has “destroyed” NYC. Ironically, both New York City and Chicago are or were sanctuary cities, run by radical Democrats. It turns out woke emotionalism gets very expensive to maintain. And who has to pay the most for it? Taxpaying citizens, of course.

The Biden regime hates traditional religion and the Catholic Church in particular because of its strong stance against the centerpiece of the Left’s secular religion, abortion. However, Old Joe and his henchmen are not exactly marching confidently from victory to victory. In a tremendous indication that there is still hope for America, the Department of Health and Human Services has backed down from its demand that a Catholic hospital in Oklahoma put out its sanctuary candle, which signifies the Eucharistic presence of Christ in the Church. Biden’s handlers discovered, to their shock and sorrow, that there are still Americans who care about religious freedom and will defend it.

More than 25 school employees were arrested for sexual misconduct with students over the past week alone — including a teacher who bombarded a boy with 600 text messages and another who performed oral sex in a classroom. In what has become a surging nationwide epidemic, teachers, counselors, and other staffers — both men and an increasing number of women — are targeting students for sexual gratification. Indiana high school teacher Paige Simon, 28, was arrested last week for allegedly touching a male student’s groin in front of classmates and sending him 600 text messages — including some that contained explicit language and discussion of sex toys.

Carlton Gilford, who is homeless, allegedly shot Lundin Hathcock, 35, and James McDaniel, 55, in two different shootings on April 18, according to the Tulsa Police Department. He allegedly killed Hathcock in Rudisill Library around 9.40am. He reportedly walked up behind Hathcock, who was sitting at a desk, and shot him. Shortly after, he allegedly went to a nearby QuikTrip convenience store and shot McDaniel. After he fell to the ground, Gilford shot him again.

What a lost opportunity for the United States. Had Harry and Meghan the grace to accept largesse and privilege, they would have played a key role at the coronation of King Charles III and Queen Consort Camilla. Surely they would have been front-row. Surely they would have had a place on the balcony. And surely U.S. would have been represented in Great Britain as never before — as part of the monarchy! Never underestimate how awed we Americans are by British pomp and circumstance, the history that dwarfs our own, the displays of military might and national pride. The coronation matters to us, too. Saturday’s ceremony also offered a reassuring display of familial unity,

Former President Donald Trump steamrolled CNN’s Kaitlan Collins during Wednesday’s Townhall event in New Hampshire, dismissing her politically biased and outdated questions, effectively reducing her role as the moderator by speaking directly to the audience about the “gotcha” topics a visibly irritated Collins continually posed throughout the night. The highly anticipated townhall event, teased by Trump, boded well for the former president, despite Collins’s attempt to begin the event with a series of contentious topics and arguably outdated leftist narratives — from the 2020 election results to January 6 to accusations in the E. Jean Carroll case. Notably, Trump received a standing ovation at his introduction.

For most Western people today, the word culture conjures at best superficial differences — "exotic" dress or food. In reality, however, cultures are nothing less than entire and distinct worldviews with their own unique sets of right and wrongs, often rooted in a
