Former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi has paid $7,500 to an Illinois man who sued because he was tired of getting so many fundraising text messages.
This sets an interesting precedent. Can anyone sue politicians on this basis? (Snip)
Breitbart News reports: (Snip) Jorge Rojas sued Pelosi in federal court in October, accusing her and her campaign of violating the Telephone Consumer Protection Act of 1991 by sending him 21 “harassing” text messages in a nine-month span, Business Insider reported.

Only 21 in a nine month span? I swear, I get that many from the Trump campaign in a week during election season!

Heck, I think I got 21 from Trump yesterday :)
But then again, I like Trump. If Nasty Nancy sent me a message, I'd want at least $7500 for the insult of even having to delete the message.

Overall…it seems both important and necessary to strike back at spammers and politicians who co-opt our privately owned facilities for their purposes. I have to prove who I am to even scratch my rear end…which do we allow spammers and pols to hide behind their theft of our services

'21 “harassing” text messages in a nine-month span,'
Wow! This guy has time to keep track of such things?
Has anyone on L.com land received a text from Nance? It's worth over $357!

I get spammed constantly by every freakin republican politician. 20-30 emails a day, sometimes more, particularly around elections. It's self-defeating. I assume they come to be because I once contributed to some republican campaign. So guess what, I never contribute anymore. Or if I do, it's totally anonymous. I most definitely DO NOT contribute to the RNC. They are the worst. And I get all this email from Lindsey Graham. I feel like I've been dupped. "Hey Lindsey, we got this guy who gave $25 to the RNC". So Graham says, "Great, let's bombard him with a few emails every day from the RNC. That'll teach him".

Anyone who knows me knows that I am pretty confident that Nasty Nancy Pelosi is Satan's favorite daughter. Pure evil, just like Daddy!!!
But this is just insane. As far as I know, Outlook (and similar e-mail programs) all have the ability to block senders. Trump's folks send me at least 3 fundraising e-mails a day. But I love Trump, and so I just delete them. But if I got even one fundraising e-mail from any godless soulless evil Demon-Rat (sorry for the redundancy, since all Demon-Rats are godless, soulless, and evil), I would block that sender faster than you could blink.
And, for that matter, I get at least 50 spam e-mails a day. I just delete them without opening them. It takes seconds to delete all of them.
This guy's lack of technical ability is no reason to award him $1, much less $7,500. And I fear that, now that this legal precedence has been set, watch the lie-berals going after Trump in droves!!!!
